Ok. Where do I begin. I have a Jeep Wrangler 4x4 that I got with my Dad, under the assumption we would rebuild together. He had A LOT of problems, that would have been fun to learn to fix. Thouroughly happy with these fine folks. My 2016 Taco needed some proper mods to reverse the previous owner's poop-job. World Famous did a fantastic job with the upgrades. I came in expecting to do a full suspension job, but Henrik talked me out of spending extra money because the rear was in great shape after all. Gotta respect that - the owner himself doesn't upsell. Got a new set of Black Rhino wheels wrapped with BF KO tires. The guys also installed LED bars behind the front grille using custom mounts (at an affordable price!) I've been a Jeep owner/enthusiasts for about three + years now; and take great pride and joy in staying on top of regular care and maintenance to get the best out of my precious Ruby (Wrangler Rubicon). After extensive searching of service shops/mechanics, it turns out that WF4X4 (World Famous 4x4) has the highest customer ratings in the area. I should also note that I was in the middle of a military move from Hawaii to Missouri and had to make sure that my wrangler was ready to take on the 3,885 miles of road travel ahead. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, Hamrick himself even offered me a chocolate donut with sprinkles lol. Their facility has an ambiance that one would expect to see in a jeep museum. There's even a wall of fame display of celebrities who have had service done on their vehicles like Chino Moreno (lead singer of my favorite band the deftones). Once I dropped off my vehicle, Hamrick quoted me two days to complete the work, which worked perfect with my travel schedule. But it turns out that his staff put in the extra time and managed to get everything done in one day cause they realized that I had a lot of road and miles ahead to cover. Which in the long run gave me a lot of extra time to see some sights along the drive which would not have been possible had they not worked overtime on my Ruby. Overall, my jeep looked better than the day I picked it up from the dealership and drove so smooth with the new set of tires I had installed. Throughout the entire trip I had people constantly compliment my Jeep and noticed how mean and capable it looked with the all the enhancements done. I would not hesitate to recommend WF4X4 to anyone that ever needs work done on their vehicle. I took my 1974 Chevy K5 Blazer into Henrik for a complete overhaul in 2012. We kept the frame, but LOTS of new stuff: body, LineXed interior (including dash!), custom seat work, lift, tires, wheels, tailgate conversion, conversion out of all-time 4WD, motor, roll cage, bikini top, plus more. These guys are awesome ! The entire staff is incredibly friendly. I called up at 9am and said i needed a leveling kit on my truck today and I'm pressed for time. They asked if i could be there in 45 min and they would knock it out. Before i got done filling out papers with the sweetest receptionist they already had the truck jacked up and 4 guys pulling off peeling off my wheels. This shop is slammed with builds in progress so it meant a lot to me that they took the time to help me out. The owner came out and introduced himself to me showed me around the shop and made sure i was happy and getting exactly what i wanted. I just wanted to post an update. Since the lift/wheels were brand new, the suspension needed some time and use to fully settle. This results in small changes to the resting position of the suspension. The WF4x4 team is made up of PERFECTIONISTS who know this. They asked me to drive my Jeep for 1000 miles and come back in so they could double-check the alignment and rotate the tires. I've used shops to modify cars in the past and NONE of them asked me to come in post-suspension install, to check the alignment. I came in and they made the minor adjustments/rotated my tires and had me on my way in an hour. They even inspected the vehicle and told me about some leftover mud caked on the radiator and some undercarriage dings from use. They did this FREE OF CHARGE. Thanks again!
