Extremely pleasant staff. Said it would be a 30 minute wait but was only 20. Two tortillas for each taco, which was good on the chicken and steak, but too much for the broccoli garlic and the zucchini corn. Our fav by far was the chicken. The steak was also pretty good. The regular salsa was mild, the spicy salsa was only a little spicy. I saw lots of veggie options so I thought I should try some. I think the broccoli and the zucchini corn would make great side dishes. I didn't think they stood up as taco fillings (too one note/not complex enough). Just seemed like some cooked veg on a tortilla.

Very good place to get tacos with friendly service! They have a unique menu that you can't find elsewhere, very interesting textures and taste. All the tacos were good and very filling, I could only really eat two tacos! I would recommend and would come back.

Amazing tacos that hit the spot on our way to Snoqualmie Falls. I'm usually not one to order vegetarian tacos but the options looked so good. I got the Brussels Sprouts, Poblanos and Steak. Out of those three I would normally think that the steak would be the best but the poblanos was my favorite.

This is probably a hot take, but I think this place is overhyped. I'm not a vegetarian, so maybe this place is more worth it for vegetarian options but the meat tacos are just okay. We tried all 5 of their meat options and they weren't particularly impressive. Their style of taco isn't the most typical for street tacos and their tortillas are definitely a bit bigger. The toppings for each meat are also pre-determined and not the traditional onions and cilantro. I don't necessarily have an issue with a non-traditional taco, but I don't think their flavors are that good. They are also relatively pricey, over $5 per taco. Their tortillas are a bit bigger, so order 1-2 fewer tacos than you usually would.

Best vegetarian tacos I've ever had!!! My family loves this place! I've even come here for my birthday meal for two years now. We love the sauce and spice. The women here work hard! Wait time is long but well worth it. Your food will never ever be cold. My favorite tacos to get are the broccoli and tinga. My mom and brother are vegetarian and pescatarian so they enjoy the Papas y Rajas tacos. My brother asks for extra spicy. The taco truck is located in a parking lot with plenty of parking and near a coffee stand and brown bear car wash. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Convenient location with outside table seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will definitely return and of course recommend. If you haven't been here yet...what are you doing with your life?! Best broccoli tacos I've ever had!!!

When I heard this is the best taco in Washington I knew I had to try it. I came at 12:45 on a Saturday and there were plenty of free parking spots and a short line. Within 15 min I was able to place my order, and was told it would take 25-30 min. I was asked if I wanted them "extra spicy" so I said sure. They did give me an order number which I (and everyone who ordered before and after me) immediately forgot, but the woman who took our orders helped us out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went and got gas nearby and sat on one of their many benches while waiting until I received my hot tacos.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The "extra spicy" seems to be an additional layer of hot sauce which added some flavor, which was definitely a good touch. The papas (potatoes) taco was delicious. Potatoes were nice and crisp and the cheese was great. The tinga (chicken) was really tender, great flavor, and maybe didn't need the hot sauce but definitely added some additional heat! Definitely good tacos, two were definitely enough for me, but I'd love to come back and try some of their other fillings!

Good, modern tacos served in a food truck off of Gilman in Issaquah. When I went, it was on a Wednesday and it is an observed holiday, but they were open, so it looks like it is as crowded as a Saturday. I went around 12:15pm and it took about 5 min to order but another 30 minutes exact to get the order, so be prepared to wait. Tacos were above average but a lot of the experience went down because they used to do the combo to try more variety but now they only offer large tacos, so you are forced to only be able to get 2-3 kinds and be full and have to come back, a luxury that a lot don't have. I got the cochinita pibil and encebollados from the meat options, and the bruselas from the vegetarian options. By doing so, I make do with the variety on hand and get to try how they do the meat and vegetarian options. The tacos come with various toppings, like pickled onions from the cochinita pibil and feta from bruselas (brussels sprouts). I liked the brussels sprouts and encebollados the most, as the cochinita pibil was a bit on the salty side. I'd say this is a good spot, but it is overhyped so don't bother going for lunch but rather at an off time.

