I don't know who was cooking today 06-11-26 but I don't like my sliders half cooked. It was definitely pink inside all four sliders. I had to take them home and cook them more. Don't just assume everyone like their burgers that way. If you're going to assume at least have an option for online orders as to how you want it cooked. Such a disappointment.
We ate here while shopping in the mall. If you're looking for a great place to catch all things sports while enjoying a beer this is definitely the place for you. The atmosphere was very lively and always fun. Our waitress was amazing and provided top-notch service. We ordered the jambalaya and it was underwhelming the protein, shrimp and sausage were delicious, but it needed a sauce and was kind of bland. We also ordered the chicken nachos, which were very good and I had a delicious cocktail called a cocoa passion. I would definitely go back for one of those.
This is my second time visiting this restaurant. The food has been good both times! This time I had the whiskey black pepper wings and loaded nachos with a Arnold Palmer. The service has been pretty good both times as well. It's always packed so I know it's a vibe! It's good for dates as well as outings with the girls. Or even if you want to mingle at the bar! Last time I tried the calamari, the pan seared tuna and jambalaya. All was delicious! Last time I tried the brookie it was good but this time we tried it with the ice cream in the side and it was horrible. We all sent it back but our waiter took good care of us. Jay was our waiter this time. Excellent service
Really good food and service. Came here with some new friends after a meeting nearby. I came for dessert while others had dinner and light snacks. I had the special bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. But everything on the table looked delicious. I have been to other Yardhouse locations but this was my first time at this one. I'll be back for a regular meal in the future probably when visiting the nearby casino.
Introduction to Yard House: Continuing my alphabet series onto Y is for Yard House. Probably will save the two Z restaurants for another day, but I have enough time to crank this Yard House one out today 7/15. I had long been familiar with Yard House back when I lived in Phoenix in the late 2000's and had been to all 3 locations that existed in the Phoenix metro area, with my 1st visit being their Glendale, AZ location. My friend had mentioned a really good happy with great food specials and remember going for that a few times. I had my going away party at their Scottsdale, AZ location in March 2010 when I was moving to Birmingham, AL. In 2011 I moved to DC area (in northern VA until 2017) & then MD (2017-present). I remember when the Springfield, VA location was the 1st in the DMV to open in 2015, and I was excited and even had my birthday party there in 2016. Gaithersburg was the first in MD to open up after I had moved to MD. Experience at the Hanover location: Tuesday, April 8, 2025 was an unseasonably cold, rainy afternoon/night. I had a free advanced movie showing and also a free dessert at Yard House I wanted to use as I remembered I liked the desserts here. My g/f & I got the pizza happy hour & boneless wings to split. The Truffled Mushroom pizza was very good. My only issue was that there was too much crust close to 2" of crust. Crust on a pizza should be no more than 1" max, but it still tasted good. The boneless wings were great with the right amount of sauce, and you use a stick to chop into it to eat and not make a mess, which is smart. For dessert, we decided on the bread pudding a la mode, which was great too! Service was a bit slow at times particularly when ready to pay. They were moderately busy during happy hour, but it's a huge restaurant, but I still feel things could have been faster. However, the server was nice. Overall, generally a positive experience here at this location and would return particularly for happy hour.
Came and sat at the bar this time and tried lots of apps and a few beers if you drink beer the house IPA or Hazy IPA is a hit. The tuna sashimi is my go to every time. The sliders were good but I didn't care for the lettuce wraps ..... calamari was little too light for my liking and the spinach dip was good. This Happy hour can't be beat . And how do I forget the star that truffle mushroom pizza.... Just order it order it order it ...
Customer service was good (Tiara). Food was good. They were busy since it was the eve of Christmas Eve but the service was prompt. Good was pretty good! Average for a bar/pub type restaurants. Definitely a sit at the bar, drink with apps vibe that's cool when you need a quick break from shopping.
HAPPY HOUR REVIEW ONLY! Came here for the happy hour (Mon-Fri 3-6p). They also have a late night happy hour Sun-Wed 10p-Close. Select apps during the earlier HH we came to were half price. The ambiance was cool, with a large bar in the middle and loads of draft beers available. When making our reservation, we chose first available seating, with a wait of around 15 minutes. They took our phone number and through text alerted us that our table was ready. You could even see your position in the queue as you waited, which was cool. The server was exceptional and we ordered the four cheese spinach dip, hand-battered chicken tenders with sweet potato fries (extra $1), crispy Brussel sprouts, and sliders with fries. Our food arrived quick and hot. The chicken tenders were a bit hard, but we could eat them. The fries were nice and hot. The sliders came four to a serving and had cheese on them. The bun was soft and they had a good flavor. The sweet potato fries were ok. The crispy Brussel sprouts were coated in a sweet/spicy chili-like sauce, which I really enjoyed. They could have been a little more crispy, due to them being covered in the sauce. A great option would have been to serve the sauce on the side and you could add as much as you like. The four cheese spinach dip came with Parmesan sprinkled tortillas, which were a hit with me! Once again arriving hot and the perfect compliment to the chips. We didn't order any drinks (only water). We will definitely be back to try a cocktail or two and some of the other apps available during the HH.
This particular yard house is open until 1:30 am on Saturday's. We came late night and the restaurant was pretty packed but we were seated right away. The restaurant was very spacious. We were seated at a booth. Our server was helpful and personable. The pizza and burger looked really good. I got the sliders that came with fries. The meal wasn't bad. The sliders were kind of plain. I probably would get something different next time. I do prefer their truffle fries over the regular fries.
Even though we've been here many times, this was our first time trying their happy hour -- and we're so glad we did! Everything was delicious and such a great value at about $7 per item. We ordered the carnivore pizza, cheese pizza, boneless wings, burger sliders, and chicken lettuce wraps (my favorite!). The service was fast and friendly, and the drink specials were excellent. Even with the happy hour pricing, the portions were just as generous as usual. We're so happy we finally tried their happy hour!

