I actually found this place by mistake I was absolutely amazed at this place. The ramen noodles were delicious and soft (unlike the packaged kind) the broth was nutritious and the ramen bowl itself was large. The place was clean and service was friendly would definitely recommend.

Came here with some friends and was pleasantly surprised with this place. It has an array of drinks displayed and a live kitchen. The dining area is minimalist but clean. The service was quick and punctual (for a party of 4). Highly recommend a ramen bowl; they are generous with their servings! Will come again soon!

It was a long day so we ordered in. We needed a restaurant for x, so we chose xuan Asian. We ordered the New Mexico bowl, seafood combo tempura bento and a side of lomein. The food was well seasoned and we had a good portion for the money. Everything was fresh and hot. It was super tasty and we will definetly be back to try some of the other dishes.

Do not order the Korean spicy chicken- it's just dry bland breaded and fried chicken. It's the worst dish I've ordered at a restaurant in a loooooong time. I took a few bites and threw it away. I hate wasting food but it wasn't worth the calories. The sushi roll was ok but too sweet. Bf liked his short rib bento but they put the ribs on a large bed of onions to make it look like more meat than it really is. Will probably not order from here again.

WOW. i was traveling and found this place online. it's a small little shop w very limited seating. the service was a bit slow and it took a while for everyone to receive their food. but once it came out, it was hot and fresh and so tasty! the staff was gracious and hospitable. it definitely gets busy here and for good reason. the portions of food are GENEROUS. and the ramen is amazing. i had the volcano tonkatsu and it's got the perfect kick w super soft noodles and pork belly that melts in your mouth. the broth is beautifully done. i'm from california and get ramen pretty consistently and this place would easily run other businesses out over there because of how delicious the food is. i seriously recommend if you're a patient person. because the food is so worth the wait. it will definitely become a stop for me every time i travel.

Small hole in the wall Asian restaurant. When we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff. We ordered the Takoyaki Balls as an appetizer. I was not a fan of the sweet mayo sauce, but the rest of the ball was pretty good. The octopus did not have too much flavor, but the texture was nice in comparison to the fried ball. I got the Black Tonkatsu Ramen. The egg was definitely not a soft boil and since the yolk was cold on the inside, I could tell it was boiled and refrigerated at some point. The flavor was good overall. My husband hot the Bulgogi Beef Noodle Plate. The meat was scarce and really felt like it was there to add a little flavor to the noodles. The noodles were well made. We plan on visiting again and trying some of the other menu items.

I order online for this place a lot and get their build your own bowls. Super good, the portion sizes are large and the price is good for the quality. Went here in person on a Saturday and it was pretty quiet so quick services.

We are new to the neighborhood and were in search of a new poki spot. Incredibly thankful Yelp lead us here. Something for everyone in the family, online ordering and easy pick up (they also have delivery) The bento box was HUGE and all items were high quality and delicious. I'd never had a sushi burrito and it was outstanding!! They even accommodated my changes. They will be our new GO TO spot for poki, bento, sushi and Asian grill.

It is truly one of those rare neighborhood gems that feels both authentic and incredibly welcoming. The service was impeccable from the start, but the highlight was truly the charming interaction with the chef. He was kind enough to personally walk me through the evening's selections, and we had the most delightful chat! I decided on one of my absolute weaknesses: the Fresh Pork Dumplings. The chef was quite attentive and offered to add an onion paste, but after a brief explanation of my preferences, he was more than happy to prepare them exactly to my liking. It's that level of bespoke attention that I truly adore. The dumplings arrived steaming hot in just a matter of minutes absolutely bursting with authentic, clean flavors. It was a thoroughly wonderful experience, and I shall certainly be making this a regular stop on my Uptown rounds!

For me, it tasted just right because this is the flavors I grew up with. The dumpling dough had a nice texture that I prefer. My Ramen had a big fatty pieces of pork which is what I like. They didnt skimp. It was a good bowl of noodle soup. Wouldn't say its the best ramen I ever had, but it was good. Beef roll was good, I would say its one of the better ones I've seen in ABQ where its really filled with beef. Would recommend this. We also got soup dumplings and I will say that we didnt get the proper spoons for them. At first I thought they just didnt offer them, but looking at photos, we never got them. It makes a difference for your eating experience and enjoyment. We will definitely be back as this is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area and you really get some real Chinese variety and not your basic generic stereotypical menu.

The staff is always pretty friendly and accommodating. I shared an app, a roll and an order of salmon sashimi with a friend on both visits. The food is always fresh, and delicious! The quality of the food is great and everything is always aesthetically pleasing as well. I had their avocado bomb on my last visit and I was delightfully surprised with it. I like avocado in most cases, but sometimes, it can be a lot at one. I thought this was going to be like that when I saw it, but I was wrong. I look forward to getting one of these on my next visit! On my last visit my friend and I saved room for a dessert, one that we saw rotating on their screens that they have in the restaurant showcasing some of the menu items. It was a take on a bananas foster. It looked delicious but alas, we'll see if we can manage to get it next time. Note to self, have dessert first on next visit?

It was so good last year that we actually had a conversation with the owner about them being from San Francisco, after I told him it was the best Chinese food I've had in America outside of San Francisco. Well, that has changed significantly, and not for the better. We made a trip down from Santa Fe this week, specifically to eat at Noodle Works. Yes, we drove over an hour each way on Monday just to eat here. What a mistake! It was clear the General Tzo chicken was microwaved and not fresh fried. It was absolutely inedible! Mall food court Chinese is better than this dish was. Strange because almost exactly 1 year ago their General Tzo's dish was among them best I've ever tasted. I know this dish is not authentic, but to serve pre-fried then microwaved chicken is inexcusable! The Singapore Noodle dish this time was incredibly dry. The curry was more like a dry rub stuck to the noodles than it was a real curry sauce. Again... mall food court quality. Another dish that used to be amazing here. The crab in the crab rangoon was so fishy you could smell it before it was even delivered to the table. It had clearly sat out unrefridgerated during prep for far too long. It was inedible, or of fear of getting food poisoning... they did take it off of our bill. We are so disappointed in how bad the quality has fallen off in the last year! We loved them so much in the past that we will give them one more try, but we will not be making a special trip down from Santa Fe to eat here again. We REALLY hope they get their act together because we really like the employees and owner and want to continue to support them. Management did apologize without being prompted for the slow service and poor quality food, so hopefully they know serious improvement is needed if they are to stay in business. We wish them the best because they are great people. Good luck!
