My social circle really loves Worth and has been frequenting them since they opened. It has been great watching them expand their location from a small grab n go, to a larger patio and more spacious indoor space that can accommodate larger groups. Though they have made changes since they opened, their menu and quality is still consistent and top quality. They are a great addition to the Mesa community and have had a wonderful impact downtown. Though I've had a chance to try many of the menu offerings, maybe not all, but pretty close, from breakfast, to Family or weekly specials, salads, sandwiches and coffee. We love their classic crispy chicken sandwich (egg is an awesome addition and their house pickles are amazing), the buffalo chicken sando is also top notch, as well as their chicken bites. Honestly, it's all pretty dang good. I love how seasoned their fries are and always get some of their aioli to pair. This last visit I went for the turkey bacon club with sriracha bacon, which I really enjoyed! Their cold brew latte with honey and cinnamon is one of my favorite coffee beverages, shout out to iconic cocktail do. I mixed it up and got the turkey bacon club this time, different bread, more sun style and I really enjoyed it. Came with all the fixings and generous protein portion! Overall, it is a great place to grab a bite that's relatively quick. They have efficient take out and everyone is always so friendly. Though quality is great I do feel the value is on the more expensive side. My sandwich alone was 16 dollars, to upgrade the bacon to their candied Siracha it's another 1.50, it does come with a side- your choice of mixed greens, house made chips or French fries. but counter service sando for nearly 20 bucks is very pricey. Typically cost two people around 35-45 bucks, maybe that's just the new normal these days, time will tell! Still love this place and may not visit as much, but usually hits the spot! read more

The menu has quite a few choices. They are broken into "Sandwiches" and "Not Sandwiches". I opted for the Worth Burger and French Fries. The fries were crisp, slightly crunchy, and warm. They were not heavily salted if that is your thing. The Burger was piled high with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, and their version of 1000 Island dressing. My friend and I came for a late lunch on a Friday. Love the bright and airy space. There's ample seating indoor and out. I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich ($12), a cold brew latte ($5.50), and the carrot cake special. The sandwich came with cheddar and havarti cheeses on sourdough and served with their house made tomato soup. Both sandwich and soup were enjoyable. The cold brew latte comes with Iconic Cocktail Spiced Honey, milk, cold brew, and cinnamon. Delicious. I don't typically go for carrot cake, but theirs was delightful. Service was fast and friendly. Fries were great, well seasoned and held up pretty well on the drive home. Chicken bacon ranch was good, but could have used a bit more lettuce for crunch (only one slightly wilted leaf- although the 10 minute drive probably caused part of the wilting) and needed more ranch (was very little on there, for a chicken bacon "ranch" sandwich). Seriously one of my favorite places to eat- I come here pretty frequently. You can always expect a fantastic meal when you come to Worth. Their sandwiches are fantastic. Went here on a Friday evening, instantly were greeted by very friendly ladies at the front updating us about the special of the day and that there were paper menus at the front. I was asking the cashier some questions about their sandwiches, but I felt rushed, so I just made a choice. Me and my mom came and each got a chicken sandwich. It was a busier time, around lunch. My sandwich came out, but there was a mess up in the kitchen, so my mom waited about 35ish minutes for her sandwich. The worker was very apologetic about the wait time and even offered a complementary cookie/soda. She even gave us a refund for my mom's sandwich due to the wait. I think this was handled perfectly. Sometimes just an apology isn't enough. Even with the hiccup, the food was still great The only downside is the size of the location. But there's not much they can do about that. There's about 5 tables inside, and a few bar seats, or there is some outside dining. But it's way too hot to be eating outside in the triple digit heat, so you have to luck out getting a seat inside. The fries I had were a tad cold but that didn't take away from the fact that they were well-seasoned and crispy. I split a chicken bacon and ranch and an Italian grinder. Of the two the chicken sandwich really shined: juicy chicken, juicy tomato, and thick cut bacon, how could you go wrong? On this particular visit they sadly ran out of the brioche bun that usually accompanies the chicken sandwich but the ciabatta was a surprisingly good substitute. Wow really happy with the Yelp recommendation for this restaurant as I was not disappointed at all! Came during lunch rush so there was a bit of a line but it moves super quickly. When there was a longer line the manager or owner was walking around with a scanner so you could order with her instead of the register to speed up the process. After reading plenty of reviews I KNEW I had to get the crispy chicken sandwich. I was really craving bacon so I ended up getting the chicken bacon ranch with a side of fries (and ranch on the side). The sandwiches run you $15.5 up but they come with a side of fries, salad, or house made chips. Since it was a warm day I also got their starlite lemonade and it was so refreshing! I recommend trying as you can't really taste the alcohol with the different fruit syrups. We opted for the outdoor space (only the gated part is where you can have alcohol) but they have plenty of seating there and in their indoor space. Their indoors space is smaller but they have really cute decor full of west elm furniture and even some snacks you can buy. Within 15 minutes out sandwiches and fries came out piping hot and I chowed down! The chicken was bigger than the soft bread it came with and had a nice thin coating that stuck with each bite. Chicken was piping hot but super tender without being dry. It's more of a flat chicken piece which worked out well since you could get a bit of everything with each bite. Plenty of bacon pieces as well (they don't skimp) and plenty of ranch! You could easily save half but I scarfed down the entire thing because it was THAT GOOD. The fries were on the thicker side as well and had a nice crisp but super tender in the middle. Definitely get the fries. haha. The woman that took our order also noticed my birthday was coming up and threw in a free banana bread pudding to end our meal - so nice thank you! This place use to be something special, don't know what happened in the past couple of years but the quality of food has seriously declined, ordered a Italian grinder today ,first thing and most importantly they don't use the same bread as they use to, and also the greens were withered and definitely not fresh. Tried out the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it is hands down the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. The honey sriracha sauce is perfect if you're into that kind of sweet & spicy combo. The chicken is crispy and goes very well with the bun - which isn't too dry or too thick but the perfect ratio to the chicken. The fries, who would've guessed, are ALSO crispy and flavorful as well. I'll have to convince myself to not re-order this sandwich again next time and try something new. The restaurant itself is simple and modern with indoor and outdoor seating (umbrellas are present outside on the patio). It is inviting and clean. The service is just okay. I initially was going to replace the chicken with the fried sweet potato but the employees recommended I get the chopped cooked sweet potato instead as it would fit better.