Yards over here yards over there either way you drink it just get a yard of it! Yard House like screams home for me as I grew up going to their Irvine location and it's always been a good time with delicious food good tunes and just an awesome atmosphere and that's exactly what can be found here too! Of the delicious options I went with the grilled cheese with avocado and bacon as that just sounded yummy and when it came with that tomato bisque I was totally into it and I'm glad I got it because they both were super yummy! Our service was good the music was good and everything was just awesome this night and it was good to be back at a place I know and love in a state far away from the first one I went to! With that said I'm sure I'll be back to one of their locations again as you can't ever go wrong going to the Yard House! read more

This location was so nice and very large! If you enjoy beer, Yard House is worth a try. There's an extensive list of beers on tap in addition to a full bar. I am not the biggest fan of ahi tuna but the Poke Nachos have changed my mind! They were so tasty! And the wontons as chips were a very nice touch. I'd highly recommend trying them for an appetizer. My group ordered an array of appetizers which were all made well. Our waitress Lizzy was very attentive and helpful. As an entree, I ordered the Nashville Chicken sandwich and after all the appetizers I definitely needed a to go box. Overall a great experience! read more
The cider that's at 5% is delicious. The nachos had the perfect amount of fixings. Jalapeños, sour cream, Diablo sauce, guacamole, beans, chicken, cheese. Wasn't too soggy and was delicious. I sat at the bar and both of the bartenders were extremely attentive, making sure we weren't forgotten about. I arrived as the spot opened, so I'm not sure how it is when it's a bit more busy, but it was a good vibe at the level of noise & the amount of people there. read more

