I just came back from Dearborn, Michigan which had the highest population of Lebanese immigrants and restaurants per capita, and Wrap Houz really went above and beyond all of those places. This place rocks. The owner is a sweetheart. So kind. The service was great and the falafels were amazing. Get the combo! The fry order is huge and you get a soda with it. Totally recommend! We took our food back to hotel to eat but they have a great outdoor area. Plus the bar next door called "Hair of the Dog" has pool tables for $1 per game. Go there and have a blast! I went to the restaurant looking for a change of pace, with a friend of mine. I hate to leave a bad review for a restaurant that is obviously struggling but this place was pretty bad. From the awkward separate dining room with peeling wallpaper to the weird processed food they served, I was really taken aback. $20 for what is essentially a single taco is pretty over the top and a serve yourself register that asks for a 25% to 30% tip is nuts. The meat was Trader Joes or some other pre sliced manufactured strips, the pita was some dry packaged bread likely from Ralph's or TJ's, maybe cisco loaded with preservatives, dry and falling apart and probably heated in a microwave if it was heated at all. The feta was an odd feta that was cut into weird rubbery cubes. This is nothing like Gyro you would find anywhere in the Mediterranean world or at any decent Mediterranean restaurant in the U.S. How this place has a four star review is insane. Even the service was awkward and not the warm conviviality you would expect from any of the mediterranean cultures. If you like food I cannot recommend this place. read more

Driving through town and absolutely did not want fast food. Wrap Houz popped up in my feed so I decided to try it. As a Lebanese American I am always curious what others constitute as authentic. I had the Chicken Shawarma plate. It was outstanding. Fresh ingredients , moist chicken, great flavor. The hummus was real and hand made so was the Baklava. What a little gem in the desert!! I've read through these reviews.... And every single one of them... with the exception of a very very few ... are fake. This place is not a restaurant. You don't come in and sit down to eat. It's a take out only kind of place and you can place your order ahead of time and pick it up. It has NO ambiance as it's a hole-in-the-wall kind of place. There is literally NO place to sit or stand while waiting for your order. I've tried the gyros wraps here and I was quite excited that Palm Springs got this wrap place since I love lamb/beef gyros just like most people do. Well.... After I tried it I will never be back as it was the most dried out and plastic-y tasting gyro I've ever had. I was QUITE disappointed. Wrap Houz is hands-down, the best Greek food in Palm Springs! Trust me, if you're reading this, don't listen to any of the negative reviews, just go there and enjoy the most authentic tasting Greek cuisine. The chicken schwarma plate is amazing!
