We ordered poke nachos, Brussels sprouts, truffle mushroom pizza, and of course, their limited-time Crispy Ribs. Everything was delicious, but those ribs were absolutely bussin! We got the lemon pepper dry rub, and it was love at first bite. Juicy, tender meat, gliding off the bone. On God, it was better than WingStop lemon pepper wings! Imagine my surprise when we ate there again a couple days ago.. and no more crispy ribs?? They came and went like a fart in the wind. I even googled them afterwards. Not a trace. We were quickly seated and I headed to the very clean bathroom. My wife asked for the gluten-sensitive menu and she was shown the menu on the Ziosk tablet on the table by the server. Our server Denise was great in understanding my gluten sensitivity issues and she didn't forget either! Food choices for gluten-sensitive types were good. I got the BBQ bacon and cheddar 1/2 pound burger and with was very good with the gluten-free bun. The bun was pretty dense, however, it didn't take away from the flavor of the burger as a whole. I ate a late lunch/early dinner here with one of my newest friends and a couple other friends of hers. Over the years, I have eaten here many times, especially with my younger daughter. We loved it when Yard House used to sponsor the Ontario Reign hockey team. This place is very spacious and clean. This place always seems to be busy. My new friends all ordered off of my recommendations here. So our table of five ordered the following items...two orders of two vampire tacos, one with the rice and beans. One order of ten bone in wings, bbq and Korean sweet chili as the two flavors. Finally, one order of the four hamburger sliders and French fries. We all shared and was just the perfect amount of food! I am never disappointed here! I can't wait to go back here again! It's also good that parking in every direction from here is far as I am able to get a good walk in after eating on the way back to the car! Also a big thanks to our waitress. Had a large expo there when we went, super noisy (couldn't sit outside) but fun to watch from inside the restaurant. No happy hour menu on a weekend.... which actually is a really good deal, being half off many of the appetizers that we ended up ordering. Service is good. It's pretty big inside, but that's a good thing since it was packed by the time I left. The food was ok. It was just mediocre. Very average. We ordered the following: 1. Boneless wings. Coming in at almost $1.50 each, it was just overpriced. The $.80 wings on Tuesdays at wingstop are much better. They were somewhat moist. Just average. 2. Poke nachos. Way too many chips. Or maybe not enough fish. It was all room temped. Fish wasn't fresh. Chips were fragile and fell apart way too easily. 3. Korean tacos- around 8 bucks each!! The meat was ok. Flavors were not great. I think the best part of this was the soft shelled taco..... which speaks volumes to the failure of this dish 4. Sausage and pepperoni pizza looked mid. Like what you would get at Dominos or Pizza Hut. Very generic. 5. Pineapple express drink was ok. Light and refreshing. But also light on the alcohol.... However the customer service is great the Ambiance is great the food tastes good it's just not what we ordered. ordered 10 piece chicken wings and received all drumsticks even though we ordered partial Flats, I feel it was carelessly prepared. From start to finish our experience was terrible. The taps for the beer had something wrong with their cooling system. Our sample beers were not cold. The wings were not hot and the ahi tuna sandwich along with the fries were cold. I asked for a cup of soup instead because I was tired of waiting as we had already been there an hour and a half on a Thursday night. I received a hot cup of soup without a spoon. So my fiance and I shared one spoon. I got up to use the restroom and the women's restroom was filthy dirty and missing toilet seat covers in all the stalls. I could find a cleaner bathroom at a gas station on the way to Vegas than you'd find here at yard house. I would never come back here again. It's completely gone downhill. I absolutely love this place! The menu has changed since reopening after the Covid shutdown but that hasn't kept me away. I eat a vegan diet and they have many vegan options. My favorite dish here hands down has to be the chicken lettuce wraps. It's chicken and tofu, I request tofu only and its to DIE for! This is listed on the appetizer menu but it's an entree for me. It's not too heavy I don't feel like I stuffed myself after I'm done. My appetizer is the guacamole and chips. They also have non alcoholic beer; Heineken zero. I love it, the tab for just these 3 items is a bit steep but it's worth it in my opinion. They offer a full bar for those who desire alcohol. There are tv's all over so it's easy to catch a game or whatever show might be on. There's a patio for outdoor dining. They're able to seat large parties as well. My sister and I met at at this YH earlier this month. It was a very busy Sunday afternoon. The large space was packed, and so was the huge center bar. Lots of hungry folks eating, talking, and enjoying their drinks. The mood is very positive and lively. The entire shopping village was buzzing with activity. I ordered up the tuna tartare stack. It was fresh, but too much avocado for me. The order is enough to be considered a hearty entree'. Along with my meal, I called up a refreshing screwdriver..Aaaahh.... vitamin C. The sister orders her calamari fritti. I nibble at a large chewy piece. It is seasoned well. The artichoke dip with tortilla chips is also a tasty share plate. Went here on a Sunday night with a friend of mine. When we walked in the hostess just stared at us until I said "Hello! How are you?" She takes us to a both that had a dirty table and seats. She proceeded to wipe the table then walk away. I asked "are you gonna clean the seats too?" She looked confused then wipes the seats. We sat there for 10 minutes while various waiters and staff walked back and forth past us until we'd had enough and decided to leave. Literally every table around us had been tended to and not one person stopped to take drink orders or even ask if we'd been taken care of. On the way out, I stopped at the front desk and asked the hostess and someone I assume was the manager "was no one gonna take our order?". Avoid the Cali Roll Stack, the "Lava" Cake and the coffee at all costs. The Cali Roll Stack is the third iteration of what used to be one of my favorite dishes and it has gotten worse with each change. It now has virtually no crab flavor and the fried rice cake is tough to cut, much less eat, and adds nothing to the dish but work. The lava cake is like no lava cake I've made or eaten. It's a pre-made cake with chocolate sauce (think Hershey's) piped into the middle and served semi-cold with a hard, underripe strawberry and a side of vanilla ice cream that sits heavily artificial on the tongue. If you like good coffee, this ain't it. We ordered regular food, but no one was impressed with what they ordered. No pictures because the food looks better than it actually is. read more

Important heads-ups for dog owners: Since Yard House's recent renovation, they no longer allow water service for dogs on the patio, even if guests are dining for several hours or if it's hot outside. Our server informed us their manager specifically denied our request for water to our dog, despite the fact that the flooring remains concrete and food scraps were still visible on the ground. My husband and I visited to check out the new outdoor patio with our dog. We've dined here before with no issues. Unfortunately, it seems they've become much more strict about their pet policies. Just a heads-up if you're planning to stop by with your furry companion and expect the same pet-friendly experience as before. read more