I would recommend putting your name on the wait list prior to coming, just to eliminate any seating issues. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I love the fact that they offer vegan meat substitutes, that is a plus for me. We ordered the food, tho it came out incorrectly, it was still a great experience. They took it back with no issue and brought back the replacement almost immediately. We sat outside on the patio which was very nice and spacious. I'll definitely be coming back to try other items. read more
Although the music was really loud in my opinion, everything about this place was great. The server was very sweet and always there when we needed something. The chicken sandwich ($15) was delicious with the avocado. The fish sandwich ($14) wasn't my favorite and just tasted a little burnt and so much batter so I doubt I will order again. I upgraded for truffle fries (+$2) and it was a great choice! Highly recommend getting their truffle fries. We also ordered the mini cheesecake brûlée for a dessert and it was delicious! Didn't even have time to snap a pic. Can't wait to come back again! read more
A very good restaurant and sports bar experience at the Arundel Mills mall. This is somewhat of a modern restaurant and sports bar atmosphere. I was impressed with how delicious the food was and the ambiance. What I've noticed with many sports bars in the area is there is more investment paid in the food. The quality of the food is more like a mid-tier American restaurant as opposed to bar food. There is also a fine selections of house brews and cocktails. The customer service is pretty good at the bar. I didn't make a reservation and was able to walk in and seat with a friend however I do recommend making a reservation if you can and especially on nights when there is a major sporting event on television. I can imagine this place gets packed wall to wall during major sporting events. Overall a good bar experience. Given them a try. read more
One of the best options and few places in the 'Burbs or this area that is open late for food & drinks! Stopped in to meet a friend for a late dinner (10 pm) and it the entire experience was great. I have been to several locations and this Yard House sits at the north end of the Ann Arundel Mills Outlet Mall. Surprising this place stays packed. But now worries, the restaurant is practicing COVID guidelines and everyone working there wears masks. This is your place to go to catch with friends, eat in large group settings or simply, go out for a good brew and catch up on a few games. The restaurant itself tends to draw large crowds on the weekend and during major sports events. So, on to the libation and food, we tried a cool drink called the Pineapple Express which was great, and a strong pour of alcohol. Definitely, a good choice for the ladies....fellas who are into vodka cocktails too. Our beers....the Devils Backbone - Seasonal (Bock) were amazing! Cold, bright and flavorful. We both ordered appetizers. For me, the fish tacos (which was Atlantic Pollock) and my friend got the firecracker shrimp. One for her, three for me! lol Both were delicious. We also ordered the New 20oz. Bone-In Rib Eye and the Lobster Seafood Garlic Noodles. The steak was good, tender, cooked as requested and had a nice char flavor to it. It could of used a little S&P though...imho. The star of the night here tho'.....was the Lobster Garlic Noodles! By far my favorite and a must order. I will not kid you....this thing is beyond delicious and a large serving easily for two. It is filled with Lobster and shrimp.....all sauteed in noodles, spinach and a garlicky butter sauce!! Hands-down....a winner in my book here!! Each bite had me craving for more. Update: this review was for my dinner experience on June 1, 2021. Second visit to this place in two days. Came in at around 6:30 pm and did not have to wait for a table for one. Service was friendly and attentive as usual. Ordered two dishes and had a new view on their food quality. Chicken lettuce wrap: this appears to be an Asian-inspired dish. Chicken was diced and stir-fried with tofu and chestnuts, put on a fried wonton skin, then served with lettuce for wrap. The stir fry tasted well even by itself, lightly seasoned but with a medium-bodied sauce. Tender chicken, soft tofu, and crunchy chestnuts each offers unique bites and combine to make a feast to the mouth. The sweet and spicy sauce went well with the stir fry. Very satisfied. Spicy Jambalaya: I chose it with rice. The cajun sauce was rich, creamy, and full of spices. The taste may not be "authentic" Cajun (probably a bit on the sweet side), but it was good. While all the seafood tasted well, the blackened shrimp is slightly over-charred for my taste. Overall: the burger last time was a slip, but the two dishes salvaged my rating for this place. read more

Finally stopped in here recently! Met up with a friend for happy hour. They have some pretty good specials. The bar area fills up quickly so hey there early. I had a pizza which wasn't too bad but probably won't get it again. It was big enough to share. The sangria I had was very good. Service was great. I would definitely come back again! read more
The wait to get a table was long and the reason (short staffed) was ridiculous. We waited an hour for a table. The four (4) stars are for the fabulous waitress, Alison. She was extremely attentive, friendly, and provided exceptional service. We sat there for four (4) hours eating and drinking and Alison never dropped the ball (thank you). The food was good too. We shared appetizers, and the Ahi Tuna was so delicious that we ordered a second round. The spicy shrimp were good too but the rice cake is for decoration only (not tasty). We had an order of bone in chicken wings and they were seasoned well with just enough honey and cracked pepper. I probably had one too many cocktails. We tired the Dragonfruit martini, French 75 martini (recommended by Alison) and something else that I forgot lol. Yes, we drank three (3) martinis a piece. Maybe four (4), I loss count lol. I had several people tell me about Yard House but it wasn't what I expected. I thought it would be a little upscale and quiet. It's very nosey and similar to a brew house. Nevertheless we enjoyed ourselves and if I am in the mall, I would stop by for a drink, but wouldn't go out of my way just to go there. read more
First time visiting and I was disappointed. Our group ordered brussel sprouts, edamame, chicken nachos and sliders with fries. I'll say my wife was pleased with the the brussel sprouts and edamame. They both seemed to have been a hit with the right amount of seasoning and flavor. She also enjoyed her smoked old fashion. Now to the rest of the dinner. I couldn't tell if our friend who ordered the nachos was hungry or they were actually good. From the look of the nachos that had chicken that could have passed for jerky meat, I'll say she was hungry. I ordered the sliders and the only thing I can equate them to is a White Castle or Krystle's slider. The meat was paper thin and so dry I couldn't drink enough water to get one down. I will say our server Jose was very polite and attentive and the fries weren't bad. I don't know if I'll chance visiting again considering it's an anchor restaurant in a busy outlet mall. read more

