Myself and a few co workers came here after work on a Friday to celebrate a friend's birthday. It wasn't packed but it was still very lively. We didn't realize it was happy hour but when we did, we took full advantage of their half off apps menu and it is a really good deal. We tried a few items but my favorites were the fried calamari and the poke nachos. At first I was skeptical of the poke nachos because I don't like raw fish but it's REALLY good. The nachos aren't traditional corn tortilla chips. Instead they're very light and crispy nachos, maybe fried wontons. The avocado was very fresh and generously piled on just like the raw ahi. The sauce is really good and creamy. I don't have a simple complaint. The fried calamari was good but it did feel a bit heavy on the oils. Everytime I took a bit I could feel the heaviness. I did enjoy the crispiness and the dipping sauces. I would definitely come back to try other menu items. Parking is easy and there's on and off highway access which is very convenient. A truly phenomenal restaurant. Can't say enough good things about their food and drinks. The smoked pink dragon was a delicious and beautiful drink that made me feel great throughout the night. The spicy tuna stack was a very fresh and tasty appetizer. The vampire tacos were the best tacos I've had in a long time. They were packed with flavor, leaving me begging for more. These tacos awakened the vampire in me. They came with a side of rice and beans which also left me feeling satisfied. My friend ordered the steak bowl and she very much enjoyed it. Food and drinks aside, there was plenty of seating with a fun atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone and everyone. read more

This is definitely an easy pick meal if you ever contemplate what to get on the massive menu that Yard house offers. The pork chop was grilled beautifully, and stay juicy till the last bite. I do recommend to eat it while it's warm and do not grab it to go since pork chop tend to dry out if you don't eat it fresh. The cauliflower fried rice was a little salty and little runny assuming the cauliflower was frozen not fresh therefore when stir fried the excess water from the frozen cauliflower causes the sauce to be runny. We've been to yard house burlington before and came back this time for dinner. On saturday, there is a wait of about forty minutes before being seated. I recommend joining the waitlist online prior to coming. The parking lot is busy, but there is generally enough parking. It is quite loud inside of the restaurant, but the music is good and it has a very lively atmosphere. Our server was very kind and very prompt. We ordered Buffalo wings for the table. They were delicious. For my main, I ordered a truffle cheese burger and added on parmesan truffle fries instead of regular fries. You can get it cooked medium if you'd like as I did. The burger was delicious although the fries were lacking in my opinion. Another person I table ordered onion rings. And that was probably the better side to order. This particular yard house had me smh ‍ joined waitlist at 7:23pm and was seated at 8:18 we ordered pizza app and waited so long that the manager came out to let us know and that was ok however when the food came one was charred to death and was replace with the 8oz filet again the manager came to see if the 8oz was good and it was but it just seemed so disappointing that after waiting that long no other care was delivered the server never came back we had to flag her down for the bill and she didn't return for 15 minutes like really ??? Nothing was offered off not even a dessert which we were full so wouldn't have gotten but it's just the concern was very absent from this experience sad because yard house is my preferred restaurant while out on the town ,, good food bad service!! read more

This restaurant is honestly so great. Yes, they will always have a pretty full house and that's because they are so great. All the servers are kind and make the ordering process easy. You end up paying on a tablet that's at the table. My only negative mark is that it's strange to pay by tablet if you have a server the whole night. And it seems so sketchy. I hate the "tap here and pay" method. It would be nice to just leave the servers a tip and not use the tablets. read more

Went to Yard House Burlington with the family to celebrate a graduation on 5/17. Food and service were good. However, my wallet fell out of my bag and by the time I realized, I was 1.5 hours away. I called the restaurant for 2 days straight. They claimed they couldn't find it. Five days later, the manager called me and said a waiter had found the wallet, put it in the hostess drawer, and didn't say anything about it. He mentioned they have a lost and found for items like this, which the employee didn't follow. When I finally retrieved the wallet, $80 in cash was missing. Thankfully, all of my ID's or cards were still there. But $80 in cash is a lot and it's clear the employee took it and that's why they didn't say anything about finding the wallet. Pretty disappointing and would deter me from going back here. read more

I was briefly in town and was happy to sample a couple delicious beers at the Yard House. Love how they have so many choices on tap, and that so many are local. Bartenders were friendly & attentive, and I felt very comfortable sitting by myself at the bar. Lots of tvs to watch sports too, & everything was clean. I like fruity beers so I really loved the Wachusett blueberry. Next time I'm in town I'll def return and try some food too. read more

