We went in as a group of 8, and surprisingly they had no wait on a Saturday night which was really good. I got the truffle cheese burger and it was tasty. I do think yard house is over priced when you don't go during their happy hour. Next time I would only go during happy hour and get the poke nachos.

Yard House is one of my go-to spots at the Irvine Spectrum when I'm meeting up with a group. It has a fun, lively atmosphere, a huge drink selection, and the prices are pretty reasonable for the area. Cocktails are usually around $13, the portions are generous, and the food has always been solid. If you can make it during happy hour, even better--the half-price appetizers are a great deal and several are large enough to feel like a full meal. Another thing I really appreciate is how easy they make it to split the bill. Using the tablet at the table, each person can select exactly which items they want to pay for and check out individually. No awkward math or trying to divide one giant check. Between that convenience, the good value, and the lively Irvine Spectrum location, it's a great option for drinks, dinner, or a casual night out with friends.

Came here to Yard House in the Spectrum for Father's Day. The place was totally packed for the World Cup. Energy was crazy. Still got seated instantly in a comfy booth. Elite service. Figured it's the absolute best spot for an ice-cold brew and some quick snacks. Love that. We just ordered a few apps before bouncing. The poke nachos were good. Fish quality could be a tiny bit better, but stil solid. Got some wings too. Half Korean chili, half BBQ. That BBQ had a perfect little kick to it! Good food, good people, perfect vibe.

After a fun morning and afternoon watching professional pickleball at Lifetime in San Clemente, my eldest daughter and I went to Irvine Spectrum for dinner at Yard House (YH). We had a couple Darden gift cards to use up so here we are for the dine-in experience. Parking was a bit challenging as everyone wanted to be at Irvine Spectrum at the same time as us, but we got lucky to snatch a spot. Thank you! YH was nearby so it was less than a few minutes walk from parking to restaurant. We were greeted with a smile upon entry. They were pretty busy, but we got lucky to be seated right away. Thank you again! Nolan, Claire, and Jeff (our servers) were super friendly and amazing in their presence and service. They got our foods and drinks to us timely and checked up on us from time to time. Thank you all for the exceptional service from beginning to end! Now for the food... My 3 mix & match tacos with spicy rice and pinto beans did not impress unfortunately. Cumin Chili Shrimp was tasty, but it lacked substance... it needed more veggies or something. Beer-Battered Fish was the best taco out of the 3 even though I didn't care for the sriracha aioli as it had a strong flavor that I can't describe... huge fish filet though. Vampire Carnitas had flavorful pork, but its exterior was fried with cheese or something that made it a salty taco. Rice is labeled spicy, but it's not spicy at all... pretty bland. Pinto beans were okay... nothing special. Hence, 4 stars! My daugther got the Whisky Glazed Salmon with tomato bisque as an add-on. WOW, black pepper glazed salmon was out of this world delicious! Parmesan mashed potatoes were delightfully smooth. Roasted carrots and baby broccoli were tenderly sweet. Tomato bisque was perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend plate and add-on! I should have gotten an order of this salmon plate instead of the tacos. Next time I know better. I couldn't help myself and order more food... - Truffled Mushroom Pizza was nicely done. Love the truffle flavor and aromatic mushrooms. Very tasty and would get again. - Onion Ring Tower fell short unfortunately with its flat and non-crispy batter. It came with two different dips... light ranch and honey mustard I think. Tower presentation was impressive though... it gets an A+ for appeal! I'll pass on this next time though. - Sweet Potato Fries were pretty standard. Nothing too exciting. It came with a dark honey dip which was different. Now for the drink... Picante Margarita virgin style was refreshingly delightful. If I wasn't driving, I would get it with the liquor (calirosa rosa blanco, orange liqueur, citrus agave, cayenne syrup, tajin rim). Will get again hopefully with the liquor next time! =) We're not frequent customers of YH, but now we've tasted their foods and drinks... we will indeed return for more deliciousness... salmon plate, pizza, and margarita here we come. Thanks YH! See you again soon!

