tl;dr owner locked cat in room without food, water, or litter box, so we came back to claw marks on the door and a totally traumatized cat. I have gone back and forth about writing this because it's hard to run a small business, and the owner (Myrna) seems like a nice human being. But your cat is not in safe hands with her overnight service. (1) Apparently the owner closes doors in her home, and so when she stayed here she closed all of our doors, too. *When she didn't know where the cat was.* Which meant that when she left one morning she locked the cat in the bedroom without food, water, or a litterbox. (2) Never made any effort to even find the cat, much less to get the cat comfortable with her being around. Not a single picture of the cat from a week of staying here. (3) A bunch of much more minor things were disappointing: litter all over the floor, hadn't read the instructions she told us to put in the app, set the heat for the whole home to 85 rather than just asking "hey, what is up with the heat" (a setting was off that made the bedroom super cold) or turning on the space heater, the app itself is not good both from a customer perspective and apparently from an owner perspective since she didn't seem to know any of the information we'd written out there. From all the good reviews and the fact that the owner seems like a nice person, I think it's very plausible she has a good dog walking or drop-in cat service. But you absolutely should not have them stay in your home overnight. I should add that Myrna offered to pay for the damage, but the big issue is not "we're going to lose a chunk of our security deposit" so much as "my cat has been acting like a very sad dog ever since we got back because she was totally freaked out when you locked her in a small room without food or water."

If you follow WoofMeow on Instagram- that Black Mini Bernedoodle that you see on the stories-- yup that's my dog, Rocco! Rocco is now 2 1/2 years old now and the amount of daycare I've tested out to see where Rocco would thrive and be well taken cared of four days a week. Woofmeow daycare is unique since Myrna doesn't exceed 4 dogs, takes them to a safe park and ensures to get two good walks in sometimes even more! Other daycares in facilities - it's pretty much 15+ dogs in a room all day & only some provide relief walks. So obviously you know which services I'll take especially Rocco does get overwhelmed when there is more than 5 dogs. Also keep in mind daycare is smaller dogs due to no yard. I've also done boarding when I've gone on vacation and Rocco has gone on some many adventures with Myrna and Myrna keeping me posted on how everything is going! Finding Woofmeow has been life changing!

I have had an absolutely wonderful experience using Woof Meow for my little Jack Russel Terrier Scout. They are extremely responsive, very professional and most importantly of all they provide top notch love and care for my little guy. Katelyn is our usual dog walker/sitter and she gives us very detailed daily reports. She dotes on Scout like he's her own and she's absolute terrific. Across the board, I have had great experiences with all of the dog sitters and walkers who work for this company - highly recommend!

Prospect Bark has been a gift! I recently started bringing my puppy, Tucci, for daycare, and the…read morelevel of care he receives is truly exceptional. The team is incredibly warm, thorough, and genuinely invested in the well-being of every dog who walks through their door. What I love most is that their philosophy of dog care mirrors high-quality child care -- attentive, structured, and deeply compassionate. It aligns perfectly with the kind of love and care that I give Tucci at home, which makes it easy to trust them and feel safe sending him there. One of my favorite parts of the day is receiving the photos and videos they send. It's clear from every update that Tucci is happy, engaged, and in great hands. He loves it there! I am so grateful to have Prospect Bark in the neighborhood. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, joyful, and nurturing place for their pup.

Hello! I wanted to kindly remind this business that it is illegal to perform "working interviews"…read morewithout compensation. Working interviews are legally considered trial employment, which requires at least minimum wage. When asked by a prospective employee if this will be a paid trial, the owner responded to them saying that if that matters to them, the job probably won't work out. Aside from legally, that's pretty morally gross. Especially in the current job market. Nobody should be expected to work for free, even if that job involves hanging out with dogs! Dogs are great. We love our dog. We love him so much, we even feed him! Which is hard to do when being denied pay for labor. Just something for this business to consider changing moving forward, and maybe something prospective employees and clientele should be aware of.

i signed up our 10weeks old puppy for a bath and nail grinding services no hair cut .... with…read moregroomer Catdawg... at first she was very friendly but I had some concerns because upon taking my puppy to her Mobile van I asked her to show me what shampoo product she uses for a bath as well as flea and tick prevention which I paid for She proceeded to show me a beaten up water bottle with some sort of paste like substance which she claims she made herself ( my concern was that maybe she should use products containing ingredients which are known in case of an allergic reaction ( which is exactly what happened to my puppy ) She said the bottle contained oatmeal and boiled blueberry but what about the cleansing agent ???? What did she use to create suds??? Anyways upon picking up my puppy from her van she said that he got a little water in his eyes that he should be fine ... HOWEVER ...he was far from fine as matter of fact he immediately started to swell up around his right eye and was trying to gouge his eyes out .. the groomer as I was texting her said that I should let him sleep it out and he'd fine the next day My puppy was far from falling asleep he was in so much pain and he wouldn't stop scratching his right eyes ... I called his vet right away thankfully they were able to see him ASAP .... It turns out my puppy had a conjunctivitis ulcer from whatever went in his eyes during grooming ( the entire experience was horrific!!!) puppy's right eye was shut close and swollen .... What a horrible experience!!!! I have to cancel doggy daycare for the next 10 days as well as potty training which he was signed up for ... my family had a trip planned for vacation which will most likely have to be cancel as well ...because the vet said that the puppy needed antibiotics 3x/ day for the next 7 days directly into his eyes ( you can only imagine how difficult this process would be ) Anyways turns out the groomer actually blamed me the puppy owner for all of this Here I was trying to give my very expensive goldendoodle a very good first bath experience with apparently a very inexperienced groomer!!! I didn't think she's well experienced for grooming puppies she clearly made some weird ingredients got into his eyes but she was so defensive and turned the horrific incident on myself!!!! She said that my puppy was injured form before that I should have something ( My puppy has his checkup current and we treat him like family if he was injured why would I sigh him up for grooming??) she went on to say that vets in my area where I lived didn't know what they were talking about and they only wanted to rip People off!!! The traumatizing experience is to watch your pet swell up and is in so much pain after a simple bath session then on top of it all to have the groomer turn out to be nasty and blames the pet owner ... I will most definitely not use this site again!!!!! My vet bill was $300 and since there's a wat period for new puppy I'm paying not the insurance company also the bath session was 107 I gave her $125 So $432 later and my pet was so sick !!!! Not worth it !!!! So traumatic!!!!!
