Ever sense a bartender told me Yard House steak distributor is the same a Capital Grill, I make it a monthly stop. The ribeye is absolutely amazing. You can sub the sides and I got the truffle fries with broccoli.

First time went to a Yard House, it has great atmosphere with the USA Soccer Team in the World Cup games. Our server Tiffany is amazing, we are fast and explained what is her favorite dishes to us. The food came out in a timely manner. I love the Tuna Stack it was great dish to start with. Then it comes the Maui Chicken, the sauce was amazing sweet and tangy. Now I just wish they have location near my house.

We were in town for a track meet and after being out all morning, this was a wonderful experience. Of course we're in the middle of March madness so there were multiple TVs throughout the restaurant and it didn't matter where you sat in your booth. TVs were in your view. Service was with a smile every time.. Now let's get to the food. The Aji tuna salad and the Aji tuna stack for both incredible. They were fresh became with wonton chips on the side that were crunchy and after being outside all morning and into the afternoon, it was just what we needed. To that point, someone else had the bacon cheddar burger and fries and said it was very juicy and fries were crunchy. Everyone shared in the fries. We had two birthdays at the table, so got the chocolate lava cake and the whiskey, caramel butter cake. My favorite was the butter cake because the chocolate is just too chocolatey for me, but there were no crumbs left from either.!

Spinach dip. I liked the seasoning on the chips.

We came here late on a Saturday around 10 pm. The place was packed and there was a short wait. The service was good and attentive. We never went without our needs being addressed quickly. I had a flavored lemon drop for my cocktail and it was good. The spinach dip appetizer was also good. We both had salmon for our main dish. The portion was nice and it was cooked well but lacked flavor. Without the glaze on the side, it wouldn't have been enjoyable. I had loaded mashed potatoes as my side. Also just ok. The place is big and loud. Even if a game had been on, it would have been difficult to see and enjoy. I would have expected more tvs for a place that's a sports bar. Overall, this isn't a place I seek out. I come here mainly because you can get a hot sit down meal late at night.

Came here with some friends for Saturday lunch and had a great experience. Our server was attentive and funny. My food was very flavorful and the fries were good too. Our booth by the window was the perfect place to eat and chat!

It's March Madness and we went to watch women's ball. We had a few appetizers and some beer. The Pizza was good and even better the next day heated in the oven. The Brussels were very tasty and nice and big. The drizzle was good and so was the dipping sauce. The Queso is always a hit, we tried it with the ground beef this time and yes it was great. I like it with the Pita, my GF likes the chips. There's never any left. Now let me tell you about this Tuna. If you like sushi if you don't like sushi, you must give this a try. It melts in your mouth and has the best taste. The cause is ginger and sesame with ginger on the side. It's so good. My beer flight. 1. Stone Buenaveza a pale lager had citrus notes and like a light beer and was probably my fav 2. Pauline's Pils is a Pilsner and just a little hoppy 3. Bavic Pils is really light almost no taste 4. Schwarzbier, German beer tastes like coffee but it was kind of good. The bar staff were great this day greeted us as we sat down and even changed the channels for us right away. It wasn't crowded as we went at the start of Happy hour but got busier by the time we left. The vibes are always good at Yard house.

Lunched with 9 other folks. Meals were either average or excellent so I would like to make this a 3.5 star reviews based on food. Service was average but payment was not so good. We had uploaded pass around one tabletop device to split the check and it took 15 minutes. Also ao loud you coukd hear the conversations. So 3 stars it is. I liked my turkey club with sweet potato fries. Fries were cold as the food likely waited on all of the groups dishes.

I came to Raleigh for a work trip. We found this cute little area with several options to eat. The menu at Yard House looked appealing and I have not been here before. When ordering our food, we asked the waiter to bring our salads first and then the other dishes later. This didn't happen. All the food except the spicy tuna stack was delivered at the same time. The brussel sprouts were good. The spicy tuna stack was ok. It was very fresh but missing something. The house salads were fresh and our favorite dish. My colleague ordered the chicken nachos. She said they would have been better had they come out after the salad. By the time she was done with her salad they were cold. Other than this, the service was good. I would recommend visiting here at least once. The menu has something for everyone. and the lemonades are great.

