I love their pizza. We order from them all the time and the staff is always friendly when I pick up my order.

The workers were all very nice in there . Quick service and nice place . But the food wasn't good at all .. the bread sticks tasted like cheap ole frozen ones and the pizza was like eating a cardboard box .. and we got a half meat lovers and half mushroom and pepperoni and they used oregano to make a thick line dividing the 2 . Was just really gross food . Wasted $45.00 but did still leave a $20.00 tip . As far as bang for your buck, it does not get much better than Xtrodinary. This is good old fashioned hearty pizza, they put enough toppings for 2 pizza's on one which is something I can really appreciate in a day and age where restaurants tend to try and skimp you on portions. There isn't much of a dine in area so this will most likely be a grab and go. Not a whole lot to say because there isn't much fancy here, just good old fashioned pizza. read more

This place is truly a hidden gem on the southeast side. It's the only pizza place I know where the pizza is one price no matter how many toppings you choose to have on it. They are all quality products too. If you get the large with everything on it, it's so heavy!! I adore pizza and most pizza I can eat a few pieces, but here it's 2!usually. The pieces are so big and so much stuff on them. If you're not into pizza, they have calzones. The small pizzas are also loaded down. If you like a heavy duty pizza with a lot of toppings, even if you just want one or two, I highly recommend that you try Extrordinary, because it is Extrordinary!! BEWARE: DO. OT ORDER FROM PIZZA PLACE WITH CARD. USE CASH ONLY DUE TO NOT RECEIVING PIZZA THAT WAS PAID FOR. We ordered a pizza 3 months ago from this place. We never received this pizza after the driver said it was never delivered, when suddenly it was apparently delivered to a "house full of men." The owner of the place rudely denied us a refund, insisting that we in fact got the pizza. We, however, did not and went to the bank to issue a chargeback on the card for a service we did not receive. This past Wednesday, we found out that they had taken us to small claims court over said chargeback, but we were not served the papers for court. We are now over $400 less because we WERE NOT NOTIFIED THAT WE WERE BEING TAKEN TO COURT. As a new resident to the area, the saga of the two "ordinary's" is often discussed. This ordinary, now called Xtraordinary, is run by the original owners of the Ordinary pizza place down the road. Both claim to make the better pizza... We got a two pizzas and bread sticks. Our experience was definitely less then delicious. Unseasoned sauce, unflavorful and hard -to-rubbery crust, meh bland? cheese and somewhat generic breadsticks. Considering the price and experience we will not order again. As the play on the restaurant name insinuates, this pizza is extraordinary! I ordered for pickup, and the first thing that struck me was how heavy the pizza box was when I picked it up. I thought someone had put a complimentary logo decorated paper weight in with the pizza. I opened the box to find it was just the pizza with a ton, yes a ton of toppings. I did order the supreme, and it was delicious with all of the toppings. You'll note in the reviews that this is a thick pizza, but to clarify, it's thick because of the generous toppings, not because it's a deep dish crust. There are a couple of tables inside, but I believe a large portion of the business is pickup/delivery. The staff was friendly, and I feel the prices are reasonable for the quality of the product. This place is in my top 3 in Indy if you want GOOD pizza. First off, any toppings you want added are FREE. Secondly, the pizza is basically stuffed with the cheese on top. They don't have a whole bunch obnoxious crust taking away from the pizza either. The toppings are good. Didn't really care for the crumbled sausage they use, but now I'm just splitting hairs. The place is kind of hard to find with a parking lot that doesn't look big, BUT I'd still go here when it's busy if I wanted some pizza. It's a must-try and I will be going back. read more

So I called at 7:58 and spoke with a man that told me that they do not close until 9 pm. I then called back 2 mins later to place my order and of course no answer. I high tail it up the highway from greenfield to make it there, I walk in around 8:26......girl tells me they stop taking orders at 8:30. No the guy that I talked to didn't say any of that prior to and he had the chance to. Regardless of my distance, or the fact the I came after just having surgery, or the fact it wasn't 8:30 or 9 for a small 7" pizza they would still not take my order. The guy in the back says "he has to get out of there he's done done". That was my experience with this place. They had no concern for the customer, just a bunch of meaningless apologies from the young lady. ADVICE....... Called in an order at 6:15, girl answers the phone, I said delivery, she asked her manager how long for delivery and then asked my cross streets were, then address. Another phone rang, asked me to hold, came back and took my order. At 7:45 I finally got a phone call asking me if I forgot about the pizza. I said I was wondering if you guys got lost. She said are you coming to pick up the pizza? I said no, it was for delivery. She said do you still want it? I don't want it if it's cold, she said let me ask and I'll call you back, I said ok. I thought maybe they were gonna remake it maybe or actually check the pizza and breadsticks. She calls back and said manager said it hasn't been out of the oven long (an hour and a half after order and I was told 40 minutes) so I said ok I guess bring it on... driver is here in less than 10'minutes, pizza is luke cold, not even look warm. I haven't had a big pizza from there but I did try the 7 inch. It was pretty delicious only complaint is the burn cheese around the edges. Also the toppings were piled high but that also had its disadvantage. I felt like some of the toppings were a little cooler than the rest. I have tried the breadsticks and cheese and the bread sticks were absolutely amazing. The cheese sauce was also on point. I believe it was a jalapeño nacho. Which made it better. Last but not least I have tried the calzone. Now this thing was absolutely a 5/5! It was huge! The crust on it is perfect. And made to your absolute liking. read more

1st time eating here, found it on yelp and decided to try it. I ordered a large sausage pepperoni, when it arrived I snapped a pic and was very excited to try this gorgeous pizza. I took my first bite and was so disappointed. The sausage had a weird taste so the second bite I tried to figure out what was wrong. I came to the conclusion after I finished my only piece that either someone there made a mistake and used hamburger or they had some bad sausage. So I was disappointed to say the least after spending $26 and not able to eat it. 0 Stars. They went from the best pizza in Indy to the worst Pizza in Indy ! Pizza was burnt on top and bottom. tryed to eat with out the crust, burnt taste all through. Nasty, greasy, grease leaked out on the way home and stain my sons pants, and burnt his leg. Got 5 sick people at my house now, everyone that ate the pizza is throwing up. Thank you.