Wow, of the ~20 places I have had tacos at in the Seattle area, this is the third place I'm excited to return to! I loved the two I tried - the tinga (chicken with chipotle sauce, feta, and sour cream) and the cochinita pibl (pork in a chipotle sauce). Each taco was $5 and while they are small, I doubt that J could finish 3 tacos for one meal. I can't wait to come back and try their other tacos!

Tinga taco and steak taco as well. Delicious!

Delicious tacos from street trunk. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Casual environment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Seating outdoors.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Convenient parking and excellent service. We had the tinga and the steak/grilled onion tacos. Two filled us up for our lunch. Definitely a place to bookmark and go on your next trip to Issaquah!

Amazing. It's the perfect mix between street tacos and restaurant versions in that they are flavorful without trying too hard to be a "fancy taco." I got three tacos which I recommend as a portion size unless you're particularly hungry. These tacos are full! I got the cochinita pibil, encebollados, and rajas which were all delicious. The meat ones are juicy and have the perfect balance of flavors from the pickles or onions, while the vegetarian option I got (rajas) had plenty of kick from the smokiness and sauce. The wait can be kind of long but it means your tacos are made fresh to order and come out piping hot. They have a few tables you can eat at but there's always an option to eat in your car since you'll be parked super close.

Plenty of seating and steady stream of customers coming in. Food is average but scratches the itch if you're craving simple, no frills Mexican food. Is in no way comparable to the Mexican food you'd get in California, but for Issaquah I'm happy this little place is here. Portion sizes are good and prices are cheap. And you get a lot of food for your money. But my main feedback is the salsas are not spicy at all. Like at all. The ones you get with the chips tastes fine but is not spicy at all. And then when your food comes out, they bring out a mustard and ketchup bottle that actually has salsa verde and roja in it, but is also not spicy!! Just sadness. The nachos were decent, very generous with the amount of meat loaded on top. And the enchiladas were fine, but the chicken was a bit dry. Rice/beans good. Horchata is a little too sweet.

Our waitress (who did not give her name) was not very friendly or attentive. She even interrupted and skipped my family member as they were beginning to order and asked someone else for their order next. It made no sense and was strange. On top of that she just kind of gave a "I don't want to be here and I'm annoyed" vibe. After we got our bill we noticed that some of the charges were incorrect. A kids meal order was rung up wrong, charging extra money for meat even though it was included, and a kids drink was charged as an adult. We kindly tried to explain that she charged us incorrectly and if she could please fix it. She started explaining that we had ordered the kids burrito not taco, even though we definitely ordered, she definitely inputted, and we were most certainly delivered a kids taco. She then said that we needed to clearly specify that it was a kids lemonade even though it was clearly implied that the lemonade was for a child. I guess that's on us cause we didn't say "kids lemonade"? Like come on... She was not kind or helpful about the issue at all and refused to fix the bill. We left frustrated and discouraged to go back. Be ware of the bad service if you're looking to dine in.

We've eaten here dozens of times -- easily -- and have never left disappointed. The carne asada is consistently fantastic, and their more traditional dishes are just as solid. Service is reliably friendly, efficient, and refreshingly genuine -- the kind of staff that actually seems to enjoy being there. The one miss? The margaritas. I've worked my way through every flavor, and unfortunately the base tastes suspiciously like Safeway syrup. For a place that does food this well, the cocktails feel like an afterthought. They do have a beautiful patio that's perfect when the weather cooperates, and if you're a nacho-and-cocktail type (same), I strongly recommend ordering a mojito with fresh fruit. Be sure to ask for muddled fruit slices -- otherwise you'll likely get syrup again. It honestly takes just a few cubes of real fruit to completely elevate the drink, and at these prices, it feels like an obvious upgrade management should consider standard-which is why I docked them one star.

It should have at least been lukewarm, so I'm not sure what happened there. Worst part is, when I called and spoke with the manager on duty to ask about the missing item and mention the cold food, she was defensive and flippant, placing blame on the driver immediately while simultaneously talking down to me (re: the cold food), 'well that happens with delivery. We have no control over the driver'. As if I've never had food delivered. She said to take up the charge for the missing item with Uber Eats - 'That's how it works. There's nothing we can do'.
