The beef kabob I ordered was a major disappointment. It was dry and overcooked, which was a big letdown. I love Mediterranean food because most places the food is fresh and made-to-order and this didn't meet that standard. Will not be returning here!

A surprising gem of nutritiousness and deliciousness in Palm Springs. While it is quite pricey, I really enjoyed the chicken avocado wrap and fattoush salad. The gentleman taking our order was very nice and helpful and I love how they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It's nice to have a restaurant in the area that has healthy and nutritious options.

Their food is INSANELY good. I ate there for the first time and was dramatically impressed by the quality, the flavor profile, and the texture of the meal. The meat was fresh. Had the tri-tip wrap, which is the Beef Kofta Wrap. The guy who prepared the food was really nice. I asked for the hot sauce, and it's a flavor I was not expecting. It's like citrus flavor. Totally delicious. Do yourself a favor and have a bite here. Oh, and the baclava was perfect!

We came here for a late-night bite on a Friday. Most places nearby had already closed their kitchens by 10 pm, so it was down to this or Mexican food. We arrived around 11 pm and were so glad we found this spot. After reading the reviews, we came in planning to order the chicken shawarma and was recommended getting the Cajun Garlic Shawarma Wrap ($14.99) and a two piece baklava ($8). The shawarma was definitely the highlight. It was flavorful, satisfying, and really hit the spot. We were so happy to have found this gem on Yelp and immediately talked about coming back again. The staff was kind, and the place had that classic hole-in-the-wall charm low-key but full of flavor and personality.

Deeeelicious! I was in the Palm Springs area for a staff retreat, and me and my colleagues wanted a quick sandwich or bowl before we went on a hike, so I did a quick search and found Wrap Houz. What a lucky find! The Street shawarma chicken bowl was amazing, you can get it with rice or fries, I got the rice, yum! The service was fantastic, including giving us some extra fries. Interestingly, it's actually 2 different buildings next door to each other, order in one, then dine next door, all of which is perfectly fine. The kitchen takes up the other half, because they also cater. Highly recommend. Support Local!

The photos featured on yelp are fairly deceptive because it looks like a cute café you would expect to find in Palm Springs however, this is more like a old school hot dog shop vibe if all they sold was baklava and Mediterranean food... kinda like a dive restaurant meets food stand meets deli, however definitely worth it for the food and wonderful selection. I am pescatarian and while I did not notice any fish on the menu. I was quite content with all of the veggie options. Their wraps are like a giant thin pita utilized to create a burrito ! Perfect meal, very satisfying and filling I would definitely return Just go in expecting a no-frills dining experience

I always like to give places like this multiple tries before I finalize my opinion on them. The menu is extensive and has tons of options, including vegan friendly bites . This visit was late at night and I settled on a chicken Shawarma bowl as well as a beef Shawarma wrap. Both items were stuffed full of freshly made food. I didn't get to try the bowl, but I was told it was amazing and the fries were super fresh. If I had to complain about something, it would be the wait, but in all honesty, I would rather wait for something good than be served something old and stale instantly. You can get something good to eat if you have the time to wait and don't mind paying a little extra compared to other takeout joints. They also had a counter filled with treats, similar to baklava. I recommend trying one but don't be like me and get the big pack as they get a little expensive.

Wanted something quick and saw this had good reviews. I'll keep it simple, the two different wraps, one of them was the Cajun one and the other was the lime chicken one. Yeah I can't remember off the top of my head but they were on the first page of the menu they had displayed at the counter. Both were really good! Very flavorful. Not much inside other than the chicken and some peppers. But really enjoyed the flavor of both. Only downer was the price for the size you get. They weren't super small but maybe for the size. Them being more like $10ish would suite them but they both come in around $15. Either way aside from the price they were really good and yes I would come back to try other things on their menu. They did have a side room where you can sit inside, well I'm assuming it was part of their establishment because of the decor on the walls. Just an open room that looks like they use for gatherings. If it's not, whoops, but either way sat inside and finished our wraps.

Man, this place may have some of the nost basic middle eastern food I have eaten. If I think of the worst Zankou Chicken I have ever been to, I would be still be in good hands. Mix plate offered the worst shish I have ever had. They seem to want to incorporate date without being able to balance the flavor. There was a burnt hamburger patty where there was supposed to be a kofta. Ughhhhhhh I am so disappointed in this late night tourist trap.