We came on a Saturday afternoon for lunch/dinner. To start, the wait wasn't that bad which was nice! I think we waited 15-20 minutes. It was quick for a Saturday :) Food- Great! We all ordered very different things (beer, cocktails, pancakes, chicken wraps, fries, salads, poke, burger, ice cream sundae) and all were great :) Service- Our waiter and waitress were really sweet and helpful. There were a few shift changes so some orders got lost in translation and we had to ask a few times about food that we ordered. A few of our items were forgotten about but we eventually got them :) All of the staff was great, but I think some things got a little lost among the business of a Saturday, which I think was also prom night as we saw some parties dressed up! Inside was huge! Tonsssssss of seating and tables. Nicely decorated and clean. I would definitely come back :)

Nasty floor under our booth. Nobody here cleans up after each guest. Onion rings and french fries and trash. Oh my.
    Evonne G.

I am usually a huge fan of Yard House but this experience was a major disappointment. First, the restaurant was filthy. As we walked to our booth, I could see the nasty food and trash leftover from all the patrons underneath the tables. I couldn't believe what the floor underneath our booth looked like. I took a picture as proof. So gross!!! So that was a bad start. Then we found out they were our of lemonade. Sorry kids! I ordered a beer that didn't arrive until after we finished our appetizers. Every time I reminded my server, she would assure me she was getting it then I'd watch her get lost in the kitchen. It was just terrible . Very disappointing.

A fun sports bar with great happy hour deals at Irvine Spectrum. There is a parking structure nearby, but you would still need to cross a small street to get to the restaurant. They have mostly indoor seating with a small outdoor patio. Service interactions are minimal because all of the tables have little screens that you can place your order and pay on. The only items that you can't order from there are the alcoholic beverages. The food comes out very quickly. My favorite thing to order (especially during happy hour) are the poke nachos. The fish is of decent quality and pairs well with the rest of the ingredients. The portion sizes are decent and the flavor is good. Some of the items fall on the more oily side, but it's still a fun place to eat.

Always a good time at Yard House. The perfect place to watch any sports game, the entire place is filled with TVs that you can watch from any angle. The food is amazing, very delicious and filling. Classic American grub that comes at a fair price and big portions, they also have a gigantic selection of draft beer and other beverages. The place can get very busy but is huge and has plenty of seating and a large central bar. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

3 Taco Flight and Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich
    Lexy M.

Solid option for casual dining, especially if you'd like to catch a game and grab a beer! We came for dinner after a movie and it was an overall good experience, would come back! My boyfriend had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich which was really good! The chicken was really tender and juicy. I'm not the biggest chicken sandwich fan and even I loved it!! I ordered the three taco plate, one shrimp, one fish, and one carne asada. The tacos were okay, not my favorite. Didn't love the presentation for the rice and beans either, the beans were poured over the scoop of rice and it was honestly a bit unappetizing to look at. Drinks were really good and there's tons of options for food. We would definitely come back, I'd love to try some other menu items as they have so many good looking options. Our server was great and I love the easy pay options with the tablet at the table. Good experience overall:)

    BBQ Chicken Salad
    Jocelyn Y.

Servers super friendly. Portions were large. Great spot to watch the game. Bbq chicken salad - super good! crispy onions, yum chicken, just maybe a bit too much dressing 10 crispy wings - these were ok. I feel like the chicken was sorta hard. this dish brings my rating down. Poke nachos - good! the chips themselves were fried nicely as well. i think chicken nachos would have given a huge portion. I would rate this place 4.5. Would come again!

Came in on a Thursday at 5o'clock and was sat immediately. Had the chicken tenders and chicken lettuce wraps- both were fab. Our server KC was attentive and pleasant.

Yardhouse's happy hour is always great! We came as a party of three and were able to get seated right away. This Yardhouse location is located at the Irvine Spectrum which can get pretty busy, but we came at a slower time. There's lots of tables from booths, regular tables, and bar seating. We got our usual favorites which are the cheeseburger slides with fries and poke nachos. We also decided to try the truffle mushroom pizza. Everything was yummy and the quality was consistent with other Yardhouse locations.

    10 Crispy Traditional Wings

Standard Yard House. Food is OK and service is OK. Everything is just OK. Beer selection is good though. Wings were pretty good to be honest and I've had their pizza. It's all all right.

Hi Justine! Yes, we are open for dine-in and patio seating.

The question is what can I get the beyond sausage on that's vegan? Aynone got any ideas? Otherwise I'm getting the same thing again.

You can also get the house turkey burger or beyond burger. You also may just get the same thing again.

I noticed they have a huge vegan menu, but how do I know if their house brew beer is vegan? Do they use fish bladder to filter their beer?

    Sup? I'm ready?

