Great flavor and it was just the right size. I thought I might need a dipping sauce of some sort but no need. It was amazing! Its only downfall was that it was hard to bite into as the nori wrap got moist and eventually my wrap fell apart. But it was still delicious eating it with a fork. Service was good. It's always tough when you are traveling and not sure where to eat. I wanted something simple and healthy. Once again, Yelp saved the day and I was able to find something close to where I am staying. This gem is situated in an outdoor shopping area and serves up unique and healthy food. The staff was super nice and helped me decide what to get, as a newbie. Buyer beware of small food portions. This is my first time here. I purchased 4 Thai bowls and the portions don't match the advertised photo of the business. The bowls are more than half empty. It's false advertising. Will not come again if they cannot accommodate this issue. I definitely feel cheated out of my money while the business added more money into the pockets of the business owner. Please don't be taking advantage of other people! This is not right. Diego took our order and he was such a nice person who even offered a rice crispy from his side to our son. Located at Bishop Ranch in San Ramon sits World Wrapps which serves, yes you guessed it: wraps! But not just wraps, they also have bowls, desserts and drinks. It seems they have boba as well. I saw they had an ube horchata so will have to come back for that! Also, It seems like you can turn any wrap into a bowl which is pretty awesome. It's fast casual where you pay at the kiosk and then you receive your food. I was waiting in line so maybe a minute until an employee came up to me and asked if I knew what I wanted. He had a device on him to ring up my order. Pretty cool I didn't have to wait in that line. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap which came wrapped in a flatbread. Contents inside were grilled chicken (I appreciated the char on it), lettuce, croutons, Caesar dressing topped with Parmesan. To me, I felt it could have needed more Caesar dressing. Pro tip if you like it saucy like me, to ask for a side of Caesar. I feel like it was a bit dry without it. Service was exceptional as staff kept coming around asking how was my meal and if I needed anything. They recommended hot sauce which I picked Cholula. It did add a nice spice to it but took away from the flavors of the wrap. I would definitely come back to try more of their wraps. The menu seems to be international from Asian wraps to Mexican wraps (yes I only picked a Caesar, what can I say? I had a craving!) I think it's a nice lunch spot without feeling too full. African American female here who walked into this establishment for the first time today. There were 3 guys and 1 girl working. As I stood there they all continued to chit chat and giggle until the girl half way looks over her shoulder as if I was interrupting their convo and glanced towards the kiosk to indicate that's where I had to order. She did say let us know if you had questions while looking towards the machine. No prob. As I wait for my wrap, 2 Caucasian ladies walk in. The girl heads to the machine behind the counter with a smile and the biggest, "Hi, how can I help you?" AND proceeded to take their order. When she finished, she went back to handling her plastic lids and stickers and I had to ask for my wrap that was sitting on the counter right next to what she was working on. When I asked her about the difference in the interactions she giggled and said, "oh we're not allowed to use our registers...." Me: but you just did. Her: "oh well they are rewards members". No mention of any reward was ever discussed as I was sitting right there. Anyhoo probably won't be back. The topper was the stale tortilla chips and the $4.52 price tag for a 12oz can of Olipop! Added note specifying - light lettuce please, (super light), greatly appreciated. feel free to wrap tighter and/or make smaller :) thank you - and received a wrap with about 70% lettuce, 20% croutons and 10% salmon. Wish I could add a percentage for the avocado I paid extra for but I could neither see nor taste it! $20 for a wrap is already over the top but had it been satisfying and filling I wouldn't be writing this review. Had my instructions been followed I wouldn't be writing this review. If I wanted a bloody salad with two tablespoons worth of salmon I definitely wouldn't pay $20 for it. Thought it would get better as I got further down, nope far worse. Basically, that small chunk of salmon at the top of each side is pretty much it for the ENTIRE WRAP. Sauce was fine, but if there's only three bites worth of salmon what difference does that even make? Ugh If you won't provide a small fillet worth of salmon in these so called wraps please drop the price accordingly bc this is ridiculous. I will make my own wraps going forward, good luck folks. Concept is all there, execution is very close. Lots of indoor seating and located right in front of the western entrance parking lot. Location is very bright and lit up well, very clean. Menu is vast and service is extremely fast. I went to order, used the restroom and my order was all ready. Marinated Steak wrap was amazing, at about $14, it was fair price.