I'm so glad I finally stopped here after several years of driving by. The Chicken Shawarma Wrap was delicious and the desserts to die for. Unfortunately, at noon, the dining room was dead... so come here for lunch people!!! It's not just take out. 4 stars instead of 5 because when I got home I discovered my Avocado Lime Beef Shawarma was made with chicken. Oh well, ate it anyway.

Found Wrap Houz on Yelp during our stay in Palm Springs since we were looking for a quick little lunch before our dinner reservations. Wrap Houz is hidden and tucked away but did not at all disappoint. The food was amazing. We ordered a chicken shawarma wrap, beef philly cheesesteak, cilantro fries and hummus. Grabbed beef shawarma to snack on and ended up staying for a bit to chat with the owners. Food was really good, they even gave us freebies to try! The hummus tasted great and very light and the falafel has good flavor and moist. Definitely a great find. read more

It was the sign on the windows on Palm Canyon that drew me in. A luscious list of Mediterranean goodness, falafel, wraps, hummus... and Wrap Houz sure didn't disappoint! I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap and a side of kalamata hummus. Everything tasted super juicy, fresh and healthy. I am so happy that there is a restaurant like this in town. I'll be back for sure! Excellent food. Excellent service. The owner truly cares about food quality and customer experience. Very friendly staff. The cilantro fries and spicy fries were great--ideal for sharing. Sandwiches were tasty and better than many other mediterranean places I've tried in CA and other states. Give them business! FYI: This is a takeout place, with limited outdoor patio seating--so definitely plan ahead. read more

If you haven't tried Wrap Houz or haven't been in a while they have really upped their game. We have been eating here since they opened and have always enjoyed what we ordered. We stopped in last week to find that another member of the family was managing the shop with a new chef and WOW! the food is even better. Better Falafel, Better Wraps, Better Mixed Grill even better French Fries. We just finished another excellent meal from there tonight. The food is unbelievably delicious and really fairly priced. They even have plans for more dine-in coming soon and expanded hours. We really can't say enough great things about Wrap Houz. Thanks to the staff for always being so gracious and welcoming. We are so lucky to have this establishment in Palm Springs. read more

I've been waiting for this place to open, they did not disappoint. You can't find better Mediterranean food in the Coachella valley than this place. Run - don't walk - to Wrap Houz! I was in town for the BNP Paribas Open and found this local gem through online reviews. What a find! They made me a falafel slider for no charge while I waited for my to-go order. It was delicious and I felt spoiled by their friendly familial service. The food was super fresh and tasted homemade. Stopped by on our way to check in for something fresh and Wrap Houz did not disappoint! I had the beef gyro and my husband got the beef kabob wrap. The sauce on the kabob wrap was bomb! Definitely get the cilantro fries! Their cilantro sauce is so fresh and the seasoning on the fries has a little kick which is a nice change from the usual salt or seasoning salt. I've been waiting for this to open, and man am I happy it is now. Staff is super friendly (kinda wanted to give the woman a hug, she was just so sweet!), but THE FOOD! The chicken shawarma wrap was outstanding!! The meat was super juicy, the acidity from the pickled cabbage was a nice compliment to the tomato and the garlic tzatziki was just outstanding. Highly recommend... and ask what you SHOULD order and she's got a great recommendations. I'll likely be back tomorrow read more

After speaking with another server, it was sent back a third time--and once again, the chicken was cold and the sauces were still missing. The worst part was the customer service. Instead of apologizing and fixing the problem, two staff members raised their voices and argued with us at our table in front of our children. That behavior was completely unacceptable and ruined my husband's birthday dinner. Everyone makes mistakes, but great restaurants take responsibility and treat their customers with respect. Unfortunately, this restaurant did neither. We will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place.

Tart, creamy and one of the better endings to the meal. Coconut Shrimp: The only thing I would skip. The shrimp itself was fine, but between the coconut coating and papaya-mango chutney, it was much too sweet for me. Overall, we were impressed. This is not quite the same dining experience or menu you get at a regular Tommy Bahama Restaurant, but for a casual meal in downtown Palm Springs, it worked really well. This I visited this restaurant for the second time and was disappointed with my experience. I ordered my food and waited for almost 15-20 minutes. When I received my order, I was informed that they didn't have what I had ordered and were asking me to choose an alternative. I was surprised they didn't notify me sooner, which would have saved me a considerable amount of time. Additionally, I was underwhelmed by the baklava. Despite its appearance, which suggested it was topped with pistachios, I found that it didn't actually contain any pistachios. The green powder on top gave the impression of pistachios, but it was misleading. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes necessary improvements. read more

