Make your own tuna poke bowl
    Lexi F.

Great portion sizes and it's always so fresh! I got a make your own bowl with tuna--so good

We had Spicy Daiko and House Donuts. Everything was freshly made and hot as we got our order. The donuts themselves were not sweet which was a huge plus for me. The sweetness came from powdered sugar on top and condensed milk on the side. The Daiko was nice and crispy, not too spicy. Friendly service, plenty of seating (it's outside of Cosmic and it was slow).

Came for dinner and decided it was a good day for poke. I went with the build-your-own bowl option. I chose salmon and shrimp ceviche over white rice, with edamame, scallion, pickled onion, regular onion, cucumber, tempura crisps, and crispy quinoa, all topped with spicy mayo. I ordered white rice as the base and also noticed some vegetables mixed into the bowl. The salmon and shrimp both came in generous chunks, and the crispy toppings added a great texture. I especially want to highlight the pickled onion. The tangy flavor and acidity balanced the creamy sauce and seafood really well. The tempura sprinkle and crispy quinoa were amazing. I had never tried crispy quinoa before, and I can now say I am a huge fan. This food truck does seem to take just a little longer than other poke spots, but it is absolutely worth the wait. The price point is also very reasonable compared to other food trucks. Honestly, the flavor here is better than the poke place I usually go to. I will definitely be returning and am already looking forward to it.

    Truffle Ponzu Poke Bowl

When I'm gettin poke I'm coming here! I always seek to support food trucks or mom n pops where you can feel and taste the extra love in the food and this find was no exception. The truffle ponzu bowl is the way to go! Rice perfectly cooked with the classic poke accoutrements of chopped cukes, avo and edamame. The pickled onions and crunchy topping with the sauces give it all the flavor profiles and textures. Glad it's situated at one of my favorite coffee spots. Super fan!

Ordered from here 3 times now and has been very consistent. Tastes fresh and they serve full greatly portioned bowls. I always order my own build your own bowl and love their spicy tuna and sesame salmon. I love that I can order this while working from Radio Coffee. The servers there are very kind each time. This is one of my favorites spots for poke in Austin.

As someone who leans towards a pescatarian diet, I was happy to see a poke food truck join the lineup at Cosmic on Pickle. Wow Poke offers signature bowls with carefully chosen ingredients based on the chef's creations, but you can also build your own bowl to cater to your preferences. If you make your own bowl, they'll give you a mini-clipboard with a checklist of items for you to choose from. I ordered a Regular Bowl (2 proteins) for $13.95 with Spicy Tuna & Ponzu Salmon. When your order is ready, they'll text you. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. One thing to note is that the amount of sauce can vary depending on the employee on deck, so I recommend asking for the sauce on the side. Mine ended up having way too much sauce & saturated the rice. The portion size was great-- I felt full, but not overstuffed.

Generous portions of fresh fish (and in my case, avocado, mango, and onion crunchies) atop a filling rice bowl. It's poke, WOW! Fast, delicious, better than homemade, cheaper than dine-in (but you can dine outside with Radio cold brew or brews on the side) - a treat here or there!

Make Your Own Poke, Cosmic Echoes IPA

I enjoyed the Make Your Own Poke, with brown rice and organic mixed greens as my base. I chose marinated tofu and spicy tofu as the protein options. For the six toppings, I chose edamame, red pickle onions, cilantro, jalapeño, mango, and spicy seaweed salad. For the two sauces, I chose spicy ponzu and ginger dressing. It was impressive to look at. The price was $17.95. The meal was plentiful. I took my time and finished the entire bowl with just chopsticks. Service was friendly and attentive.

Wow Poke has been expanding like crazy and I love it! Located in the perfect spot next to Cosmic and near other food trucks, this spot is perfect to hang with friends, dogs, and vibe with other people. Build your own options or select a speciality bowl from their menu. They have plenty of options and everything is fresh and colorful and made to order. Order at the front, pay, and they'll give you a buzzer while you wait! My go-to is their Mixed Love bowl with both tuna and salmon because I love the mango and avocado.

I thought I read a review for this place but I guess it was for the other location. Stop by here randomly one day and of course had to get a bowl with a toasted quinoa. I have dreams about the toasted quinoa. It is so delicious. I just can't replicate it at home. I love this vibe in the area here. It's so nice to just relax. Enjoy some quiet time if you need that or chilling with friends and I will definitely recommend this place again and again. I got a huge portion. Everything was fresh and delicious and if I did live closer I will be coming here every week

2oz poke. 1 jalapeno sliced up. Diced cucumber. Seaweed salad. Radish salad. Fried onions. Covered in a semi spicy sauce.

Hawaiian inspired?? Damn. The mainland style Subway poke is a joke. You wouldn't be able to go to Hawaii and find a poke bowl like this. 0 stars. 2 thumbs down. One of the worst poke bowls I've ever had. Unhappy Hawaiian!!!

One of the best poke spots in ATX. I frequent this place I love it so much! Fresh with good-sized portions. I would recommend the AK to ATX Poke Bowl (especially for poke beginners - perfect balance). Currently located at Cosmic, (an ATX staple family

It was mediocre. I wanted to like it, but I didn't think proportions were right nor quality. It took a while to get my food as well

From the original Sushirrito in San Francisco, to Foodland's poke fare in the islands of Hawaii - I've been there and done all the things. So I'd like to think I know what good poke tastes like: fish tasty enough to eat on its own, sauce that complements rather than overpowers, and just the right amount and flavor of toppings to bring a unique twist to each bowl. One can get a little nerdy about raw fish and I hope to submit my master's thesis one day. Customization is an integral part of the poke experience, and who am I to tell you what to order. Some people don't even put any sauce on their raw fish - and like pope Francis said "who am I to judge that person?" But I simply could not, in good conscience, leave without suggesting this absolute banger, slap my knee, mmh mmh mmmmh, finger lickin good, ask the host for the recipe, delicious poke burrito. It's seriously the best poke item I have eaten in I can't even remember how long. Regular pokerrito Hot Cheetos seaweed wrap Classic ahi tuna + salmon Sweet ginger sauce Edamame, red cabbage, half portion of seaweed salad, mango Drizzle of wasabi Aioli Furikake, tempura crisps 5/5 I'd go out of my way to visit this establishment again
