I can not say enough about Yard House and their customer service. Ordered the Ship Yard Pumpkin Beer...heaven. Only down fall, little more cinnamon sugar, please! We got the egg roll appetizer on the waiters suggestion, delish!!! For dinner, got the pork belly tacos....I'll totally be ordering those again. The kitchen sent me the wrong tacos by accident and the manager just took it off, which I want expecting at all and totally appreciated. Great experience! read more

Really great experience! Walked in and the hostess said it would be able 30 min wait for the patio so we grabbed our pager and stepped outside. Not even 5 minutes later it buzzed and our table was ready on the patio. The guy who brought us to the table was very nice and then Angela greeted us and introduced herself as our waitress. Very smiley and bubbly, very pleasant. Ordered drinks and my boyfriend only had his passport so the manager had to be called over to authenticate, he was there within seconds and joked with us, again very nice. Food came and Angela was there to check on us throughout the meal but not hovering. Food was good, a little cold by the time is got to us but Angela had apologized because it was so busy and it ended up being fine and still great. Just observing how the staff acted was great. Another table has spilled their beer and blamed it on the server( I saw and it was definitely the guys fault not the food runner) but they brought him another one quickly. This was our first time at this restaurant. It's a very clean, large space with plenty of room for large parties. There are large television screens all over the restaurant with various sports shows on. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. when I explained my food allergy, the manager came right over to determine the degree of my allergy and went on to assure me that my meal would be completely free of the offending food. We ordered he truffle fries and they had a nice, light flavor. My sister in law ordered a cup of the French onion soup and it looked thick and delicious. My daughter had a cup of the chicken noodle soup. It had large chunks of chicken and tons of noodles. We also ordered the calamari appetizer. They were golden and crunchy and they disappeared in quick order. I ordered the bbq chicken and salad off the lunch menu and it was very good. My niece got the Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes and loved them. They have a children's menu. My daughter got the cheeseburger and enjoyed it. Other items were the Korean short ribs and the avocado burger. Both were hits at our table. Their menu is varied and plentiful. The portions are an excellent size and worth the most net. I work in the plaza...decided to go there for an appetizer after work...got the chicken strips...food poisoning.

I have been to the Yard House a few times since its been open - I find the appetizers and drink menu to be really good, but the main dishes lack. My in law have never been before so we decided to go last weekend on a Sunday for a late lunch. To my surprise the place was dead and that has not been my past experiences. After ordering some drinks at the bar and ordering our food almost 40minutes went by and our food arrived. When we all tasted it all the dishes were freezing cold, which should not have been the case since there was no one inside. We all sent our food back and waited an additional 30minutes to only have our food come back even more cold than the first time. We immediately gave our food back to the manager who didn't even have an apology for us this being the second time around. We told him we didn't want anymore food. After 10minutes still no check so we asked the bartender for the check - she said one minute went and talked to the manager and came back to let us know our entire tab was on the house. The part that really peeved us was that the manager didn't even have it in him to come back and tell us the check was covered - he made the poor bartender who had no fault what so ever. Lacks good management and we will not be coming back. read more

Over Rated! Market Street has been opened for a while now and the place is still packed! Can never find a seat at the bar, way to loud, and overwhelming! The bartenders expect you to come in and already know what you want, when there are 100 beers on tap? And they get mad at you when you say "cant I just have a minute" Seriously? The whole staff there is just very very rude! The bartenders are the worst! They always have a sour look on their faces! It looks like they never want to be there! Food is very bad as well. I have always been a big fan of this restaurant. The food is always good and the atmosphere is nice. I typically get the bacon cheese burger and a hard cider. I have had their queso dip and their spinach dip and both were great. I also like how big their side Caesar salads are. I always stop by here when I am in the Lynnfield area. read more

It was a Sunday night. Service was terrible. They were understaffed. The cooks could not get the food out of the kitchen in a timely manner. The waitress kept apologizing that they were running so far behind. They ran out of place settings. The waitress supplied us with paper cocktail napkins and forgot to get us silverware or search for larger cloth napkins. The waiter delivering drinks ignored our requests for anything, not even answering us with an "I'm sorry, I can't" or "I'll get your waitress. " Overall food was mediocre. It was my husband's birthday and his food came out last. It was the carne taco and only had one very meager slice of meat in each taco. (Personally I think they ran out of meat as well. ) Overall an awful experience. We will not return. read more