My colleague and I arrived late after a long tumultuous travel day. As soon as we walked in with our luggage Terri the hostess welcomed us with a warm smile and open arms. She kindly offered to hold our luggage for us and made us laugh. Upon sitting at the bar Colin, was so kind and quickly got our drinks and app for us. He was funny, and so great to talk to. Carly - the icing on the cake. She had a bubbly and positive personality and asked us if we needed anything. She also made us easily shake off the stress of our day. I had to drive rub and lemon pepper wings and oh my God was it so good. I haven't had wings like that in a while for many establishment. I was starting to think that my hope for good wings were lost. On a Monday thoughtvId try the YH with my friend from Ft Myers, and her brother. Sat at the bar, didnt even get acknowledged by the bartender. Her brother came 20 mins later, then it took another 10 mins to get a drink. Music was ridiculously loud. When we wanted to order bartender said she to check on a salad, gone for another 15 mins, talking to 2 people in a booth. I went over to the table to retrieve her, she was so bad!! Finally food came, she never came over to see what else we needed, or to check on our food orders. Kitchen gave us fries instead of onion rings. This is the third Yard House I have tried. Is the food amazing? No. But it is consistent, and enjoyable. I met some friends here after there was a very long wait at another restaurant nearby. We got seated immediately at Yard House, and our server was very nice and attentive. We decided to split a bunch of apps - nachos, sliders, pretzel.... I personally did not like the cheese or mustard that came with the pretzel, but everything else was perfect for what we wanted. We were hungry and able to try a bunch of things. Yard House is not necessarily my first choice for restaurants, but I appreciate the huge menu, the variety of options, and the consistency. read more

This Burlington location looks spacious and is very similar to their other ones. Tons of dining room seating and at the bar. And they have a parking lot wrapped around the building. Jumbo Bavarian Pretzel- It was a biggy and was hanging off a hook from a stand to pull apart and eat. Tasted a bit dry. Served with a cheddar beer cheese and horseradish mustard. Coconut Shrimp- Fried and breaded with coconut. Not bad and served with a sweet chili sauce on the side. Also with some pickled veg, kind of going for the Asian flavor but missed the mark. 12oz Rib Eye*- It's a basic steak and is appropriate for a spot like this. Their medium rare was seasoned okay. And the sides were parmesan mashed potatoes, baby broccoli, steak sauce. This plate was fine and filling. Overall Service: Our server was wonderful! She was great and checked up on us regularly to grab us more drinks or refilled water when needed. I went here with my mom on a Monday night and it was pretty busy. The food was good, but the service was subpar. My mom and I split the nachos and I had gotten the blackened shrimp tacos and my mom got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. All of the items were great and I would get again. There were two different servers alternating between our table (not training, I think just covering for one another. They waited a long time to come back to the table after each time we saw them and were slow in bringing us things we needed. I usually really like the yard house, but it's better to get the yard of beer here and watch a game. read more

We were four of us on a Sunday early evening. I got the pineapple chicken with brown rice. The rice was terribly overcooked, the chicken had a nice flavor but was overcooked as well. I hardly ate the rice and ate only part of the chicken. The other issue was the noise level was so loud with the music we had to practically yell to hear each other. I will never go back. read more