For appetizers, our favorites were the crispy ginger green beans (so flavorful and tasty!), the hand-rolled crispy egg rolls (yum!); and the crunchy tiger shrimp spring rolls (freshy and tasty; liked these better than the poached shrimp spring rolls or mango spring rolls). For entrees, our top favorites were the (1) chicken protein bowl w/ fresh seasonal vegetables in a delicious sauce w/ a touch of chili oil and tamari soy sauce; (2) the sweet tamari glazed salmon w/ wok fried rice noodles nad peanut tamarind sauce; and (3) the pad thai trio (w/ pork, chicken & shrimp). The tiger shrimp vermicelli w/ shrimp wontons (like a crispy egg roll), was good, but not the best I've had; noodles were thicker than usual. The spicy red curry ramen w/ pork belly had a very flavorful sauce, but the coconut broth made it quite heavy. The Vietnamese crepe w/ pork & shrimp was good, but had too many bean sprouts. The Fried Chicken was good, and very generous portion, but had a lot of breading and bones. Next time would like to try the pho. They also have a happy hour, currently 5-6 pm at the bar and outdoors w/ cocktail, wine, beer and appetizer specials. Friendly service and nice ambiance. Would definitely return!

Delightful menu surprises ensued and this time I was taken to a new culinary level with the Chili Osso Buca bowl. How could I ever have the traditional Osso Buca again having tried this transformative vision! We also were introduced to the lobster popcorn (I leave the description to your imagination...because the preparation will surprise you with culinary delight!). Fellow guests had their usual preferred bowls, a vegetarian pad Thai that was worth singing about and some wonderful grilled pork and veggies. Trying to plan our next visit to this gem in the desert. Hopefully it is soon. The service, as always is the very best, whether you are a regular or first time visitor, chairs are comfortable and indoor and outdoor seating satisfies every happy customer. I ordered the set menu, at $40. I picked the crab stuffed snapper. (I think it was snapped, either way, omg delish!!!) it included a small wedge salad that was exceptional and dessert! The blue cheese was ample and the dressing not overpowering, as many places tend to cover the lettuce up with dressing. I wanted to try the escargot, not part of the set menu.. Escargot is one of my finicky treats. I have not had a good escargot in decades, seriously decades. The typical butter and garlic, steel snail plate, and shells were not here! YEA!!!! The escargot was served under a light pastry shell that soaked up the sauce and added to a tasty treat. I wish it had been served in a small ramekin, without the individual pockets. They serve it the way it should be offered. The pastry shell is exactly what I had hoped it would be. The serving dish aside, the dish was outstanding and EXCELLENT; I definitely recommend! This used to be a Mexican restaurant, which was a long time ago. Yet, they have created a vibe that doesn't feel like reimagining a Mexican restaurant space. Nope, it has a wonderfully calm vibe, simple and elegant water feature, dark vibe without feeling like a dark restaurant. An inviting space with booths and tables far enough apart that talking at our table didn't disturb other tables, and we didn't hear others either. I'm super sorry, but I can't recall out server's name. I want to say Alicia, but that's not it. No worry, we had three different people stop by our table and each of them was a treasure. The table was always clean and they were always nice. I tend to say hello to servers, or say "thank you" if they pour water or take a dirty plate. It was very nice that they smiled and engaged for a moment. The friendly service, not invasive or fake, makes them a team that's hard to beat. Parking is ample, both off or on street parking. Lastly, remember I said it was for my birthday? Well, after dinner they brought out a small candle lite dessert that was awesome. And, they began quietly singing a happy birthday tune. But, this restaurant instills a wonderful and open vibe, a comfortable space. They began singing a quiet happy birthday, but the entire restaurant began singing it too! Omgoodness!!! Nothing to write home about. I could tell my husband was a little disappointed. Snapper and crab - I've never had snapper but it was tasty, cooked well, and seasoned well. The rice, spinach, and sauce were also tasty. Ice cream with berries - ice cream is never a dessert i would choose but that's what came with the restaurant week menu. It was fine. I appreciate the berries and the chocolate and berry drizzles. Also, always love a place that still does bread! Overall, it was good but nothing outstanding. I wouldn't make it a point to go back but I wouldn't mind if someone wanted to go there and invited me along.
