It's also worth noting that their rice paper wraps are essentially sushirritos, though as one who endured the prolonged sushirrito craze in LA, it was refreshing to see them appear on a menu unnamed, free of the frenzied marketing of five years ago. I opted for the tikka masala wrap- which consisted of chicken, an acidic slaw, and a blend of rice and quinoa wrapped in a tortilla. Been eating here for years. An interesting take on international wraps. I like the beef dishes the best. I prefer the rice paper wraps the best, although if you wait too long before eating, the rice paper will stick to the paper it's packaged in. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We ordered the spicy tuna wrap which was quickly ready in five minutes. It was loaded with fresh perfectly seasoned fish and vegetables. This is one of my family's favorite places to grab a quick, delicious, and healthy meal. We are a family of 6, and their menu is large/diverse enough for all of us to find something we love. My husband and I have branched out a few times and really like everything, but I keep going back to Argentina Chimichurri with steak. So delicious, and never disappoints! Their mango lassis are so good, too (not sure if they have them all the time, or just sometimes)! This place is magic. Every aspect of this spot is excellent. Admittedly, I mostly get one thing - the spicy tuna nori wrap - but I have tried other things too and it's all good (eg mango lassi - OMG, etc). Fresh ingredients in healthy-but-tasty options. ORDER VIA THE APP which I end up doing 75% of the time since it's so easy. There is always a short line which moves quickly. Wait time to order in the shop is ~1-2 min. Ordering via the app is fast and the order is ready when you get there. CUSTOMER SERVICE They are really, really good. Very energetic (in a good way not an annoying way) in helping you. They always say hi and ask how you're day is. None of it feels forced. They are just friendly and do their job with pride. Trying to do our part in supporting businesses through the pandemic, we decided to give world wraps a try. Unfortunately, it sucked. What we got: 3 bowls to share with two adults and 2 toddlers. The shawarma, chicken sauté, and the chicken tikka masala. The good: Peanut sauce was great. The bad: lettuce was dirty, the rest of the flavors just lacked. Everything tasted the same. Kids wouldn't touch it, and yeah they are picky toddlers, but they eat a variety of foods and flavors, and don't like chicken nuggets. The verdict: $40 for 3 bowls and we ended up eating cereal. The place is small with a few tables indoors, and outside, but the Town Center has plenty of benches and other tables you can sit at. I checked out World Wrapps initially because I saw they offered boba and I planned to stop by after work, nab some, then go home and cook dinner. However... it smelled really tasty, so I got some wraps to go. First, the food. I really liked my teriyaki chicken wrap. The meat was tender, the veggies were fresh, and I felt like the flavor combination was good. My boyfriend said his salmon wrap was good too, but burned out on it quickly. He's a little more particular about sauces than I am, but I didn't feel mine was too sweet or saucy. Secondly, the boba! I ended up getting a jasmine milk tea for the boy and a coffee drink for myself. They'll put boba in any one of the drinks they have there, which is quite nice if you prefer lemonade, coffee, tea, or juice. I appreciate how accommodating that is. I'll definitely be back, whether to try more of their food or get some more boba! read more

So disappointed today. We go to World Wrapps a lot in Sunnyvale and every time it's consistent, fresh and delicious. Came here because I've been missing WW so grabbed my regular order of satay(sub tofu)) but this is basically a lettuce roll. I had to take a full bite of lettuce over and over until I could get tofu or noodles. Not enough peanut sauce or crispy shallots either. May need staff from Down south to come up and help train how to roll one of these ups for equal distribution. read more
