The fish is bright, the sushi rice is perfect, the spring mix is crisp, the avocado on point, the garlic is crisped to perfection and the squid is actually REAL squid! (See the photos). And if your a sauce freak like me, they have TONS of sauces! I picked the citrus ponzu, wasabi Mayo and the spicy Mayo. This is I kid you not the first time I haven't had to add anything to my poke bowl to get it to taste YUMMY! Unless you absolutely hate fish you gotta try their poke bowls! My wife found this place while trying to find a place to go for dinner. I ended up ordered the Volcano Tonkatsu and she ordered the Black Tonkatsu and our 2 boys shared an order of Chicken fried noodles. Everything came out looking delicious. One of our boys said the noodles were "the best thing I've ever eaten". The spice was nice on the Volcano and the Black Tonkatsu had a good flavor. The only ding I have was that the ramen eggs were hard boiled and not soft-boiled and weren't marinated before hand. The menu is limited. The service is pushy. We were there 2 minutes and they wanted to take our dinner order, we hadn't even gotten our waters yet. The food is.... Severely lacking in quality. The sushi roll was warm but not like baked warm, like room temp, the flavor was bad, I did t even eat 1/2 of it. The next day I felt so gross after eating here I didn't eat almost the entire day, and I LOVE Asian foods. A delicious place for poki bowls. It's a bit far from my house but it's kinda worth it since their medium bowls always fills up my tummy. There medium bowl allows you to have up to 3 proteins while the large is up to 4. They really do pack a good bowl and it's fulfilling! read more

We came to this place because we needed something close and fast where we live. I went with three others and we each got something different from the menu. All of it was amazing. The New Mexico sushi bowl was delicious and the salmon and crab tasted amazing . The kimchi noodles with pork belly was spicy! The bento bulgogo beef box was huge! I ordered black tonkatsu ramen and takoyaki balls for takeout. No complaints about the takoyaki balls, but the ramen had absolutely zero broth. Like literally none. The noodles were completely dry and flavorless, and I was there to pick up my order on time. I got home and added some miso and a LOT of salt before this dish was even edible, that's how flavorless the noodles were. After that it was pretty good, the pork and egg was good. But the way they served this dish was unacceptable, especially after how much I paid for it. read more

Sorry this place is for people who don't know good Asian food, I ordered the ramen & in the picture on the menu and in the description it says and shows a "soft boiled egg" what do I get?? A completely hard boiled egg not even fresh ether and on top of that the only difference in the ramen dishes is the broth so I went with the one with "Black Garlic" broth. And it tasted bland and plain no flavor had to add a bunch of stuff to it to give it some hint of flavor and even then you get the bill and feel like you paid for garbage. Very very disappointed so disappointed that the next day I made home made Ramen and me and my family members agreed it was better then the restaurant more flavor, and not to mention a hell of a lot cheaper sorry but I don't see this place staying open for very long they seem to money hungry as well read more

Following a disappointing month's string of various restaurant online ordering (pick up and delivery), I was pleasantly surprised with this order. I ordered straight from their website, which was easy to maneuver. Before placing the order, a message appeared telling me that orders over $50 will be ready for pick up in approximately 30 mins. I arrived in exactly 30 mins. I paid at the register. The cashier was courteous and ensured my order was correct. I got a poke bowl here, and it was really gross. All the ingredients are poor quality and don't taste good. I had to try and douse it in soy sauce to make it taste better, and I still couldn't eat it. The only reason I gave this place 3 stars is because I tried a bite of my hubby's ramen and it was okay. Color me unimpressed. One of my coworkers was raving about this place. I was SO excited because they're right down the road. They opened during this COVID madness and I wanted to show my love and support. Fast forward $50 and I'm left unfulfilled, but chalk full of rice. We got two of the New Mexico poke bowls. Mango, avocado, salmon, cucumber, sauce...what could go wrong? Well, for starters, the bowl was mainly rice. I'm talking a pound of rice with some toppings. Rice is cheap, the toppings (sushi grade fish of example) aren't. I definitely did not get what I paid for. I guess I'm comparing this place to my fave poke place in town and I've never been jipped on fish there. The gyoza we had as an appetizer was the most satisfying part of the meal. It was hot, crispy, and flavorful. I tried my daughter's chicken fried rice bowl and it was just ok. It is definitely going to need some salt or soy sauce to add some flavor. The cheesecake bites ($6) were literally 3 little cheesecake bites. They were also just ok. I haven't been this underwhelmed by food in a long time. I probably won't be back. read more