I went here to try this place out on a whim. I was happy to have not had to wait a very long time to be sat, and the service was astounding. They played alot of 90s 2000s Hip Hop and R&B and Ioved every minute of it. What I enjoyed most was the truffle fries that I ordered for the table. Stopped in at the Yardhouse at Arundel Mills, MD, for the first time today. This is the third Yardhouse visited; 1st in Orlando and 2nd in Honolulu. We were seated promptly and the Hostess was talkative and friendly. Wide open spaces inside, with a huge walk-around bar, and covered outdoor seating. Server arrived within seconds of our being seated; name is Sarah. Identified her favorite apps. We chose the BBQ boneless wings, a Bier and a coke. When Sarah returned with the beverages we ordered the Fried Chicken sandwich and the Whiskey glazed Salmon. Bier had good flavor but, while cool, was too warm. Warmer then it should have been coming off a tap. Coke was a bit thin, watery, and lacking in flavor. BBQ boneless wings arrived; LOTS of them. This was a big app. Crispy and full of flavor. The BBQ sauce has a kick to it! Not overpowering but definitely identifies itself about 30-seconds after swallowing. Good Stuff but for those watching calories this sauce packed a lot of calories. Fried Chicken sandwich was big and stacked. Flavorful and juicy was it. The Salmon was dry and overcooked. Flavor was lost because it was overcooked. The whiskey glaze came on the side, was packed with flavor but it was very sweet. Had a nice time in a nice place with ok food and drink. While there is a lot on the menu nothing stood out as an enticement to bring me back. Time will tell. read more

I LOVE their happy hours! I'm usually not a fan of chain restaurants, mainly because the quality of food is subpar, but I do like their happy hour selections. My favorite item is the beer flight (4 pack). You get to select any 4 IPAs and it's a good way to try different selections. The food is pretty good as well, I especially like the wings and sliders. This is the place you go for a group happy hour because there's something for everyone. My only gripe with this location is there's always a wait, even though a quarter of the restaurant is empty. However, the wait time is usually 10-15 mins, which isn't bad, but who wants to wait? read more
We celebrated one of my closest friends birthday here. It was last May 14th, 2021 We were told there was a two hour wait. Since it was located in the mall we had time to walk around until our table was ready. When we got to the table our server was really nice.!She took our orders. We ordered drinks and a lot of appetizers. For me the best ones is the Poke Nachos! Omg, it was so great. One of the best appetizers i have ever gotten. Then the lobster noodles that my friend ordered was great she told me try it, it was divine. Most of the foods were great. And the drinka were awesome too. read more

