I recently purchased two pairs of Nikes both the same pairs of shoes one size different they're both in men though I specifically asked if I need to return one pair if that's possible she says as long as they are in good working order like there's nothing wrong with them and you have the receipt everything should be fine. There's no problems..(I just read a review, that stated that there was a problem trying to return a pair of shoes that the person had a receipt for their purchase..hmmmm) I'm giving this a four-star until I myself go back to the store to return one of the 2 pairs of the shoes I bought due to not feeling comfortable in my opinion. I paid $70 plus dollars for shoes that I expect to be comfy but unfortunately they were not up to par to say the least. With that said I'm extremely happy to relay the news to all customers that they did in fact return my money I spent on shoes, without any problems, workout any hassle, with the utmost EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH & THROUGH & FROM START TO FINISH WAS SO AMAZING I WAS TAKEN ABACK. Seriously since moving to Long Beach I've noticed that long Beach has a major issue with the employees they how in all establishments around here, they lack any type of real customer service skills and I think they tend to 4get that without the customers they would have no job to go to and that THE CUSTOMERS PAY THEIR BILLS... ITS THE CUSTOMERS THAT MAKE IT EVEN POSSIBLE 4 THE COMPANY TO HIRE ON NEW EMPLOYEES AND IT'S THE CUSTOMERS THAT BRING IN THE REVENUE THAT ALLOWS THE COMPANY TO PAY THEIR CUSTOMERS SO WORKOUT CUSTOMERS AGAIN THERE WOULD BE NO JOBS, NO MONEY, NO PAY CHECKS, HENCE NO WAY TO PAY THOSE BILLS THAT BELONG TO THE EMPLOYEES.. Kicks galore!!! This place has a ton of shoe styles to choose from as far as sneaks. To generalize I'd say this place caters to more of an urban clientele but fashion mavens will find their pumas and nikes. Prices are very reasonable, the place is like Ross or TJ Maxx so they probably get a lot of overstock and year old models. Age is just number though when it comes to shoes, does it really matter if those Jordans came out last year, especially when they only cost sixty or seventy dollars? You can also find workboots and dress shoes, however this destination is best looked at as a depot of affordable, brand name athletic shoes. read more

The services wasnt that great. They didnt have enough sizes out. Every shoe I picked, they didnt have the size. I checked in on yelp and was to be given a $10 off coupon for purchases over $50. They didnt honor it because one of the pair of shoes were Jordans. read more

This WSS is okay and not to bad. They are very welcoming and always help out. I would of gave them five stars If some of the workers didn't always stare at you like if you were going to steal something. Other than that the cashier and the people at the front desk are always nice and very respectful. read more

I wish I could give this place no stars. To begin this place sells fake shoes. Brands are Leor & Soft Crap shoes. This location also has very poor customer service too. I bought 2 pairs of shoes in mid June/2017. I did not get to wear them until a work project came up in mid Jul/2017. Last week I called to inform the store management that the shoes were falling apart after less than 3 weeks of use for both shoes. I was a little over the return limit but the manager/supervisor said she would do an exchange. I made sure I explained everything even when I made the purchase. So she tells me to come in on Friday when she was working. Then when I get there she said it had been too long to do anything. Of course, I was upset for coming down there to waste my time for nothing. She could have told me that over the phone. This place needs to hire respectful usa national people that can read and comprehend U.S English. What a dump this place is. I will not return to or recommend this store for anything to anyone and neither should anyone else. read more

DON'T SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE LETTING STRANGERS GO THROUGH YOUR HANDBAG!!! This place is demanding that all people exiting the store submit to a search of their bags before they leave, this includes even small purses. I went in with a groupon. I selected some shoes that my child wants. I paid for them. I attempted to exit the store holding up my receipt to the guy at the door. I was told "I need to look inside your purse". I was shocked. I am holding a bag of shoes he just watched me pay for and a receipt for it. After confirming that this person had no reason to believe that I had actually stolen anything, but was just following a store policy, I told him No. I had just a small purse, and asked him did he really think I had shoes in my purse? He said no, but sometimes women roll up t-shirts and stick them in their purse (!!). I next advised him I was a lawyer and that in order to conduct such a search they would have to have either a reasonable suspicion that I had shoplifted something, or a big notice posted that people see before coming into the store stating they are consenting to a search by entering the store. I asked him to show me the notice. He went and read the tiny little sign off to the side, and confirmed that no, it made no mention of the searches they were doing. Before I was able to pull my next move (telling him he had to let me leave or I would would call the police and tell them I was being falsely imprisoned), he relented and said I could go. So at the end at least he was polite. I think even he knows what they are doing is not legal. Needless to say I won't be shopping at this store ever again. read more

1 star is not a low enough score for this place. Negative 5 is more suitable to describe my experience. Do you like blatant false advertisement? Do you like reading something outside the store only to be told something completely different inside? The employees couldn't be anymore unenthusiastic and willing to let you know they don't care about what you think and don't care if you buy shoes from them or not. All of this on top of being treated like a thief the moment you walk in the door make for an unpleasant experience likely to make you wish you had gone somewhere else.
