The inside of the store has no working AC which is the biggest downside but their drinks always hits! I really like getting their icecream drinks especially on a hot day. Not much to say on service since they have kiosks that you can order the drinks from.
I was in this shopping plaza the other day and I decided to grab a boba to go. I will never pass up grabbing boba at a spot to have for that day or the next. I actually was at Wushiland in the UTC mall once. It was many years ago and I had to stand in line for a long time, I want to say I wasn't impressed or remember much about the drinks. I thought I'd give it another go. We used the KIOSK off to the left. I had a few questions and the staff was very friendly and responsive. I have never had QQube so we tried those, they were chewy and interesting. I have never seen these anywhere else. I got 3 drinks: 1. Oolong Milk tea with grass jelly 70% sweetness, no ice. They make their own grass jelly, which is always the best. 4/5 2. Oolong Milk tea with grass jelly 50% sweetness, no ice My niece got this and did not love it. 2/5 3. Grapefruit Green tea with grass jelly and coconut jelly. (no ice, least amt of sugar but still flavorful) My sister LOVED this drink. She said sooooooooo delicious! You would see a lot of floating grapefruit pulp in their drink. 5/5 I was surprised they did not carry passionfruit green/black tea since that seems to be a standard at most place. Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5
Yesterday was HOT, and this boba spot absolutely saved my life or at least my afternoon..lol We got the brown sugar boba and wow!!!! it was perfect. Not overly sweet, just right. My wife got another drink that was apparently so good I forgot the name because I was too busy enjoying mine. The boba was fresh, chewy, and legit. The lady helping us was super friendly and welcoming too. They have a kiosk for you to order from as well. Not that many seating, but they have some spots outside you can sit at if you'd like. If you're in the K Sandwiches plaza, do yourself a favor and stop by. They also cater events, and after trying their drinks, we'll definitely be calling them for ours

I tried their TARO GREEN TEA LATTE. I like this drink, it's creamy and good, as other places you can adjust your Ice level and sweetness here. Many selections on the Menu . Service is friendly and fast .
Wushiland Boba was one of the first boba places I remember genuinely liking when I was younger. My earliest memory of it was the location inside 99 Ranch Market, and it was one of the first times I had boba that didn't taste like those powdered taro slush drinks many people start with. That being said, I've always had a soft spot for this place, so I was happy to see they opened a standalone location in Linda Vista. We came in about an hour before closing. One thing I like about this location is that there's usually something going on, whether it's a fundraiser or a promotion for a new topping/drink. During our visit they were advertising a taro paste topping called QQube. I didn't try it this time but it looked like real taro, that purple-gray color instead of the bright artificial purple. There are two ordering kiosks on the left side and you can also order with the cashier. On the right side there are cushioned booths where people can wait for their drinks. The menu leans more classic, with lots of variations of traditional milk teas and fresh teas. One thing I appreciate about Wushiland is their topping pricing. You can pay for one topping portion and split it between two or three toppings instead of paying for each one separately. I ordered a green milk tea macchiato with boba and grass jelly, and my husband got the brown sugar organic milk, both at 75% sweetness. It was pretty busy even an hour before closing so we waited outside. Our drinks came out in about eight minutes. The quality was really good. Wushiland consistently has some of the best chewy boba and the grass jelly added a nice herbal flavor. The macchiato foam was creamy and balanced well with the tea. My only complaint is that their drinks run very sweet. Even at 75% sweetness it still felt sugary, so next time I would probably go with 50% or even 25%. Overall this location is really convenient. It's away from the parking chaos of the Convoy District and since there aren't many boba options in the immediate area, it's a reliable spot to grab a good drink.
I had some good Assam Black Tea from this boba and tea house. The tea was quite good. It had a good rich flavor with a touch of spice. They put just the right amount of ice. The place is mostly a to-go spot, but they do have a few tables inside.The hospitality was nice and the service a little adequate. They offer a large variety of teas.
You really can't beat the value and flavor of Wushiland's drinks! Our favorites are the roasted oolong milk tea triple shots of tea with boba, and new Uji matcha latte in oat milk. The roasted oolong milk tea tastes so milky and being able to adjust triple shots for free makes the roasted tea flavor so pleasantly strong. When you get boba, they give sooo much boba and the drink size and topping amount is so much for what you pay compared to other boba tea shops. The new Uji matcha latte sub oat milk is so nice! Even my husband who doesn't like matcha likes it. Extra points that subbing oat milk is free. Parking is relatively easy and free in K Sandwich parking lot. Service has always been friendly and they have self order kiosks too. Join their rewards program to collect points!
Not your typical Boba place with a bunch of extra flavors and toppings. I liked the simple menu and that you can pick how sweet it how much ice to include. Their drinks are milk or tea based. I got the ice cream Ovaltine with boba, it was yummy!!!! Received great service, the server that took my order was very sweet and explained the drinks they had and offered a similar option to the "cookies and cream" flavor I was seeking
I LOVE wushiland!!! The Yakult drinks are my favorite! And they might be the best boba spot because they give you sooo much! This location is also really great. Easy to get into, its in the same center as K's Sandwiches. The employee who helped us was also very friendly.
This is a great location compared to their UTC branch because their service is fast, and they mean business. Unlike some boba shops they do have alternative milks available! They hit the usual points for most shops (customizable sweetness and ice levels) as well. There's a decent selection of dairy type drinks and fruit drinks. Their boba pearls tasted fresh and flavorful. There's some bench seating inside and small tables outside. Price was around $6-7 but it is a large size. I got the basic brown sugar milk tea. Sweet treat lovers rejoice!
This location is clean, fast, and efficient! The employee today on 7/4/25 was very kind and patient explaining all the different flavors. I would not be surprised if he was the owner as the customer service was inviting and makes you want to come back to support the business. Parking is plentiful. Dangerous to be close to K sandwich as that is a perfect lunch! Sandwich and boba! It is a convenient location close to Mesa College. The travel box is very cheap and this location requires a one hour phone call in advance prior to pick up to get this completed. I suggest getting the brown sugar drinks and adding a scoop of ice cream! That extra creaminess to the drink enhances the flavors for something so simple! I enjoy the small boba/pearl topping. My go to order would be brown sugar milk tea with ice cream and half/less small pearl topping with 70% sweetness. I've had the fruity drinks in the past on hot days where you crave something refreshing and sweet. One of my FAVORITE boba shops throughout San Diego.