Great place to do business or socialize. Great menu and the tap beers are wonderful. So whether it is a weekday or weekend this is the place to go try out.

I'm typically disappointed with restaurant food and rightfully so?!? I usually relegate restaurants to the weekends, meltdown days, or social events. Either myself or a family member cooks during the week. After having a near meltdown, I settled on Yard House. I've eaten here 8++ years ago and wasn't necessarily impressed. This particular Friday must have been graduation celebration day, as it was pretty packed with large groups for a 3pm Friday dining time. I'm dubbing this best restaurant meal of the week, maybe month! Weekday between 3-5 selected apps are 50% off. Late lunch partner opted for calamari and Brussels sprouts appetizers. I opted for the Asian inspired pork chop with cauliflower, quinoa, veggie medley. The apps were solid. Calamari light flour dredge, not too chewy, faint "fishy" smell. Brussel sprouts coated in Korean inspired savory & sweet glaze (slight bitter taste). Both appetizers accompanied by a dipping sauce(s). Generous portions. I opted for a bone in Asian inspired pork chop. Meat moist and not too salty with a good sear. I was concerned about cauliflower rice, not to fear. Minimal cauliflower rice and the soy based sauce gave the veggie medley plenty of flavor. Finally, there was a sweet and sour dipping sauce that balanced the meal well. Service was fine. If I had to guess they were short staffed on our visit. Our server checked on us several times, but we did have to request drink refills. Atmosphere is dark and could possibly be loud. We had no problem hearing each other. Good for groups with a reservation, solos, friends, girl nights, etc. Menu is expansive and price point large enough that MOST people should find something they like. I found it easier to navigate the online menu vs in person menu. Maybe all the stars aligned and this was a very, very good one off. Looking forward to trying again! Chain restaurant: 4.6

The service was great! Malik deserves a raise! Just very attentive and respectful! There was a good variety of games on the TVs as well so the vibe was good as well. Onion rings are just as good as last time! I decided to try something else on the menu so I went with the cheesesteak and I will say I was a bit disappointed. I know it's not fair to compare this to other authentic cheesesteaks but I hate when the Cheesesteaks don't mix their cheese with the meat and they just throw 2 slices of cheese on top. It's a pet peeve of mine because it makes the sandwich dry almost, and even with the garlic aioli it still was dry. I will go again for sure and try more things on the menu next up is the burger!

The food was beyond amazing and the presentation of food was the best I have ever seen so far. Our server Andrew was beyond phenomenal! If I could clone him I would. He define customer service beyond the definition! The ambiance of the restaurant would approve any sports fan out there. The setting was nice and the restaurant was very spacious! The bar was really big as well. The developer who made this business did an amazing job from beginning to end. This is definitely on my favorite list.

"Delightful vegan restaurant on Crabtree Blvd in Raleigh"…read more I'd heard of this for years and was happy to finally give it a try on a Saturday for lunch ~1:30pm. The restaurant is a bit set off from a strip mall, and has a small outdoor seating area. The inside has high ceilings and is airy, and is nicely decorated (I also enjoyed the "sci-fi themed" wallpaper in one restroom stall). We were greeted quickly and given a table right away. The specials on the wall sounded amazing-- it was hard to believe they were all vegan with burgers, bbq, "chicken", and more on there. We opted for simple-- the special cantaloupe soup for an appetizer and burgers (impossible) for lunch. Mine came with chips, and my girlfriend's came with mac and cheese. Food came out in maybe 15 minutes. The cantaloupe soup was AMAZING... perfect for a summer day... super refreshing and tasty. The cheeseburgers were good too-- well dressed with an aioli, if I remember right, as well as fresh lettuce, tomatoes, etc. I appreciated that I didn't have to pop a lactase, too, since all vegan! The chips I think were store-made and were absolutely tasty-- we got a lot too and snacked off them for the next few days. And my girlfriend liked the mac and cheese. Service was friendly throughout, and cups were refilled. And I felt the prices were reasonable for what we got. Overall, I'd DEFINITELY come back and am eager to try some of their fake meat dishes like the BBQ.