The food is excellent. The staff is wonderful. They have a huge selection of beer and mixed drinks. However the wine selection was very disappointing. I ordered a Pinot Grigio . It was served in a large glass and it was an 1/8 to a 1/4 full. It looked like it was left over from a previous customer. The wine was very weak it could have been mistaken for water. After enjoying a nice dinner out lastnight a small group of us decided to go out for a night cap at yardhouse. Without further discussion and no hesitation, we always can mutually agree on how consistent and welcome we feel while sitting at their bar. For once, we were sadly disappointed. Only not by the staff, but the guests at the bar. There was a large group at the bar being extreemly disruptive and disrespectful to the wait staff and bartenders. We were very impressed with how they handled things for I don't think we would've been nearly as calm cool and collected. I like to try places a few times before I review. Let's just say I don't normally give places 5 stars but this one deserves 5 stars. I always check to see how clean they are in 4 different areas and they keep the restaurant clean, bathroom tables, bar, utensils. I love the atmosphere of the place, great location to watch sports also the TV's are set so it doesn't matter where you sit. They happy hour menu is awesome, I have tried several different plates and they are big servings for the price the food is awesome. The beer selection is huge and the cocktails I have ordered are delicious! The staff is fantastic everyone works together. We always ask for our favorite waiter Justin. He is super welcoming and friendly. My husband and I love this place and highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a clean friendly environment. Love it! read more

Wow was this bad. TERRIBLE SERVICE and the food was freezing cold across the board. Tacos were ice cold and when they finally came back after the first go around, I almost broke a tooth on them. Food all came out sporadically and all the kids meals (which we asked to come out first) came out last and cold. Manager had an attitude when we complained. Was actually a bit of an arse. I like this restaurant, but I need to point out that a recreation area and a fresh water marsh were filled in to build another McMall. There are expensive apartments, an office building. Assisted living. Very complex parking lot with its own rotary. I plan to stay away from Market Street mall as much as possible. read more

The food menu has a good variety while not overdoing it like the Cheesecake Factory. My last trip (NFL AFC title game) to the bar involved female bar staff with little personality and just seemed like they didn't want to be there. The male bartender while a little more pleasant seemed intent to push the white IPA sampler. I took my wife there after a hospital visit once, in the early afternoon. There wasn't many people there so I was baffle why the hostess was bringing us to the seating area the furthest away as we passed by open tables. I was able to try something new and really enjoyed it. The food was great. The service was top notch. Our waiter kept his distance but kept an eye on us. He waited until it looked like we may need something to come over. I really liked the fact that, if you were done with something and put it on the edge of the table, someone would just swoop it up when they walked by. It didn't even have to be your server. Came here with my fiancé and some of our couple friends. It was pretty good. There was a little bit of a wait but we had plenty of time so we didn't really care. The food was really good and the beers were flowing. The waitress was very friendly and very attentive. They lose one star for the fact that the bathrooms were really dim. Myself and two friends came in to YardHouse on Wednesday night and had August as our server. We're all servers and I have got to tell you, August was the best server we have ever had. He was attentive, got us waters without us asking, recommended beers, had us sample beers, and made great conversation. He was the reason we had a great experience and we hope to come back soon just for him! As the restaurant goes, the atmosphere was great and the food was even better! I went to this restaurant and it was a nice day and we were eating outside and it started out very nicely. Then we got the appetizer and after taking two bites, my daughter finds a long hair wrapped around the food she was about to put in her mouth. We were grossed out! She showed it to the waitress and she took it away and asked if we wanted another one. We didn't! The manager comes over and apologizes, and says that doesn't happen at the yard house (but it did happen) and she said obviously we'll take the appetizer off the bill. We wanted to leave, but we ended up staying. We ate the rest of our lunch but we couldn't enjoy it after that incident. The food was ok, nothing special. When I got the check the appetizer wasn't on the bill as promised but everything else was full price. I thought they could have at least comped my iced tea after that lousy experience. This was my first experience at a Yard House, two of my friends and I went to this location yesterday at their recommendation. One of them is vegan and Yard House accommodates for vegetarians and vegans along with their regular menu. The menu overall was extensive and interesting and offered a range of items so that anyone could find something. Our server Morgan was friendly, polite and informative. She noted one of the guests veganism and as a result the manager Rebecca came to our table and explained the options and substitutions available for our guest. Both women were patient and accommodating. I shared the BBQ bacon cheeseburger and vampire tacos with a friend. The burger was delicious though slightly under cooked for medium and the truffle fries were crispy and tasty. The tacos however were greasy, cold and tasted awful. The manager Rebecca was informed of our complaint and she handled the situation graciously. Though the food wasn't the best the customer service was amazing. I will definitely return and try different menu items next time. Dessert was great too, we split the trio and it was rich and delicious. Great place to watch the game, have a beer (many on tap) and have a more upscale casual meal. read more