    Love the food is delicious

It's my first time at this bar and hopefully not the last. Now time for the fun part. I sat at the bar area to not only have a small talk with a bartender, but also have a decent drink, my usual drink at a dive bar or sports bar is the jack and coke (Jack Daniels and Coca-cola). Gotta love it. For the food.... I got me some southwest egg rolls, and California burger. Yum. First off, egg rolls was sooooo delicious, especially with that special sauce.... really nice kick to it. California burger is so good. Added bonus, I had some sauce leftover which I've tried it on the burger. Soooo good. Cost wasn't too bad. 10.95 for the egg rolls, 18.95 for the burger, and $10 for the jack and coke. Oh, and I didn't forget to tip the lady (bartender). Funny thing is, she had no idea I'm left handed. I'm just glad my parents never smacked my left hand for writing with my left hand. After our party of six chatted over cocktails and preyed on pupus, we moved to a "secret" room tucked in the back of Stowaway and walked into a Belly Of The Beast. The founders and co-owners of Stowaway, Leonard Chan and Dominic Iapello, created this extension to the tiki bar with a wildly interesting Pinocchio theme and the famed encounter with Monstro the whale all the while serving the same offerings in Stowaway but with also an exclusive limited menu just for this adventure. With its proximity to Disneyland and its Enchanted Tiki Room, with the very niche underground-like society of tiki culture they found a consistent customer base and the thrill of island escapism through colorful cocktails, pleasurable pupus, tropical trimmings, and nostalgic know-how. How would my belly handle the beastly drinks concocted here!? PURCHASE(S) Gepetto's Last Words ($16.00): Intrigued by the cocktail's name, this elixir was crafted with Fid Street Gin, tangerine, creme de violette, lemon, and cucumber, it was a citrusy refreshing sweet drink that was decorated with bright yellow petals. It was nice, but for whatever reason it just didn't quite hit the spot. [ONION RINGS/STRAWS/STRINGS ALERT - 4.0 of 5.0 STARS] Onion Rings ($9.00): A decent portion with rings of medium to large sizes, these were hot, dark golden browned, crunchy, and had a slight tendency to crumble when bitten into while the onion ring (sweet Maui!) rarely pulled out at times. They were lightly oily while the catsup wasn't needed but used. SERVICE While in Stowaway, we informed our male server to let us know when we were allowed to enter the belly. Once inside and situated, we had the place and bartender to ourselves. After we all perused the menu, we placed our orders, and everything arrived within ten minutes. The rest of the time was spent chatting, picture taking, and our bartender checked in on us also giving a Dole Whip taster. All was casual, chill, and somewhat on island time - aloha and mahalo! PARKING (FREE): They shared a medium-sized private lot with several other businesses who were closed at this time with plenty of spots - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE "Hidden" inside Stowaway which was located within a strip mall, the entire theme was based on the Pinocchio story, the interlude in time spent inside Monstro, and as we entered it felt like the beginning of the Disneyland "Storybook" ride as you road a canal boat into the mouth and sharp teet of a whale. There were several marionettes (appropriate and non-appropriate) that hung from the ceiling and belly walls, along with other Disneyesque memorabilia, a few sitting booths, and a tiny bar at the end of the roo. No natural lighting whatsoever while an assortment of extremely low-lit electric lights and table candles glowed. There were no TVs while I couldn't recall any background music. ATTIRE Although I was actually dressed appropriately for the occasion in an aloha shirt, linen pants, and flip-flops, this place was totally casual, so a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops would suffice. OVERALL Belly Of The Beast was an adventurous fun evening with friends, it left me feeling childlike with the need to watch "Pinocchio", and I couldn't wait to return to try more of their awesome-soundling elixirs. I generally loved all-things Disneyana, and this new wrinkle, albeit probably not approved by the mouse ears brass, caught my fancy. My one drink was tasty but just didn't hit the right spot, the onion rings were very good, the prices were a tad elevated, the atmosphere was awesome, and the service was friendly and professional. They had an extremely limited menu, and there was some doubt whether or not ordering from the Stowaway menu was an option. Plus, I always preferred to support small local mom & pop businesses. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $27.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 4.0 STARS

To be honest, she did forget about us. A waiter walked up to us and asked us what was going on (we were standing there for around 7 - 10 minutes) and we told him we had a reservation for the speakeasy. He immediately apologized and sat us. This camp themed speakeasy has a couple booths. It's on the smaller sides. Which, speakeasy's are usually small to begin with.
