Had a lovely bowl at World Wrapps. The service was quick and not many people were inside. A cool grab and go type of spot! I ordered the teriyaki tofu bowl and it was big! I usually find myself not liking when rice bowls don't have enough sauce or flavor to mix with the rice but that was not at all an issue here. The veggies and the sauce were both flavorful. read more

I'd say the food was good enough. There are many options with many different flavors from all over the world. However, I'd say the world flavors were a little subdued and could've been more impactful. I got one of the wraps and it was good enough because it was neatly wrapped and filled me up. I do think that some of their wraps are more successful than others in regards to the ingredients of each wrap. Service was just ok. The people behind the counter were a little too apathetic for my taste. I would recommend the Tikka Masala Chicken wrap. I also have had the Adobo Burrito but was severely disappointed to find out that it wasn't the kind of adobo I was hoping for. read more

So disappointed. I just waited almost 20 minutes for a take out order to come home to 2 wraps we probably won't bother to finish. The Thai chicken had SO much rice and what tasted like no sauce - was so dry and zero Thai flavor not good. And the Argentina steak chimichurri was soggy and just assembled so poorly - please look at the photos I challenge you to find the steak. And no it's not the pink stuff! I used to love this place but I'll probably never come back. read more

Friendly service, tasty food. I like the Furikake Salmon nori wrap. But the boba in the drinks are usually hard, so I don't recommend those, but the watermelon drink is perfect on a summer day. There is a clean single stall bathroom available upstairs. read more

I've always loved the concept behind World Wrapps. It was one of the first places I remember that really made healthy, customizable food feel accessible, and I used to eat there all the time. Over the years, though, I found myself going less often. The menu just didn't feel like it gave me the best value, and I never quite figured out an order that made me excited to come back. Recently, however, I discovered their protein bowls, and they've completely changed my opinion. Being able to build exactly what I want makes all the difference, and it finally feels like you're getting a meal that's tailored to you rather than settling for a preset option. If you've written them off in the past, I'd actually recommend giving them another shot. The protein bowls have become one of my favorite healthy lunches. For around $15, you're getting a meal that's packed with protein, fresh ingredients, and honestly feels like a much better value than a lot of other healthy chains. It's hard to find something that's this macro friendly, filling, and still tastes genuinely fresh. One thing I've also noticed is how welcoming the staff always are. Whether I've been to the Corte Madera or Marina location, everyone has been incredibly friendly, and they're happy to answer questions or make recommendations. More than once they've surprised me with a free cookie or another little treat, which is such a thoughtful touch and makes you feel appreciated as a customer. I also like supporting them because, while they've grown over the years, they're still a business with local roots. It's nice to see a company that started here continue to serve the community, and I hope they continue to do well. Another thing I appreciate is how fast they've become. Even though the food is made fresh, it often feels just as quick as grabbing traditional fast food, except you're leaving with something that's actually nutritious. For me, it's become a great alternative to places like Sweetgreen when I'm looking for a high protein, clean meal that doesn't break the bank. If you're looking for a healthy lunch option and haven't been to World Wrapps in a while, I'd definitely recommend giving the protein bowls a try. The food portions and service quality at this location have significantly deteriorated over the past couple of years. It appears that there's been a change in management. When they first opened, a tall, slim gentleman acted as the manager. He and his staff were exceptionally friendly and my friends and I loved grabbing a quick bites there. However, during my recent visits, both the food and service have been awful. Now, there is a short man with a dark complexion who works there all the time, and his attitude is atrocious. He always seems to be in a foul mood, making each visit unpleasant. Initially, I thought he might just be having a bad day, but every time I go, his demeanor suggests he despises his job. He has a knack for turning a simple 2-minute online pickup into an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. His greeting is cold, and he practically throws the order across the counter to customers, exuding a sense of, "I hate my life, and I don't want to be here!" On one occasion, I ordered online for pickup. Upon arrival, I was told it would be ready soon, so I patiently waited for over 25 minutes. I checked on my order once during that time and was told to keep waiting. I eventually noticed that people who arrived after me and ordered at the counter were receiving their food. When I checked on my order again, I found it had been sitting behind the counter all along. When I asked why they hadn't called my name, the guy at the counter responded with a terrible attitude, claiming he did call me. I am certain he did not, as my husband and I were sitting inside, waiting the whole time without any distractions. The long wait is frustrating, but the worst part is the guy's awful attitude. Additionally, the food portions have significantly decreased, and the seasoning is inconsistent. I really like World Wrapps, and I genuinely hope someone from the company recognizes the issues at this specific location and makes necessary changes. read more

There is nothing worse than having to deal with bad employees and the cashier working here tonight was without a doubt RUDE beyond belief! (the chubby white lady). I placed my order via phone app and came to pick up the food. As soon as I got to the counter and mentioned how I ordered the lady cashier BARKED at me telling me to go outside to the "pickup window". Seriously?! There was no one else but me in the restaurant and the food was ready. She REFUSED to hand me the food which I paid for until I walked outside. I will never come back to this establishment based on how horrible I was treated during this experience. I'm quite shocked at this type of behavior seeing as she is someone who is dealing with the general public. This woman needs serious training in customer service because her attitude was appalling and sadly I won't ever be able to comment on their food because I've lost my appetite after how I was addressed by this rude employee. read more

We had lunch here today, my entire family visiting from Argentina, the place was awesome, clean, the food delicious, music was fun, and the manager Andres helped us and gave us free fries to try. My sister thought the Hawaiian was spicy for her and he made with salmon with no extra charge, my little sister wanted the soba noodles warm and he also made it happen, amazing guest service.