HYPED?! (3.8 stars) The menu was interesting and I liked oolong tea. But did I miss the hype? I know a lot of people are fans of Wushuland because I liked it but never am a rush to return. Came right when they opened and only two people ahead of me. The wait for boba was kind of long for what it was. The wait was def a wait. When it's summer, heat iwaving, cold drinks be the thing and waiting isn't fun. ORANGE GRAPEFRUIT YOGURT - refreshing! I love me some tea drinks or baba drinks with grapefruit and or orange mixed with yogurt. I liked this drink and would def order it again. Their boba pearls texture were nice and soft and didn't harden after 15m. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROASTED OOLONG MILK TEA - I know they brew their oolong fresh but to me it tasted like any regular milk tea. I didn't realize that they have a store here. I have seen their store at 99 ranch market. This one is bigger, with a small area for you to wait for your drinks and they put out a few metal folding chairs (no tables) outside if you want to hang around for a bit. In the store, you can either put in your order from the machines or actually talk to a human being and place your order. Wait while your drink is made and drink that deliciousness when it's ready! I've tried other locations and didn't like them. However, this location had me returning to try more off the menu. *Right now, they're running a promotion for $1 off roasted oolong milk tea. This will be from June 2 until July 6. Their prices seem to be more affordable than other boba shops nearby. Their service is usually quick. And their drinks are quite enjoyable. What makes them different from other shops? Well, I like how their drinks are quite basic, and they're generous with the toppings. No need for all the extras and twists to a drink. The only thing I questioned was, at my last visit, their teas were sitting on the counter, uncovered. The door was opened, too. So I'm not sure how sanitary it is, whether things would or did flew into them. Not sure how long they were sitting out and why. I love this place! The staff is always kind and the boba is sweet and flavorful. I have a nut allergy and really appreciate that they don't use any nuts or almond milk! I usually order the jasmine green tea with boba or the brown sugar oat milk black tea latte with boba and two extra shots of tea, and they are always so good! Of all the wushi locations in San Diego, this one is my favorite and I recommend it to anyone looking for boba in the area! read more

Great drinks (Lots of dairy free options) at really decent prices! Order at two tablet stations or at the front. Drinks came out quick and delicious, very generous on the toppings. Little bench seating inside and two metal tables on the outside. Definitely will return. read more

The service was very friendly, they have a lot of great options, and you can really do a lot of customization. I got the green tea latte with boba. Got the plum green tea which was super refreshing! I enjoy being able to customize sweetness as I prefer less sweet. I also enjoyed that there are two iPads to order from and there is an indoor bench where you can wait for your drinks. They have a few small tables outside. Staff is also super sweet and the cashier was very patient with a few small kids who were ordering and explained the options and even gave them some stickers read more

Winnie, the cashier, was so friendly and helpful! She took the time to answer all my questions and even let me sample a couple of teas. I went with a brown sugar milk tea with boba and it was so creamy and refreshing! It cost around $7 which I felt was a good value. Make sure to adjust the sweetness level to your liking, I got 50% sweet and that was perfect for my taste. They have cute patio tables in front for you to enjoy your drinks. I will definitely be back to try more off their menu! read more

I was gone for 6 months, and during my time being away, they didn't have any Wushiland locations around. So since I got back I wanted to try it again, the last time I went was in LA, I don't recall they had opened one in SD, but now they expanded a couple of them are now down near where I live. Neat! The brown sugar milk tea still my choice, I like the way it tasted with 50% sugar, extra topping included regular bobas and small pearls. Also remember less ice and extra tea to enhance your flavor, I like the way they fill up the cup even with little ice. That's how you run a business, less ice doesn't mean less drink. read more

I was on a journey to visit all 3 Wushiland Boba shops in San Diego in one night. This was our 2nd location. My daughters and I barely made it within 10 mins prior to closing time. I was so happy! This shop had opened for about 1 or 3 months at the time so they were fairly new. Ambiance was bright and clean. The owners were really nice and friendly. They were getting ready to close up shop when I arrived, but were still able to get my order completed. Unfortunately, they ran out of the mini pearls. I was slightly bummed about it. I ended up getting grass jelly in place of it which worked out perfectly. I got our usual 3 drinks... 2 roasted oolong milk tea with grass jelly + brown sugar, 1 orange grapefruit with coconut jelly all with no ice... I don't like my drinks watered down later. I normally also get coconut jelly and ice cream with mine, but decided to opt out since it was so late. All the drinks were delicious as always. I love Wushiland! Best of success to you!! For those who haven't given Wushiland a try, be on your way... trust me on this one! Btw, you may order via kiosk or up at the counter. read more
