If I could give 0 stars, I would. The refrigerator installation we received was the worst experience we've had. The delivery men left the water line open and failed to close it, causing a leak that went unnoticed for two weeks, severely damaging our floors. As a result, we've had to pull up our kitchen flooring. I have called RXO twice and submitted an online inquiry to file a claim. I spoke with two different customer service representatives who assured me that a claim was filed, but I have yet to receive any email correspondence, claim number, or follow-up. This has been extremely frustrating, and I now face the additional burden of having to replace my kitchen flooring. I expect immediate action on this matter and a prompt response. read more

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my mattress delivery order. We bought a mattress from the Ritz-Carlton Marriott Collection. Our scheduled delivery date was October 7, but the delivery has been postponed twice--without any clear explanation or prior notice. Despite multiple attempts to contact the team, the only updates we received were vague assurances that the item was "on the way," followed by last-minute notifications--once as late as 10 PM--that the delivery would not occur. These repeated delays have caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. We had to take time off work to be available for the delivery, and because we live in a high-rise condominium, our HOA requires advance reservation of the loading dock. Each reservation costs $200, and we have incurred this expense multiple times due to the repeated rescheduling. This experience has been extremely frustrating and falls far below the level of service we have come to expect from Marriott and RXO. read more

2nd attempt to deliver, I had to take the day off to make sure I would be home for the installation. The team supposedly "came" and waited for 15 mins and follow in-home instructions. Let me tell you they didn't below are the reasons why: 1) They did not call me 30mins before arriving 2) They did not call or text me when they were here 3) They did not buzz / ring the doorbell so I really doubt they were actually here. I'd like you to do something about this as this is unacceptable. This is by far the worst at home delivery experience I have ever received. This buying experience was the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I will never recommend RXO to anyone. My stovetop was suppose to be at my house on November 8th. RXO updated the delivery day to November 15th. But the driver "got stuck in traffic," so he/she never came. I finally received the stovetop on November 27th (after calling RXO every day for a week) and the stovetop is unusable and unsafe. RXO not only ruined my thanksgiving, but also my parents', my siblings', my aunts' and my uncles'. read more

I have a full kitchen appliance package that was scheduled for 10/9 for nearly 2 months. Either Samsung or RXO confirms the delivery is on track every week. 4pm the day before delivery, RXO tells us the delivery is canceled. I wasted a day of PTO for nothing and still don't have a new "confirmed" delivery date. I'll update this review if the delivery happens tomorrow. update - RXO first confirmed the delivery tomorrow, and then followed up a few hours later canceling it. absolutely absurd how terrible this company can be and still have business. read more

This was a 1-star which I'm updating to a 3-star because of the follow up The original problem in the process remains. They did not deliver the boxes when scheduled. The boxes did not make it onto the truck and were not accounted for. Text message alerts were hopeful, but ultimately inaccurate. I got a call from an offshore person who was polite but unable to help me. All of this was frustrating. Because I posted here on Yelp, I got access to a special support service which stepped into to resolve my immediate issue. They were easy to work with and helpful. In the end, my delivery was delayed by a day, but everything arrived in good condition. So this seems a 3-star effort result. read more