My husband and I are super happy to have a YardHouse closer to home. The prior trips we made were to Virginia or Philly. This location is now 20 minutes away! We visited on a Wednesday night for dinner. We arrived at approximately 7 and were advised there was a 5-15 minute wait. The manager who helped us check in was extremely friendly and welcoming and explained the whole check in process including county requirements for Covid. The wait wasn't long at all. The two of us were sat at a round 5-6 top table. A little awkward at first but we forgot about it. My husband got the 1/2 yard beer. It is cool and unique. We started with the fried calamari and the boneless whiskey pepper wings. Both were delicious! My husband really enjoyed the jalepeno tarter sauce that came with the calamari but I stuck to the marinara. Although the wings were tasty all by themselves, I wish they were served with a side of ranch. I'm sure they would have brought upon request but I never asked. My husband had a burger for dinner and upgraded to the truffle fries. Holy cow was it worth the extra dollar. They were delicious and I stole a couple, of course. I had the Shrimp Zoodle Bowl which I had my eyes on for a while before our visit. It is one of the healthiest items on the menu and I am trying to be good since the start of the year. I really enjoyed it and it had a ton of shrimp. Although their desserts looked awesome we did not save any room. Maybe next time. Our server (Thomas, I believe) was great. Very attentive and got us everything we needed as we needed it. We never had to wait for him to come by. I highly recommend this location and we will definitely be back. Love their happy hour appetizer deals! The food is always good and fills you up. Service is usually great and food comes out really fast! The service was really hospitable, after the hour long wait, due to reduced capacity socially distance seating. They didn't let a glass go empty and were always asking if there was something more that they could do. I had a Maui Pineapple Chicken that was so good paired with the spicy edamame It was the best of both worlds, spicy and sweet. For dessert I shared a slice of carrot cake and coffee. I was the driver so every time our waiter came back to ask if there was something more I was tempted to order one of those tall beers but thinking about dessert was enough to balance that temptation. It was worth it too with the cream cheese icing, baked in raisins and caramel dripped on top. read more
Came here for lunch Sunday with a friend--luckily it was not busy so we were seated right away! The restaurant is nice and pretty spacious. We got seated at a booth table big enough for at least six people and it was only two of us--loved the extra space! Eventually the place got more busy but tables that were seated were far apart from each. The food menu is overwhelming--so many options to choose from! For appetizers, I really liked the Fried Chicken Tenders (very crispy too!). The appetizer took a while to come out and when it did, our entrees came out right after as well, which should not be the case. Our Cobb Salad came out with the wrong type of cheese and no grilled chicken as ordered, so it had to be re-made, which required more waiting. The Lobster Garlic Noodle was good--very flavored, portion was huge, and a lot of seafood meat. Cocktail drink prices were reasonable--and there is a full bar! Our server was great--but their food service and time management could be improved. read more

I seen a lot of good reviews about this place and wanted to try them and did not disappoint. We came for a late lunch they we fairly busy. They are practicing Covid Guidelines with social distancing signs, skipping tables and wearing Masks. We were seated right away, our Waitress Brianna came right over and greeted us. We ordered two appetizers and our main dish. Everything was delicious. I can't wait to come back to try other items. Me and Babe usually come here after we see a movie. Which is crazy because we stuffed our face with popcorn and then come here and get bone the swings cheese, curds and whatever else he wants and plenty of beer. I usually leave super stuffed. This time we came to watch the ravens play the Chiefs. It was a devastating loss lol but it was so fun because I hadn't seen my friend in over a year and this was the place that we decided to turn up and watch the game because we knew it would be epic and such a vibe! These are hands-down the best cheese curds that I've ever had. The cheese with a touch of spice and it's a perfect balance. I also love their boneless wings because it's all real chicken no funny business a light crisp, breaded coating, and the flavors are awesome. This time I had the lemon pepper which was simple, but really good and they ranches a hitter. I always get this cherry beer... I forgot the name of it but I think it starts with an M. In addition, I knew I was being bad because of technically doing keto and this is not keto friendly food, but it was so worth it so I threw myself out of ketosis, for the sake of enjoying my time here! We got drinks just mixed cocktails they were good and there are so many TVs with sound so that you can watch and actually hear the game! It was fully booked, but they still had a little table for us where we could stand outside and watch the game! Yard House for the win providing Gametime tv to all those in the mall walking past! Yard house is In the arundel mills mall where Dewclaw used to be. This place is a big improvement over the old dewclaw. The interior has been totally redesigned to give it a much more open, welcoming feel. They've got many, many draft beers to choose from, and an interesting food menu too. My poke' nachos were delicious, and the service was fast and friendly. read more

First time at the Yard House. Wanted to try out their food. I ordered the bbq boneless wings, salad, and cheese pizza from the Happy Hour menu. The food was good. Since it wasn't as crowded like usual, I was sitted right away. My waiter was nice. They came and checked on me to see if I was ok and if i need anything else. It's very noisy but it's expected because of the sports bar, tvs playing, and people talking. You can go this restaurant for a night, lunch, watch sports, etc. read more
The service here was pretty good. This is my second time visiting and both times I opted to sit at the bar. I ordered a pineapple Moscow mule, and for my entrée, I had the jambalaya pasta. Overall, both the drink and the entrée were delicious. The pasta was very flavorful but not spicy at all. This is also a nice place to watch a variety of sports games. Few flys in there as well when I visit but all in all I would return and would recommend this location. read more
