Pleasant surprise to see a yard house in the Houston airport, especially serving breakfast as that's not their normal thing. Breakfast menu was decent in terms of selections and food was really good. Also came out quickly and servers were on it. Great little time killer in the airport!

Stopped here during a layover and it was decent. The tables are a bit cramped, but the staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered the breakfast potatoes, which were good but could have been hotter and crispier. Would I stop here again? Probably, if I needed a quick bite. The service was fast and efficient, which is exactly what you want in an airport bar.

I was surprised by how few people were brunching there this morning, but was very pleased with how quick and courteous the service was. Our waiter was extremely attentive to details and very honest about the different dishes that were most popular and those who were not his favorite. To start, I had the impossible meat samosas. You could not convince me that there wasn't any beef in those perfectly crispy, flaky and flavorful mini bites. I could've eaten much more than the three they came with it. My beef hash was just as good. The meat was tender, and served over an easy cooked egg and savory, peppered potatoes and onions, it was a brunch match made in Heaven. Unfortunately, the cremé brulee French toast was a little bit dry, but the candied pecans that came along with it was good. I was also shocked that they had $20 mimosa carafes and you had the option to pour it yourself or have it prepared for you. For this reason alone, and the spaciousness and the full bar, I don't understand why there were only about three parties in the place on a Saturday morning! It did appear as if there would be a private dinner upstairs later on on because I saw some placemats with the guest of honors name included on them. This would be a perfect venue for any sort of birthday dinner or even brunch wedding reception or something. The windows, the chandelier lighting, the exposed brick walls and duct work, gave the place an industrial feel overall. I'd like to return for happy hours and hope that the Indians samosas are on the menu .

We asked to sit outside since the weather was nice, and the patio was very clean. Our server was Demi, and she was so sweet, personable, and made great recommendations. Her personality was through the roof. She kept us entertained, and was attentive to when we needed another round of drinks. We got the Mediterranean kabob plate as an appetizer, and it was delicious. My boyfriend got a ranch water, and I got a blue jeans & bow ties cocktail. They were all very good! The manager, Ozgar, checked in on us throughout our meal and was very kind as well. I've never seen a manager check in on so many tables on such a busy night! He was very attentive. Overall, we would 1000% come back and specifically ask for Demi. Thank you Demi and team for enhancing our date night!

My friends and I had a small table on the patio in temperant weather out front. Sunshine, lightly chilly and enough wind to carry a conversation. Cody was our server and he was phenomenal. Very attentive and anticipatory. I wasn't sure what I'd like to drink or eat, but Cody led me to glory. My glass was never empty! Cody's Recommendations: Given that I elected to eat light, I thought I'd drink in fashion, despite my confusion. Cody introduced me to the Pair of Aces. A pear-forward cocktail, starring tequila, Pear and the little utilized Honeysuckle. It was the perfect weight to complement my meal. The Kung Pao Cauliflower Bites are and will remain a staple any time I dine here. The Ahi Tuna Tacos are more than perfectly balanced with gochujang, avocado, sesame and cilantro - and can we talk about those Rosemary Fries? Blasphemy. For the coup de grace, finish with the Hearsay Bread Pudding. A warm symphony of ooey gooey custard, crispyity crunchity flake and rich, dark caramel. Chef's kiss. The food came in a very timely matter the waitress and anyone working there seem to be very nice and respectable. The ambience is giving very sexy mode, not rowdy, but you can tell this is definitely a hang out spot for adults. It is dark in there they do have table lamps, but I love it. My child did come with so this kid friendly. The food was definitely a nine out of 10 And not so much of just the taste I'm factoring in the presentation as well. The sticky rice was amazing. I mean the shrimp had the perfect type of heat mind you I did Houston restaurant week. So I got three course meal for $39. My first course was the sticky rice 9.5 out of 10 My second course was the fried chicken smothered with gravy and mushroom mashed potatoes and kale greens .. I'm gonna give it a eight out of 10 because I did not like the mushrooms. This gravy wasn't seasoned very well, but it was still very good. My last course was the brownie and oh my God it was absolutely delicious I think that was like my favorite part. I really wanted to order another brownie because it was really good. Overall, I have to get this place at nine out of 10. I'm definitely coming back to try some other meals.

Food: - Chicken liver pate: 10/10 SOOOO good! The bread that comes with it is amazing too. There is some sweet jam that is paired with it also. It doesn't overpower the main pate flavor, but I could probably do without the sweetness. - Pressed leeks: 10/10 I haven't had leeks too often in my life but this was really good! The sauce that they put it on pairs so well with it and really makes the dish. Must try even if you think you don't like leeks. - Venison tartare: my husband loves tartare and mustard so he loved this dish. I despise mustard and am lukewarm on tartare. The mustard taste was so strong. I hated this dish but I'm also not a good critic for it, so no rating from me. - Pappardelle: 7/10 Simple and classic. Not worth getting on your first visit but a nice dish on its own. - Butternut squash: 8/10 I can't remember much about this dish except that I enjoyed it :) - Pork collar Milanese: 9/10 Like a much better version of a schnitzel - Dumplings: 9/10 Just read the description on the menu and you know it's gonna be good. Ricotta? Brown butter? Yup amazing! Creamy, delicate, but not just a big mush that makes me want to gag. - Lamb ribs: 9/10 Nicely smoked, all around good balanced flavor - Wagyu bavette: 10/10 So good! Tender and juicy. But at this point in the meal, I'm usually pretty stuffed and the portion size is pretty decent. I would enjoy it even more if we didn't always order so many other small plates haha - Mushrooms: 9/10 Mushroom haters, please try this! You may change your mind! It changed my friend's mind that also doesn't like mushrooms. Service: - Always a good time. Checks in but not overbearing. Ambiance is slightly upscale but still relaxed. Doesn't feel uppity. - One time, we got free dessert. We were the last party in there so they probably just wanted to get rid of it. The cookie was so good! I've also been for brunch but have since forgotten what we've ordered. I just remember enjoying it a lot more than expected. Can't wait to go back again!

Considering the recent shutter of other places (#2) within the hospitality umbrella, it's not too big of a surprise that Wooster's would also be in the crosshairs. The space was always a nice mix of indoor and outdoor seating, which combined with its dedicated parking lot made this an easy drinking outlet for all kinds of occasions. The intimate indoor space was lovely and well ventilated, and it felt like there wasn't ever a moment where the bar wasn't slammed. The outdoor space was much of the same, with lots of tables and chairs, and even the trendy swing chairs facing the city. The only thing that was a little bit of a liability were those open flame heaters; it would only take on person to accidentally walk into one or trip onto it. For libations, the drinks were well priced, well made, and always potent. I appreciated the aesthetics, as well as the bartenders who made them. The only part that wasn't exciting was the limited food menu, which did its part as munchies for the drink heavy crowd, but was mediocre otherwise. The space is already undergoing the new facelift of a separate concept, one of which I hope will do the area justice, just as much as Wooster's did. ____________ (#1) The Kirby Group. (#2) R.I.P. By that point, I was completely put off and declined the replacement. I understand mistakes happen, but cleanliness at a bar should be the bare minimum, especially when it comes to drinkware.
