We still love this place. Keep forgetting about it when thinking about dinner options, and always happy when it dawns on us we haven't been in a while. Along with all our old Gardein faves, the Shitake Noodle appetizer is a new must-have. It's like a fusion pasta entrée and even comes half price at Happy Hour. Servers are always terrific. Will make your Coke Zero a mocktail with Filthy brand cherries if you ask nicely. You can always pay up on the digital screens at the table. Tip on parking, especially if it's raining- swing around Rosewater and hang a left into the building parking. Take the elevator to the lobby and there is a private entrance to Yard House. I like a few of the menu items though it takes spending too much money to wade your way through all the average crap to get to the few things that are actually high quality (pork chop, crispy beef noodles, chicken tenders for the kids). HOWEVER, the absolute worst thing about this place (other than the consistently disorganized servers) is the navigation for the online menu. It is EASILY the worst I have ever seen for any restaurant EVER. No matter what device or platform, it locks up, delays, stalls out, won't load, or jumps everywhere. It is almost impossible to do a basic menu search. It is so bad, that I have literally given up and not ordered takeout several times. Who knows how much revenue they have lost due to this easily fixable shortcoming. For the sake of humanity, figure out how to build a website that navigates like everyone else. My local gas station has better navigation. Pathetic and totally fixable. Stop being cheap asses and fix this bs. read more

This was our first time coming here, we came right as they opened this morning. The food was creative and delicious! I can honestly say Iv had food here I wouldn't find elsewhere. It was all super fresh and delicious too. We had the poke nachos- which were by far my favorite. SO absolutely delicious. I also had the margarita pizza- which I am so pleased to say used fresh basil leaves, garlic, and tomatoes- not just the spices for those like some places do. The crust was amazing too. My husband had the vampire tacos- cool name and cool presentation! He loved them. Great friendly and attentive service, super clean, super good vibes. We enjoyed our stay very much! The poke nachos are almost even preferable to sushi, they are so good, but we tried the Margherita pizza this time and it was good for the discounted price. The drinks were a little pricey but strong and worth it. I loved the elderflower tonic, it's a twist on your typical gin and tonic and I like the addition of the elderflower. The spin-off of the old-fashioned was good, too. Love the ambiance, but service was a little slow. Very helpful in navigating the machine to pay at the table, though. I decided to go out on my own and I ordered the Orange Chicken. Orange Chicken is always a dish I get from my local Chinese food place, so I wanted to see what orange chicken at a place like Yard House would be. This was outstanding! The first thing I noticed was the chicken itself. It was fresh real chicken. The breading they used for the chicken pieces was seasoned excellently and had a perfect crunch to them. The orange chicken sauce had just enough spice in it to say it was tangy, but not spicy. Very delicious. I've been going to Yard House for years and it's always been great. I don't think I've ever had bad service. They have a good selection of beers and good mixed drinks. Most recently I got the Korean Ribeye and it was great. Very nice steak with a perfect Korean barbecue taste. The chili garlic fries that came with it were good. Not enough chili with them, but still good. The chili sauce that it did have wasn't very spicy, which is good or bad depending on your preference. Overall, I highly recommend Yard House! read more

We have always enjoyed Yard House in the past and recently decided to order takeout from them. Each container is clearly labeled with what the dish is, and everything seemed to be quite safe when picking up the food. Boneless Korean Wings - These were delicious! The meat was tender and the sauce had a bit of a kick to it while not being too overwhelmingly spicy either; would definitely recommend this as an appetizer. The chicken even came with big toothpicks so we didn't have to use our hands which was very cool. Braised Short Rib Ravioli - This dish was also fantastic. I really enjoyed the slightly spicy tomato cream sauce that came with the ravioli, though the cheese on top had already hardened by the time we arrived home (of course this isn't Yard House's fault). It didn't look like too much food at first but turned out to be quite a filling portion as each ravioli was chock full of meat. Carne Asada Street Tacos - These tacos were great, but the reason I am docking a star on this review is because the menu seems to be limited compared to what is usually offered. In fact, for the street tacos, these carne asada tacos were the only ones available. Definitely keep this in mind if you are planning to order takeout sometime soon! Mini Cheesecake Brulee - This dessert definitely would have been better if it was served in person instead of as takeout since the caramelized sugar on top had already softened a bit and there was no longer that satisfying crack when you eat creme brulee. This place was delicious! I had the kurobuta pork burger and it was amazing. The candied bacon on top was to die for! My partner had the mediterranean salmon and he ate that up so fast. I would definitely go here again 100% for the food. Why 4 stars? 1. Our server was not attentive. We sat forever waiting for any beers we ordered and by the time we were finished eating, we were just waiting for someone to come by. We even clicked the "Call server" button on the tablet and it just kept blinking. After dessert, my partner made a joke that we have to wait 30 more minutes now for our check. 2. You can tell the serving staff didn't have communication or teamwork or anything. Only our server was running our food, which was fine, but I think other servers should help out more. We placed the order for our main dishes; the beer battered cod sandwich with fries and the Korean ribeye! Our food came out shortly after, and my husbands Korean ribeye order was mistakenly taken for the Korean cheesesteak sandwich. Honest mistake, they are similarly named and it was loud in there. No problem! The correct Korean ribeye came about 15-20 min later, and my husband took one bite and found several very dark, long hairs in his food. The servers, managers, and everyone else involved were very apologetic and handled it well. Life happens and no one is perfect, and they were genuine humans about the situation! They comp'd the majority of our bill, which we didn't expect at all! So we tipped around 45 percent. They really were great to us. From the one bite my husband took, he said it tasted fantastic! So we will come and try it out again! It was getting late and we have young kids. The rest of our food was fantastic and the service was great. Stuff happens! Even the local parking garage was already jam packed, on a Wednesday! I spent 5x the time looking for a parking place than I did on the wait list. A lot of places have altered their menu since Covid-19, but they had everything I wanted! I enjoyed all of my meal, but I loved the cheese bites!! They served them with a hot honey and it was a great combination because normally they are served with ranch or a marinara sauce. The cocktails were tasty also. Service has always been friendly and prompt, regardless of the time of day or size of my party. Prices are a touch high, but I think they're justified, because the food portions and quality have always been solid. Not to mention an unreal draft list, with sneaky good bourbon options to boot. I'd suggest the Korean wings, onion rings, or the turkey club with fries.