Great poke! I had the medium bowl and chose tuna, spicy tuna and fried tofu with brown rice. Very fresh and flavorful. The spicy tuna was perfectly spiced. They have great topping choices and lots of proteins. Also had the takoyaka balls for an app. Crunchy and excellent! I feel like I 100% wasted my money on dinner. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bento box thinking that's a straightforward dish that can't really go wrong and I ordered two kids meals one fried chicken and one teriyaki chicken. The fried chicken was ok definitely not worth the price...,but the bento box and other bowl were disgusting to the point my husband threw it out mid chew. The tempura was soggy and tasted very "fishy" the ginger salad had literally no ginger.... and the chicken had the weirdest after taste. This place is right by my house so we will definitely be back. We've eaten there twice since they opened recently. First time we had poke bowls and they were quite tasty. One thing was odd though; the spicy tuna and salmon were shredded which was ok, but we would have preferred diced chunks. The second time we had Tonkatsu Ramen and liked that also. The broth was good, the pork was great, and the kamboko was great. It was a bit odd they put raw spinach in the ramen and no green onions (or any onions). The spinach clashed with the rest of the flavors some. Still though, we'll be back. read more

This is my second time ordering from this restaurant. The first time in early July I ordered the Black Tonkotsu ramen it was pretty good, although the chasu was pretty bland tasting. I ordered again yesterday and got the following items: Angry bird ramen: delicious! The spices, heat and flavors with the chasu chicken, greens and other ingredients was perfect Tonkotsu ramen: DO NOT ORDER; complete fail, it smelled and tasted funky to say the least, and the chasu pork seemed raw and uncooked. Could not get past the first slurp. (Went in the garbage) Teriyaki chicken bento box: my wife thought it was amazing and danced the whole time while eating it lol. The salad was fresh and paired well with the dressing. All three ramens I have ordered came with a very, very, hard boiled egg-if are into soft yolk for your ramen this may not be a fit. read more

Because of the pandemic, we rarely leave the house much less pick-up take out food. We had seen the signage in January that this new restaurant was opening, but it finally opened this summer. It was worth the wait! We went online and with so many choices, we ordered the short rib ramen (excellent) and the New Mexico poke bowl (outstanding) along with the tempura shrimp (came with bonus tempura fried veggies). We also ordered mango mojo, which were excellent. The portions were large enough to guarantee leftovers and everything was delicious. The staff wore masks, gloves and hair coverings and the dining area was closed off as per the current health order. I asked for wasabi and pickled ginger to go with my poke and they joyfully complied. I promise this will not be the last time we give Xuan Asian our business. read more

Was excited to read the great reviews and ordered kalbi combo, bulgolgi beef steamed buns, bbq baos, and shumai through grubhub. Sadly it was disappointing. Delivery was fine. Kalbi ribs were pretty good but such a tiny amount! Bulgolgi buns and salad dressing were tasty. The bbq baos were good but obviously a frozen product. Shumai was terrible, they were also frozen and tasted freezer burned , the lid of the sauce cup wasn't secure and spilled everywhere. Overall, it was a bummer. read more

We've felt woefully deprived ever since Sushi Xuan left the west side for Tramway. We noticed a sign for Xuan Asian Ramen and Poke a number of weeks ago and have been anxiously awaiting its opening. When it opened a couple of weeks ago, we waited a day or so and then went in. We were greeted with a familiar face from the past. We have since been back two times. The menu is different from the one on the east side but the food is every bit as good. The ramen was flavorful and filling. I've also had one of the sushi burritos and a signature poke bowl. My wife has had a bento box. All dishes have been great and we are so happy to have them back. We shall return! Right now they're only doing carry out. I have eaten here several times. The staff is quick to seat you and take your order. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The best is noodle boggi (seasoned steak and noodle dish).
