We used to be frequent customer of Super-shuttle. After reading the great reviews of XpressShuttles we decided to try their service. We are very happy with the service provided by their office support and the driver. The on time notifications before the ride and the ride (Scott was the driver) were so friendly and made our ride pleasant at 4:00 AM. We have not returned from the current trip yet and we have already booked today the round trip ride for a second trip. My family and I were in need of a car service because we were on a red eye so I went to Yelp to find a reputable car service. I am happy to of come across Xpress Shuttle. After reading all their positive reviews I proceeded to book a reservation over the phone (I can't recall the lady's name) who was very professional and helpful. Once we ended our call I received a confirmation via email with cost, pick-up and drop off and time details. While on the phone she did inform me I would receive a text from the driver a day prior so I could be in communication for where to pick us up at the airport, etc. I'm glad I had, Hermon our drivers direct number because our flight was delayed twice and even though we didn't arrive until long after midnight Hermon was there to pick us up and take us to our destination. This is by far the best shuttle service I have ever used! Everyone I have encountered there is professional, courteous and honors their word. They are always early and very friendly. We used this service for the 5th time on July 21st and I will never use another. I scheduled a service with another provider as my ride to the airport on July 12th which was AWFUL. If my husband and I are only leaving for about a week, we will leave our car at a parking structure near the airport, but for longer trips, we use a shuttle service. We didn't have to use a shuttle service for several years because our sons would take us and pick us up from the airport. Alas, both sons moved away so we had to find a ride to the airport (because we were leaving for a month, it would be less expensive to get a shuttle than to pay for parking). Our last experience with a well known shuttle service in Orange County wasn't very good. In fact, we refer to our prior ride to the airport, with a company I will not name, as "the most dangerous part of our trip" because our driver was a horrible driver who we have since renamed "the mad professor." I was dreading the part where we needed a ride to the airport so I did a lot of online research on shuttle services from North Orange County, CA to Long Beach, CA, and I found the highest rated shuttle service to be Xpress Shuttle. The greatest part of all was that we didn't need to be in the van with other people (we generally like people, but not so much so when they're running late, and we have to board a plane ON TIME) so this was a definite perk for us. Our van driver to the airport on December 16 was James. He arrived at our home early, he was very friendly, and he was a great driver. I feel like I have to say here that I'm not really comfortable when anyone else is driving, but James immediately set my mind at ease! Thank you, James! We were driven home by Hermon. Our plane arrived over 1/2 hour early on January 13 so I was wondering if he would be there (early) for us, and he was! It was just like being driven home by an lifelong, trusted friend! I asked for a pickup 30 minutes after my flight, afraid that I'd need time to deplane and gather my luggage. My flight arrived 30 minutes early. Reliable, courteous, and super convenient! No one wants to ask a friend to drive them to LAX at four o'clock in the morning. So if you have an early flight, or you just don't want to fight traffic on your own, this service is the perfect solution. Telles picked me up right on time, was kind and courteous, and even chatted with me on the drive to the airport. It made it go by so fast! He dropped me off right at my terminal. I didn't have to worry about where to park in the labyrinth that is LAX, or drag my bag all the way from my car to check-in. Telles even knew a secret entrance to the airport (which I SHAN'T reveal). He was so awesome, I requested him for my pick-up when my trip was over.