So I call to inform the manager and she pretty much was rude saying that she can't refund me because she doesn't know if I'm "STEALING" That made me Feel some type of way because how can I be stealing when I been spending my money at your restaurant all week!!!???? SO LONG STORY SHORT , I went back and when walking in everyone was laughing some employees with the manager and she changed her whole persona and asked me if I was the one on the phone and I said yes and I said in front of everyone LOUD for them to hear customers and all I told her "YOU HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO HEAR AND SEEN" explaining why so everyone can know what a rude witch this manager was . She was embarrassed you can tell but I honestly didn't care . I held the bag with the old food cause she was trying to take it back into the kitchen and I told her "no that I am holding it because I want to make sure it's fresh and your not just going to add to this plate" So she proceeded having the cooks make me all fresh food . We've driven by this establishment multiple times whenever we visited Barnes & Noble, but this time we pulled in to their parking lot and decided to give it a go. Sadly we couldn't find a spot at 5:30 on a Thursday, which must've meant the place was packed! Oddly enough, I ran in to check the wait time, and there was none! The super nice hostess told me that the parking lot was not accommodating to the restaurant itself. We decided to park at B&N since we were going to shop there afterwards . Another hostess, also super sweet, seated us away from crowded areas in a booth, in response to whether we had any preferences. So accommodating! First off, the atmosphere was perfect. Love the vibe and the spacious dining area. The music was ideal- hubby mentioned that it was all music dedicated to those between the ages of 40-60 (i feel like maybe between ages 30-50). I knew and loved every song! I didn't mind the volume, but I imagine some older people might find it a wee bit loud. There was so much to choose from on the menu. We decided to go with multiple apps this time as we (mostly me) were so indecisive. Hubs ordered a caesar salad, which he said was very good. I ordered the steamed edamame, which was not as hot as I hoped, but I decided to take that home anyway because we ordered too much food haha! We also ordered the sliders and the fried chicken tenders, which both came with fries, so we definitely had more food than we were prepared for! The chicken was super hot and moist and the breading was seasoned so well and had a perfect crisp for fried chicken. The sliders were average...I think I loved the presentation more than the actual mini burgers. They didn't have enough taste, and the brioche bread could've been a little fresher and maybe sweeter (they almost tasted like regular hamburger rolls). The fries were the most disappointing for me. Hubby didn't seem to mind them, but I felt like they were a little dry and not crispy enough. All and all though, I would definitely come back! Such a vast menu and the food was decent. Super nice hostesses and wait staff. EXTREMELY fast service and very clean establishment. We were very impressed with the bill paying process too! There's an electronic mini monitor left on your table, and you can swipe your card when you're ready! No waiting for the bill to arrive! Highly recommend this place! Great ambiance and great people! Order Process: Easy, order and pay online, menu items are clear, fast email receipt/confirmation. I ordered directly from their website. A couple of times we arrived 10 minutes early and the meal was ready when we arrived. Menu: Excellent variety of apps, salads, entrees, burgers and even kids menu and wine and beer. There is a box to check you confirm you are of age. Pick up Process: Excellent. They offer curbside. When you arrive, you call (number is provided on email receipt and also posted on the front door). They confirm your last name and the type and color of your car. They will come out and deliver to your car once your order is ready. They will look at your ID from a distance (if you ordered alcohol), and place the bag in either your passenger seat or in the back. We simply rolled the window down and she was able to put our meal in the back seat. Jen was so pleasant and full of energy, even through her mask! Quality: The burgers are excellent! Cooked perfectly, good size and excellent quality meat. Fries were good too. We have had take out at Yard House several times over the past few weeks. The chicken tenders were outstanding, both the app and the kids portion were good size. The turkey club and chicken and avocado sandwiches were fresh with a generous amount of ingredients. The only item we would not order again is the grilled Korean BBQ beef. The flavor was great but the thin slices were very chewy. We tried the Gardein orange chicken and it was surprisingly tasty! I have never tried this type of non meat before and was pleased with the flavor and texture. For a limited time they offer 15% off (food) if you use YHTOGO15 at checkout. We opted to put this towards a tip, although tipping is not required. Personally, I appreciate these guys coming to work every day to make a wonderful meal for me to conveniently pick up, so tipping was a no brainer. Stopped in At the Yardhouse this afternoon after a doctors appointment. Great looking wraparound bar with more taps than I've ever seen. Greeted and sat right away, by server. Great open kitchen 80's music playing in background. We went with the Vodoo pumpkin and Rogue pumpkin beer. Two distinct, but flavorful beers. Wife had a perfectly cooked medium rare bacon burger and I had a chicken avocado sandwich. Mine tasted great, but was a little small. Burger was very tasty as well. read more

Such a great place. Atmosphere was wonderful. The service excellent and the food was superb. I'm on a strict diet and they catered to it. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly. This place is so lively! Went in on a Saturday evening, unfortunately they do not take reservations and we waited for an hour to get a seat. Was is worth it? Read on: We (total 2) were allotted seats that could fit at least 4 easily, so we had so much room, which was good (no cramping up with jackets etc.). Our server - Nate (Nathanael S.) was amazing! We asked for onion rings (we have had them previously) and unfortunately they did not have that on the menu. However Nate got us some fried onions on the house! We ordered a couple of drinks - Margarita had a lot lot of ice, so ask for less ice if you prefer it that way, but it tasted good! We ordered factory nachos - no chicken and it was so filing and tasted great. We also got the Beyond Meat Burger and I felt that the patty was a little burnt and extremely dry , I would give it 2.5/5. So I took the challenge and was not disappointed. The burger was cooked perfectly and well portioned. Good serving of fries that were cooked to a golden crispness. Gray selection of local beer which is always a bonus. With a large crowd on hand I was surprised at the attentiveness of the staff. Not one but it seemed the entire staff was there to serve!