Cornmeal battered mushrooms- good portion size, delicious and a hit. Mess of collards- large portion, didnt see any bacon at all and the apple cider vinegar element was strong. Onions could have been chopped smaller. Meatloaf plate- very flavorful, the smoked local potatoes were a star too. It came with more collards Southern plate- this plate was a disappointing flop. Popcorn chkn (fried seitan) lacked salt and any flavor in the batter but the vessel had potential. Mashed potatoes were a little cold and also no flavor or salt. Coleslaw needed any flavor. Sauteed vegetables were plenty but again, zero salt or seasoning coming through. The hushpuppies had potential just needed to be a little smaller or a different shape to be balanced. Drinks: Flower and Flame- just a tad heavy handed on the smoke spritz G and Tea- this was delicious and I switched to this after tasting my wife's. Cardamom, mint and lemon make this refreshing!

"Nepalese and Indian food in downtown Raleigh, near Marriott"…read more With a great location, this is VERY close to the Raleigh Convention Center. We arrived on a Thursday night at 6pm with a group of 5. The dining area didn't really accommodate a group that size, but they made it work by moving tables around, which was nice. The place was not very large, but there was maybe only one other family eating inside. The bathroom was clean. I split two dishes with my son-- salmon tikka masala and shrimp (prawn) saag, both coming with rice. We were given some papadum, I think, as a snack as we waited on the food, along with some spicy dips. Food came in maybe 10 minutes or so, which was great timing. However, I have to say, both dishes we tried were underwhelming. The shrimp was oddly translucent and not very flavorful in its dish, and the spinach in the saag wasn't especially tasty (though it did have a nice spiciness). The tikka masala sauce was great, but the salmon also was pretty underwhelming. We both said we'd probably just get chicken next time and not splurge the extra for the salmon. No dish was "bad", but just we expected them to be delicious and they were just OK. I'm just really surprised given how many people said this was the "best Indian" they'd had. The staff were friendly-- refilled drinks well and were good at answering questions. And the price was reasonable. Altogether, I'll give it 4 stars given the great location, good service, good price, but not 5 given the food was "just OK". Realistically, I probably wouldn't go back-- we have lots of great Indian in Durham and Chapel Hill, so I'd rather wait and get that.

My partner and I both enjoyed a mocktail version of the roselle freezy - it was amazing! Either as a mocktail or a cocktail, you should try this drink. For starters, we had the crispy chicken wings, spring rolls with veggies, and the lettuce wraps. We all enjoyed the chicken wings so much that we got a second order of them. I enjoyed the spring rolls much more than the lettuce wraps as they had more flavor to them. For dinner, we shared an order of the Manda Amphone's Curry and the chicken pad thai. I originally did not expect to be blown away by the pad thai - boy, was I wrong. This is hands down the best pad thai I have ever had. If you love pad thai, you need to try theirs. There are a lot of outdoor tables with umbrellas, but we opted for the interior. The interior was a bit dark but still comfortable, especially near the windows. We got to pick our table and were given menus promptly. I went for the faux Philly cheesesteak and a side salad with Bleu cheese. My girlfriend got the western nodeo burger and a side salad with ranch. Service was good- there was a little confusion about our order and what table we were at, but they were apologetic about it. And we still got our food within 20 minutes and regularly were offered drink refills. My food was fine. The vegan Bleu cheese dressing was quite runny and tasted ok but not nearly as good as the real thing. Honestly, I felt the same about the cheesesteak. The faux meat was oddly rubbery, and the cheese was just ok. It also wasn't very large. In contrast, my girlfriend's dishes were excellent- the ranch dressing was epic and the burger was super tasty. Warning- it was hot, especially the jalapeños. But delicious. If I went back, I'd get her order for sure. Price was pretty good especially for the burger- most entrees were in the $15-20 range, but did not come with sides. Overall, a good vegan option near the convention center and Marriott hotel.

