I've been there 3 times since these photos were take a few weeks back. These pics were from our Happiest of Happy Hours. Lol They have a nice patio with umbrellas and misters, it was too windy when we visited. Live there selection of adult beverages. Lots of beers on tap, specialty cocktails, and a nice wine list. Service was on point all three visits. Try the Whiskey Glazed Salmon and The Thai Grilled Pork Chop as entrees! You won't be disappointed. Ill be sure to update my review with pics. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but the bartenders are super cool and did extra things such as comp a free dessert when I mentioned landing a job in town. I've had waaAyy better cucumber mojito with or without alcohol. Fried calamari - Worst calamaris I've ever had in a restaurant. The moment it arrived at the table I knew it was going to be bad. The color was off, calamaris were way chewy - it was like they had a multiple orders of calamaris and we got the last batch at the bottom. Lobster Noodle - this was actually pretty good. This place isn't anything remarkable. The staff is unengaged and aren't beer experts by any means. When you're telling the staff more about the beer their serving than they know this is a red flag. The kegs are a good distance from the taps. There's a lot of potential for dirty lines of beer. The food is average at best. read more

I've been going to yardhouse off and on for years. I absolutely love their selection of beers and food. They have a wide selection from tacos, burgers, to seafood and beyond. Some of my favs are the spicy edamame, pretzels, bbq salad, and vampire tacos. I don't think I've ever had anything that I didn't like. They have TVs throughout the restaurant with multiple sport options. Mostly the staff have been friendly and nice. Some nights I've had the best service, friendly but not overly friendly. Come at the right times. It's all about service at a restaurant sometimes. They leave a taste in your mouth longer than the food. I've had great service, we had Nicole V one night and she was such a sweetheart. Now I've also had terrible ones... I think her name was Carly. The restaurant has a really nice interior. I just don't think the food quality matches the vibes. The food was meh... think a few notches better than Apple Bees. We all enjoyed our burgers, salad, and nachos nonetheless. But if you want some wow-worthy food go elsewhere. The bar is massive. They have a great selection of cocktails, wine, and beer. We all enjoyed cocktails and shots... it definitely made the food taste better. Mediocre food, clean and cool restaurant, nice patio, good service and great drinks. I use to visit one in Long Beach definitely feels a little bit like home. I went to this location with my little girl over a month ago and the server was about two weeks new and I want to say her name was Jennifer but she was very sweet and another shout out to the manager with blonde hair and glasses (sorry I forgot her name) but I was simply making conversation with her as we waited to be seated and while my daughter and I enjoyed our girl lunch and when I went to ask for our check, the server said that our lunch had been taken care of. I really needed that act of kindness on that particular day and I really appreciate that so much and that's just one of many reasons why I love the yard house! The Yard House is akin to many of the large chain breweries that exist today (I.e. Granite City) however this particular location has some issues. We arrived on Sunday around noon to a mostly empty restaurant (maybe 25-30% of tables filled) and were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait before we could be seated. To avoid this we asked if we could sit at the bar (which had no one sitting at it) and they confirmed the bar is open seating. You would have thought we were invisible based on how long the bartender ignored our presence. The food itself was ok. Personally this is another one of these restaurants that have fallen prey to taking regular dishes and having to add some ridiculous twist that doesn't enhance it but sounds fancy (example: the tacos have smashed seasoned avocado which we all know is guacamole so just say that instead) I found their menu a bit limiting for my palate, but I'm kind of a picky eater. Getting our bill paid was another fiasco. We had to flag down our bartender and ask her to get our bill after a long period of clearly being done eating. For two people who each only had 2 taco plates with a non alcoholic drink we paid about $25 per person WAY to much for the limited portion sizes served Would I go back? Maybe, but the quality of service needs a major overhaul. As we exited a still mostly empty restaurant there were at least 5 groups waiting to be seated. I like the Yard House. I live in Phoenix and do go often. I was in town and shopping and knew it would be a good menu. Ordered the pretzel to start. It was HUGE. Came with spicy mustard and a cheese sauce. ( a tad watery.. but tasty) I ordered the steak bowl. A first for me. Quite delicious . Steak done perfectly. Beautiful veggies cooked just right. Came with flaked red pepper... and got them on the side. Dining companion got the cheese burger and fries. Done to perfection . Next time I'll do the beer. I really like this location in comparison to others I've been to. It's not overly crowded, the serving staff seems pleasant every time I'm here, and the menu selection is awesome. If you go in the middle of the afternoon it feels a little dark at first, just let your eyes adjust. Great beer selection, be adventurous. Food is solidly good and the space is not overly loud. Looking for a late night dinner, Yard House was our closest option. The restaurant was quiet when we got there. The staff was really friendly and provided top notch service. They have a bar, indoor, and outdoor seating available. They have really long booth tables for larger groups/families. I got the poke bowl for dinner. It was the perfect meal choice for a late night dinner. It was filling but light enough that I didn't feel gross eating so late. We also got some onion rings for the table. Not a huge onion ring fan, these were tasty. I kept going back to eat more. This is a nice place to eat if you are looking for good service and delicious food. read more

We came in for happy hour 3-6pm. The poke nachos were yummy and the margarita pizza was tasty. Our server Korey was excellent! Food came out in a timely manner. Yes, I know I'm a guy who's big on mom & pop restaurants, praising a subsidiary of the largest restaurant group on planet Earth. Shame me all you want, because the Poke Nachos are fire and I'm not giving them up. That's the starter for the perfect happy hour meal at Yard House -- Poke nachos. Featuring raw tuna, spicy mayo, seaweed, green onion, generous sesame seeds. I like to pair this up with spicy Korean garlic wings (divine), and a pepperoni & mushrooom pizza. All sharable and tasty. As I become more of a beer snob, their admittedly expansive beer menu really loses its luster--it's mostly stuff you can find at Safeway nowadays. But they consistently have representation of every type of beer you want, which is nice because I'm big on Pilsners and Red Ales, and those are often overlooked. The cocktails are a step above what you'd get at other chains, but I'm again, a *snob* so these just don't do it for me. Except the Sangria, the Sangria is great. The entrees aren't bad either. They do good burgers and other sandwiches! But no matter what I'm in the mood for, I know there will always be something here that ends up appealing to me. This place can get really crowded, especially on weekends, and you'll end up wandering the mall while you wait your turn. But once you get over that hurdle, you're due for a great time! read more
