    I came to the Xfinity Store to see if I can change my home Internet and TV plan because my current plan just keeps going up in price. I made an appointment same day on a Saturday for 4:45pm. I arrived at 4pm and was told that I can either check in and wait, but will be knocked off first in line on the list or stay on the list and come back at 4:45pm. I opted go run an errand and to come back at my appointment time as there were 2 family's that just walked in ahead of me and it looked like they were short staffed. When I came back at 4:44pm, I was greeted and checked in right away and told that they will call me when they are ready for me. Unfortunately, I still had to wait over 30 minutes, maybe 40 minutes before someone was able to help me. The guy who helped me (I believe his name was Matthew) was very cool and did a very thorough job of reviewing my account and making suggestions. I had already researched what I wanted, so I just needed to know if that was the best options for me. He was very knowledgeable of all the products. In the end, I achieved my goal of shaving off a few bucks per month on Internet and TV service (saving $60/month and got a free modem/router and TV box), so I am happy. Only thing I was not happy about was waiting an extra 30-40 minutes after my appointment time. At least they had a comfortable waiting area and free WiFi.

    I stopped by after work to pick up 2 cable boxes, to avoid shipping costs. I came in and checked in (no appointment), told one guy what I came to pick up and was guided to the next window. Jonathan was quick to verify my information, check my ID,and told me all I had to do was connect the boxes to the TV's and it should start to work without calling Xfinity. I was quickly on and out!     I do recommend this location. I Upgraded to IPhone 16 Pro Max. Alonzo provided great customer service.

I found Alfredo on Yelp and reached out for help activating it. He was honest and upfront that he wasn't very familiar with our system but willing to give it a try. He came out, took the time to understand the setup, and got our newest camera working. Since the first experience was positive, we opted for Sight Pro for another job.     Amazing service all around~! I can't say enough for this company, out of alll the new…read morecontractors/services we had to hire with moving, this company (especially Matt and Scott) have been the coolest, most laid back but also efficient and attentive to detail- super responsive and understanding with requests and questions. Ami helped to coordinate installs was a total Angel because our schedule is Hectic and our project of sorting out multiple old systems, broken sensors and contacts, and a mess left by the old company (nothing was labeled or organized) required multiple visits and at odd times- I really appreciate that the installers were committed to doing everything right even though it took more equipment and time than we originally anticipated. Also love the head engineers that are familiar with lots of systems to help with random WiFi/network errors. The systems themselves are sleek and easy to use with the app. The sensors can be delayed or disabled for certain purposes. I also accidentally set off the alarm silently, they called me and the cops, and were able to call off the cops easily once confirming it was me. Lots of nice safety features to this alarm which Scott tested to make sure they worked as needed :) We compared to another well know local company that seemed a bit outdated (no app access/control) and a giant national company (expensive setup, less local, not as individualized attention). Ultimately chose safe and sound for the excellent customer service and highly recommend!

I had a phone call with one tech who logged on to my computer remotely, then figured out that they could not fix the problem. Now I am waiting for a physical person to show up, after being promised that, and they have not scheduled anyone and I have not gotten any response to my email. We spoke on Thursday, they said "We will try and have someone out tomorrow". It's now Wednesday and radio silence.
