Us old people can't hear conversations when we're directly under a speaker getting blasted by MC Hammer. It's fine. I really love the food though. Our first time trying Yardhouse and it was not bad. Atmosphere was perfect for the weekends NCAA basketball games. It's loud but that's to be expected. Our server was cool and knowledgeable of the menu, he recommended items and gave us his insight on the items we chose. I had a Hennessy Old Fashioned and it was really good. It was sweet and had a kick to it. My wife had a dragonfruit drink that was "smoky". That drink was really good and the smoke coming from it was pretty cool. A tasty, loud experience that's also a great place for small groups. This review is for the Yard House in Arundel Mills. We went on a Friday night with a group of 4. We were told the wait was going to be about 45 minutes. We actually only waited about 35 minutes and it was well worth it. The place was pretty packed but that was to be expected. We were seated at a high top which was fine as we were ready to eat at that point. Our waiter came over pretty quickly but service was relatively slow after that point. Potentially, that could have been because you are supposed to request your waiter with the mini tablet they have at each table but we still would have liked to have seen him more as he should have noticed we were not using the device. Regardless, service was pretty slow but they were relatively busy. The food was very good. We had tenders and fries for the table they came out hot and were well presented. We also had a Cobb salad without the bleu cheese crumbles. The salad was also very delicious and the large size plate was more than enough for two people. We ordered their version of the meat lover's pizza and it was fantastic. The pizza came out hot and ready to eat. It is a thinner crust but still 8 slices and filling for two people. The drinks were good too and we had no issues with even getting their custom peach tea. All in all this is a great spot and we would return. If the service was a little better I would have rated a 5/5! read more

For our Holiday Team Luncheon we decided to try Yard House and I must say I am glad we made that decision. First off, I know it's the holiday season but sheesh! This place was popping and super busy. Call ahead if you can to get an accurate wait time. They do accept reservations on certain days for parties of 10 or more. Upon arrival we were greeted by the best sever I've ever experienced, Bre. I hope I spelled her name right. She was so sweet, very attentive, personable and professional. She took great care of our party of 8. I have no complaints at all when it came to service. The food was soooo good! We all ordered different things but the talk of the night is their BBQ chicken flatbread.... So bomb! The lobster garlic noodles were also a hit and so delicious. The portion size is crazy. A family of 4 could eat off the noodles. I also had some calamari which was good but very spicy so if you don't like spicy don't do it. The side Caesar salad was more like an entree salad but tasty nonetheless. My coworkers raved about the whiskey salmon and said it was very tasty. They also raved about the Korean BBQ. Overall, the experience was really nice and I will definitely be back. Ohhh wait and the drinks were gooooood too! They have a nice happy hour which we caught while there. read more

Yard House at Arundel Mills provides the predictable experience I've come to expect from the chain's other locations - a casual ambiance featuring an energetic soundtrack and plenty of TVs in your line of sight no matter where you're seated, an extensive list of more than 130 beers and seltzers on-tap ranging from lagers to stouts, and a wide variety of more than 100 tasty appetizers and entrees that cater to a gamut of dietary restrictions -- including typical 'American' fare such as nachos, chicken wings, salads, burgers and sandwiches -- made-to-order, and competent service.   A colleague and I recently stopped in to this location for a late dinner after a long day at work. My vegetarian colleague opted to start with the Gardein "wings" ($12.49), comprised of tofu chunks that are battered, deep fried, and coated in a spicy and tangy Buffalo sauce, with the Beyond Burger ($15.49) served with avocado, arugula, onion, tomato, pickles and a side salad. I sampled one of the Gardein "wings" and was pretty impressed by the texture and taste -- reminding me very much of traditional boneless chicken wings I've eaten elsewhere. I skipped the appetizer and opted for the Poke Salad ($16.99), comprised of ahi, avocado, cucumbers, seaweed salad, tomatoes, and edamame on a bed of arugula and served with a few pieces of crispy wonton and drizzled with masago, nori, soy vinaigrette, and sriracha aïoli. It was full of fresh, tasty ingredients, but I admit that I was a little disappointed in the quantity of the ahi in the salad, only because I had expected it to be more of a poke bowl where the fish is the primary ingredient than a salad where the fish is one of a few complimentary ingredients. Overall, our experience was exactly what we expected -- cold beers and tasty food served quickly and exactly as we ordered. Will definitely be back if I'm in the area again. read more

Ambiance was great, they had a sports channel on so it's one of those places you can go by yourself when there's a game on. Spicy jambalaya was on point. Ordered the small one with was good enough. Each time I go to this place, no matter the city I thoroughly enjoy it. Tamia reminds me of a class Fridays or at least what I think it would be lol. This place has a really good happy hours. It's a sports bar so there's gonna be sports playing on every screen but they're happy hour prices drinks and food is the reason that I continuously come back. The food is really good, everything that I have ordered from chicken wings to flatbread pizzas to poke nachos has all been quite tasty and flavorful. They are really good with consistency which is something that I love in any restaurant they are consistent. With the drinks and the food. Service is always really good too. They're always attentive the past two times that I have went. The wait has been over 45 minutes due to lack of staff available, which is the reason that most of the time I just sit at the bar and enjoy my food and drinks. This is one of the few places that you can get high price, whiskey, and bourbon For under eight dollars during happy hour you can't go wrong or beat it one of my favorite things to get there is the poke nachos. I would like a bigger size on some drinks but for the most part they have a variety and the drinks aren't watered down. The presentation is usually nice as well. I'm going to give this place 3 stars just based on the atmosphere and staff. Both were great. Unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations. My boyfriend and I tried multiple items and everything was very underwhelming. We tried a combo of the Buffalo wings and the Korean Chilli Garlic wings. I'm a wing connoisseur, neither of these did anything for my taste buds. Next I tried the rockfish taco and Carne asada taco. I will say, both the fish and steak was delicious but the amount of meat was not proportional for the size of the taco. As you can see in the picture, there was way more cabbage than actual fish. My boyfriend got the ribeye and mashed potatoes for his entree. The potatoes were decent but the steak was awful. There wasn't the least bit of salt or any other type of seasoning, and the charred flavor was overwhelming. I tried the carnivore pizza because I figured, you can never really go wrong with pizza. But, you can. There was really only sauce around the outer edges near the crust. And it tasted like they had made my pizza immediately and had it just sitting there waiting for my boyfriend's steak to get done. It was cold to the touch. Love this place! It is a chain but definitely doesn't feel like it. We started with the queso dip and the spicy edamame which were both super good. The queso came with chips and tortillas which is cool. They are known for their beers here and have a ton on tap! I got the steak bowl and it was really good. I was able to order how I wanted my steak on it as well. I was with a table of 6 on a Monday night and they were very accommodating for our group. This was my first time trying out Yard House at Arundel Mills mall in Hanover. My friend and I ordered the Poke Nachos to split from the happy hour menu. We did it with no Serrano peppers and the sriracha aioli on the side because we weren't sure how spicy it was. I have to say, those nachos were great. Good portion of raw tuna...plus it had avocado, nori, green onions, white truffle sauce, and a sweet soy ginger sauce. For happy hour at 50% off, it was a no brainer! Excellent flavor for a nice light shareable dish. We each got some beer as well. The bar staff answered questions and was very friendly. My only gripe was that most of the "new beers" on the menu weren't even out on tap. I love trying new beer, but having a ton that are advertised on the menu yet not available is not a good look. I was disappointed because it was a lengthy beer list. We were told the new menus must have just been printed within the past day. Overall, I would return to try more of the food but probably only for happy hour. Otherwise, seems a bit expensive for what it is. I hope next time all the beers are available. read more
