This was our fourth time using Xpress Shuttle for our annual family vacations. My mom always books the trips and said Linda is absolutely amazing to speak to on the phone and has wonderful customer service. I do not recall our drivers names from last year (we had two different gentleman, both great), but this year we had ADAM take us to our destination and again for the trip back home. Our entire party of 5 adores Adam! He is a great driver, engages in fun/friendly conversation and has impeccable patience. We also love that this is a family run business. I called Xpress Shuttle to schedule a ride to the airport with my four year old daughter. I specifically requested a car seat. While the person who arrived was friendly and courteous, there was no car seat. I had to strap her into a seat belt and wing it because we would have otherwise missed our flight. Wow. Super friendly customer service I had a two hour + delay and in order to get to work on Monday I flew into John Wayne instead of Ontario. I tried super shuttle but 10pm was the last pick up and I arrived at 9:50 so they wouldn't schedule me and said to call again when I arrived and maybe they could find a driver. A google search turned out this place and I was able to book online no problem. The fairs are reasonable and the service is A+ you get a confirmation email a nice text and my driver called me when he was outside just as I landed. The car was so clean and the driver was so friendly. It's a small company family owned and local. You feel good about not using a corporate company while getting warm customer based treatment. I will definitely be a returning customer ! Cons ? I have none it was great. The driver was safe and got me home at a decent hour. Five + stars read more

Xpress Shuttle picked us up from home to the Ontario Airport which was very good. However, we were never picked up on our return to Ontario Airport. We had confirmed reservations with them on our return flight. We were not called on our cell phone as they had promised upon our landing. Attempts to reach them on the phone they provided to us were unsuccessful, (left messages for them to call us, no response). We were fortunate that a Super Shuttle van was at the airport, which we used to get us home. Xpress Shuttle is unreliable and poorly managed. We will never use them again for any future travel. read more

I was a little nervous at first since I haven't used this service before, but I am so happy I did. The website was easy to use to get a quote and I was able to confirm my arrangements online and receive the confirmation immediately. When my plane landed and I turned my cell phone on I had a friendly message letting me know my driver's name and instructions on how to proceed. My driver then followed up with me and was very kind in helping me understand where he would meet me to make it the most convenient. I was very pleased overall with the service. The vehicle was clean and smelled fresh and the driver was very friendly and helped me with my bags both from the airport and at home. I needed a lift to John Wayne Airport from my home in Lake Elsinore. In the past, I've had problems with other shuttle drivers not being able to find my home since I live in a rural part of town. The communication from Linda and the driver James were incredibly amazing from the very start of answering the phone to drop off. James even patiently waited while my mother (being picked up on the other end of her flight) had some issues getting to the car for pick up.
