My state inspection was failed by a different company and I needed my front bumper fixed. Marc went out of his way to help fix the problem explaining what and how he was doing it. Once he fixed that, another employee, Mike, immediately performed the state inspection. They did everything they could without overcharging me and I was expecting to have to wait there for an hour or so but they worked fast! Thanks to them I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend them to anyone as they are kind, intelligent, and treated me like family my first time there. I got a quote from them from them for around $1400 which included them dissembling the car, painting it, and then reconditioning it before picking it up. When I arrived the first time, my driver mirror was still unpainted. The front splitter was painted black not green, and the hood was painted extremely poorly. They also never cleaned my car even though I was charged for it. So I had to bring it back a second time, showed them my hood was still unpainted in some areas, the car was never even cleaned even though I paid for it and my mirror was still unpainted. What appeared to be the owner came out and realized how poor of a job they did he was very nice and stated they would correct the issues but I'd have to leave my car there again, which was fine. When I picked my car up for the final time it was cleaned, no sanding dust all over my interior and exterior. But the hood was touched up very poorly, instead of repainting the whole panel again they just touched up the areas they missed very poorly instead. My mirror cap was painted green, but they broke the mounting clips and instead of telling me they broke it or getting a new mirror they used double sided tape to stick it on since can't be secured with the clips they broke and it fell off on my way home. The mirror glass shakes violently on the highway indicating they broke more than just the mirror cap that was supposed to be touched and didn't tell me they broke either.

I was having a problem with my exhaust a few months ago, and when I brought the car to them, I mentioned I had a mechanic up in NH who I bought the car from who has often helped me, but I didn't think the car would be in good enough condition for me to get up there. Pete suggested they could do the work, but it would cost a lot more money and if my mechanic in NH could do it there for cheaper, bring it up, and he thought the car would be okay making the trip. I did, saved money, and really appreciated that Phil and Pete didn't try to sell me or persuade me to get the work done with them. They were honest and didn't want to overcharge me. Another time, I was having trouble installing new headlights and Phil and Pete helped me, free of charge. I've since made it a point to see them anytime I'm having car troubles because I trust their judgement and know they are being fair and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I moved up here from out of state a few years back and had fine experiences with this location for…read morecar service during my first 2 years in the area. The last 3 years have been a different story. Every time I bring my car in, prices are unreasonable, with added expenses we didn't discuss before service. I have to negotiate literally every time I bring my car in, and I leave feeling swindled consistently. To say this place has become a scam is an understatement. The prices are arbitrary, and they can never tell me what work was actually done on the car. I most recently dealt with Michael for car service. I dropped my car off at 9am and then reached out to Toyota to check in at 3:30pm because I hadn't heard anything. I got a receptionist, who said Michael had a line of customers at his desk and that he'd get back to me. I immediately received an automated text message to approve or deny a list of services (that were not the reason I needed service on that particular day), and they never even addressed my issue. I waited until 4pm to call back, nearing the end of the work day because I needed to pick up my car by close and I was nervous they now wouldn't have time to address my issue. They'd had the car already for 7 hours without actually addressing the issue, only for Michael to call me around 4:30pm to say they can't help me. More accurately, I was given two options, 1) Toyota cannot help me because I had work done with "aftermarket parts" (these parts were installed by Toyota when I purchased my car, mind you), so I'd have to bring my car elsewhere, or 2) They would charge me an indiscriminate amount to remove all the fully-functioning "aftermarket" parts because "maybe" it would get them one step closer to addressing my issue - no guarantee it would solve anything but I'd be charged a great deal more money, have functioning parts removed to potentially also cause more issues without necessarily solving the original issue. I asked if a third option was available, one that could have been a fairly simple fix - and one that was recommended by another Toyota Service Center as the first step in solving the problem, and he said he'd never heard of such a thing. I explained that I'd contacted this other Toyota, and they said to start with this third option. Michael said, "If that was an option, the service technician would've given it to [him]." I asked if he could check in with the technician, and he refused several times. When I brought this up upon collecting my unserviced vehicle, he claimed that "he's not racist, but the technician is Chinese and doesn't speak English," so it wouldn't have helped anyone even if he had asked about the third option as I requested. Michael then went on to charge me $149 for labor (not the full $199 he "should've" charged me, as he pointed out for me to be grateful), despite nothing being addressed or accurately diagnosed on my vehicle. When asked how long the vehicle was looked at and what exactly I was being charged for, Michael couldn't answer. After years of feeling disrespected at this location, this was my final straw. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere.
