We purchased from ED only because the black lamp was listed as "in stock ready to ship". Rove didn't have it in stock, and shipped a white lamp which at the time was selling for 1/2 off. I was charged the full $399. Your read that right, the shipment was from Rove not ED. After many days going back back-and-forth with customer service between ED and Rove, they offered a refund; however, they would leave us with no lamp so we opted to keep the white lamp we received. Rove said ED could issue partial credit but the credit was never received, so basically we paid double and received something other than what we wanted. What is terrible bait and switch. If you are considering purchasing from Everything Depot, my recommendation would be to find a different supplier.
