Not sure how to start this off because the bartender was so rude and basically threw everything at us or slammed it down. I am usually one to complain but I was not in the mood and maybe she was upset because she had to work during the "hurricane". However, the food was delicious and you can never go wrong with their happy hour which is Monday through Friday 3-6! We had the chicken lettuce wraps and the boneless chicken wings with the fire cracker sauce on the side (My mouth is watering as I am typing this lol). The amount of food you get is insane! Especially when it's half price off the appetizers and we basically paid $6 for each plate. The bones less wings were juicy and the breading they use is perfection. Same with the chicken lettuce wraps ... so much chicken and variety of sauces! My fiancé got beer and I went with the amazing midnight sangria which is always a hit! They have indoor and outdoor seating. Good for families as well. I love this place and will come back. I appreciate when a restaurant has a dress code for their staff. Food Lots of variety and good quality food. I especially love the Gardein Buffalo Wings (Vegan). They should look into getting vegan ranch. ;) Drinks HUGE selection of craft beers and cocktails available Ambiance Sports bar feel, there are TVs and a large bar in the very middle of the restaurant. Came in for a birthday dinner, I'm very familiar with Yard house, but have never checked in, shame on me. But every time I do visit, I have a mediocre experience. This one wasn't any different. The Yard House is a restaurant with a variety of different types of meals, from sandwiches, to entrees, or just simple snacks to much on. There are plenty of televisions going around the place and around the bar, which has many beer options on tap. If you're a beer drinker, you should easily find a beer of your preference, if you're new to beer and trying to figure out your preference, they offer flights of their many craft beer selections! My choices this evening were chips and spinach dip and the lamb burger. I wasn't a fan of the chips used for the spinach dip, but the dip itself was served great! It came hot and complimented the chips some how, I just wish there was more dip. The lamb burger came out great and cooked the way I ordered (medium rare) and came with a side of fries. I should have asked what kind of fries they came with because, I'm not a fan of shoestring fries, I should be taken the offer for sweet potato fries. Yard house has something for everyone, with plenty of food options including, vegetarian and drink options for those that aren't fans of beer. They have happy hour from 3-6pm and 10pm-close and the options look good. That'll probably be when I come back for another visit! read more

Yard House is a typical tourist trap style restaurant. It's location is at the heart of tourist area and the restaurant itself is nicely designed and accommodating. We went during non-rush hours so there was no wait which was nice. Upon being seated, our server John greeted us with warm smiles and made sure we were taken care of. John had excellent customer service and he was a pleasure to have as our server. Unfortunately, you cannot eat customer service. For all the kindness that John provided, it could not take away from the fact that the food was subpar at best. We ordered the following: Cheese Curds (these were pretty good with excellent sauces provided), Grilled Korean BBQ (if you ever had real Korean food, you can taste that this clearly is some generic marinade that is not remotely authentic or fresh), Korean Rib Eye (Very disappointing flavor, again, not even remotely authentic), Korean Chili Wings (tasted like they were not fresh and the marinade seemed dried), and Sliders (these were okay, tasted how you would imagine a chain restaurant slider to taste like). The food is not bad, but it definitely is not good either. There is nothing here that makes this place special when it comes to the culinary experience. It is all generic food with generic tastes. The winners of the night were the spicy tuna and California rolls, which are not rolls at all. They are piles of what you think would be in the roll piled high on the plate. One is enough for a meal. Holy smokes, this place is well worth the hype...and to be known I had no idea it was a chain. Some co workers and I had been looking for a decent place after a long day of flying and Yard House based on its reviews looked like a good place to visit. Upon entering, we were blown away from the size of the place, and its laid back vibe. The hostesses had a few booths open, which was great since the place was packed on a Friday night. After seeing the beers on tap on the other side of the bar, I expected quite a few beers, but was not prepared for what was to come at the table. They had your typical two menu setup, one for food and the other for alcohol, mainly beer. When I say a "beer menu" I mean an ungodly amount of choices from all over locally and internationally. After spending what felt like an hour looking over the beer menu, we all had our choices ready to go and completely forgot about looking at the food menu. We ended up taking the easy route out and asking the waitress which food items were the most popular. I was led to the choice of a lamb burger, while not stoked about it, I put my faith in her hands, on the positive side of things, an extra side of sweet potato fries would save me if things went downhill with the burger. When the burger arrived, I was a bit hesitant as it did not look to appealing, but what I did not know was this burger was going to blow my mind. Between the juiciness of the burger, to the tasty cheese, charred bun, and the jalapeno relish, everything melded together quite well! I devoured the thing before I knew what had happened! Of course the fries were good, but I am still left thinking about the burger to this day. So between the ambiance, the meal, the delicious beer, price point, and company it was a fantastic visit and one I cannot wait to re live (Sacramento maybe). read more

There were changes to the garage in which free parking starts on level 3 or 4, can't remember, but it was chaotic. Our server was very attentive. I ordered the grand patron margarita, which was good. The pink dragon, however, was much too sweet and tasted more like syrup than a margarita. It was a dark pink. The "smoke" lasted all of 2 seconds, by the way. I ordered the regular cheesesteak and it was pretty good. However, it lacked bell peppers or really anything to make it less bland. Just meat and cheese as I opted out of the onion straws. So, I finished it and ordered another expecting it to be the beer but I was wrong. I'm from Michigan and have had many two-hearted ales, this one I had ordered was definitely watered down. The highlight was the poke nachos because they were delicious, but the rest of the food was not very good. The whiskey in the glaze was overpowering to the whole dish and the truffle oil in the Mac n Cheese had the same effect. I want to acknowledge the manager at this place who made some wrong things 100% right. They had a very very busy night. The food did not come out at the same time, and they accidentally picked up a dish we hadn't finished eating. The waitress seemed to be having an off bad night, and seemed very sad. The manager did not reprimand her, instead came over, explained everything calmly, professionally, and joked around with us. He offered free desert. He handled the situation perfectly. Location is in the heart of I drive. Parking is the big garage for all of Icon Park and its free! Its only a short walk to the restaurant. If its a busy time of the day, you check in with your phone number and they'll text you. It also comes with a link so you know what number in line you are in. While waiting, you can walk around Icon and check out the sights and stores around it. I went to this place during their happy hour specials from 3 to 6pm. Several apps are half price during this time. Love their Poke Nachos. Its drizzled with some type of sauce and comes with tuna, avocado and jalapeños. The heat is just right. This location has a lot of luster but lacked flavor. I love the Miami Beach location, so I thought I'd give this one a try. Atmosphere: very nice sports bar, spacious, low lighting, not so attentive hostesses. Our waitress and the manager on site were great. We came during lunch on a weekday, so the customer flow was decent. Food: we started with the fried calamari; delicious, can't go wrong with that. We also ordered the boneless jerk and buffalo wings. They were pretty good but the jerk wasn't a traditional jerk. The Nashville burger was simply okay. The only flavor it had was from the hot sauce. Same thing with the pork burger. The condiments and cheese did most of the flavoring. As for the crème brûlée? Very good. All in all, I would give this place a 3.5.