The curry chicken baos were my husband's favorite. They were soft and bouncy baos filled with a spiced curry. I enjoyed the bouncy cold noodles as a palate cleanser between my favorite dish, General Tso's chicken. It was a delicate batter with juicy, flavorful dark meat chicken. I also ordered a pot of jasmine tea, which elevated the overall dining experience. The restaurant is beautiful with lots of natural light. Though I do think service could use some help. Our server was not very attentive. Our experience was extended not due to food wait, but for the time the server would continue to move service along with taking orders, and expediting the check.

"Consistency Matters"…read more The food is delish, let's start there. This hasn't been on my bingo card for a while and boo hoo! The garden pizzette and chicken shawarma are fan favorites for a reason. Chicken Shawarma is a (IMO) well seasoned cinnamon forward profile that delivers a tender chew. Don't let the cinnamon description deter you. The flavor is complex, savory, and very good! The garden pizzette is delicious. The perfect mixup of feta, mint, tomato, and cucumber...Chef's Kiss (dip in hummus and/or tzatziki for that extra, extra added flavor). We also loved the tzatziki/lebnah sauce. Perfect balance for our Americanized palate. My biggest complaint, would be consistency. I ordered twice in one week. Each meal was delicious, but noticeable different. Not a huge factor, but one I thought worth mentioning. Bread was whole wheat ... cool/ not a problem .. but also not my preference. All in all, a darn good meal! Sold side options. Fast casual Mediterranean/Lebanese : 4.5

I usually go to the Cary location for multiple catering orders that I place per month. The people…read moreat the Cary location have been very polite, friendly and helpful. I was going to be closer to the Raleigh location this past month so I decided to go to the Raleigh location and see if they could do the same as cary. I went in and asked a young man he said that should not be a problem for me to put in my catering orders and then have my payment done a certain way at the register, as they usually do, in cary. I placed my order and got to the register and then the very nice girl that was there was going to ring me up. She wasn't sure how to manually enter my credit card information that I needed to give, so she asked what I'm going to assume was her manager or whoever was in charge that day? The woman turned around and looked at me as if I walked in and started in her face. Her face was so disgusted, twisted up, and snarled with disapproval. She asked me, with a huge attitude, "what was going on here?". I politely explained the situation, which is that, at the Cary location our company pays over the phone when I arrive. I handed her the phone to give her the credit card information and she was speaking to my boss (who is a very world-renowned doctor) about the payment info. She was so rude to him and said "well usually we don't do this but we'll do it this time". I informed her that from now on, since it was such a problem we will gladly go to the other location or just another restaurant in general. The younger people at the register were extremely friendly and polite and really made this experience the most positive thing from this whole trip to this location. As I was leaving the female who had the attitude earlier did say that she " was sorry, and that she just didn't know what she was walking into". At this point, I really did not care about an I'm sorry, because I will never go back to this location. I don't care who or what she is, but if she doesn't know what she's walking into, then the best idea for her(if she had any business or common sense)would be to approach it in a professional manner and not with a stank attitude. I have worked in doing catering sales, amahing businesses, throwing events, and ordering multiple catering orders for other businesses that I run. I have never and would never, approach anyone like this if I was uncertain of any situation. It puts a really bad look on their whole concept. I have already talked to multiple people about this and told all the physicians that I work with. I have also discussed this encounter with other people who do multiple orders for catering and other event networking groups. I will never be ordering from this location again. I hope whatever they do, they get it right, and start hiring people who appreciate having a job, to make sure that no one else feels so turned off by someone like this. I'm only giving a two stars for the Friends League kids that were at the counter and at the cash register
