Came here during their first week. So many people moving about...trainers, managers, servers, kitchen staff...it felt chaotic but organised at the same time. This place is much bigger than it looks on the outside. Our server, Miles was probably one of the best servers I've had in my life. He had such a great personality, was really attentive, kept us entertained and was on top of everything. Our food was good. My only complaint was the crispy rice in my poke bowl was not really crispy, it was just a warm rice patty. The boneless wings weren't completely sauced...there were a few semi-naked pieces. For this to be the first week, we didn't have high expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. Hopefully when all of the trainers go away, they can maintain the standard we experienced. read more

01/31/2020 I went here with a friend during Happy Hour, when they offered half off appetizers, pizzas and $2 off drinks. There was a bit of a wait - they took our names and gave us a buzzer. We waited around 10-15 minutes before we were seated. The waitress was very friendly and nice. As well, she gave good recommendations. The restaurant itself was pretty clean and spacious- the atmosphere was good. We ordered poke nachos, the carnivore pizza and boneless wings for appetizers. We also ordered drinks as well. The drinks were pretty good. I ordered a margarita and it was pretty smooth but not as sweet as I am used to. Poke nachos were amazing and I highly suggest you try it! The boneless wings were pretty good as well and the carnivore pizza was decently good. All the appetizers we ordered were pretty solid and it would be something I would like to try again. I have never been to a Yard House before, but I decided to visit this place after its grand opening at Willow Grove. Upon entering, I can see that place is clean and urban with an atmosphere that could possibly be casual or classy depending on the occasion. I like how you can see all of the taps on display and select a beer depending on your preferences. All of the servers are welcoming and care about your experience, which I appreciate. We ordered the onion ring tower, margherita pizza, and sesame chicken bowl. The food exceeded my expectations. I thought I would eat another dish that is typical of chains, but every onion ring, bite of pizza, and mouthful of noodles were flavorful, and unique. In particular, I like that the onion rings were evenly fried all throughout and crispy. It comes with sauces on the side, but honestly, I think it does well on its own. The margherita pizza is made of various ingredients that makes a margherita tasty. The sesame chicken noodles were not too salty and had many toppings. However, it is not a true asian dish, but the it was good in nonetheless. Plus they give you chopsticks for the experience. Overall, there is a good variety of food and drinks that can please any crowd. All in all, I am glad I came here because I have not had food this good in a really long time! read more

This place use to be Bravo Italian Restaurant (miss that place). WG Yard House did a complete gut job and redid the whole interior. Came here to meet my old co-workers for food and drinks this past Sunday. Ten people in total. I was able to order the $9.95 burger slider lunch special with sweet potatoes fries (extra $1.95) since I placed the order before 5p. Sliders were weak but fries were good. I've been to the KOP location for wings and beer. Should've ordered my usual here or the jambalaya, since my gf raved about it. 2 people with me didn't get their food after the rest of us had finished our entrees. I will say this place was stupid busy from people finishing their holiday shopping. But I think the servers forgot about us after awhile. I will say the servers did accommodate my large party with individual checks which is very uncommon nowadays. So I guess that was a plus. read more

Yard house is your typical chain style restaurant, so you know what you are getting when it comes to food. They offer a large menu that's all pretty solid, but nothing I would say was mind alteringly good. The staff could really use an upgrade, I waited quite a while for my pickup order that was in the shelf, and plenty of staff members walked past the desk where I was waiting and no one said a word or even addressed me. When someone finally came over and I advised I was waiting for my order, they also walked away and didn't return. Finally someone was able to provide me the item which was literally in the shelf behind the desk and any single person coulda grabbed it for me. The takeout margarita was less than average and served in a kid size sippy cup for $10.50 and was only half full:( - A complete rip off:( My favorite entree- Lobster Garlic Noodles- tasted horrible. No seasoning let alone garlic WHATSOEVER!! It's like plain noodles with a few peices of lobster and 2 shrimp.... Maybe the chef forgot to add the garlic or any seasoning.... How can you forget to add Garlic to a Garlic Noodle dish that is $24??? We always pass this by and never thought of trying this place until one of my colleagues recommended this to me. The place was clean and had a good ambience. We didn't wait too long for us to be seated on a Friday night. I ordered the lobster garlic noodles and my husband got the steak bowl. I tell you the noodles was fantastic! The steak bowl was also nice but my husband would probably try another dish next time. The servers were friendly and proud of their delicious items on the menu. Every time I come here a little bit of a wait! But that's not a bad thing that means the food is good! The cheese curds with the hot honey are perfect! The calamari done perfectly! The whiskey black pepper wings are amazing I have to get them every time I'm here sometimes I even get 2 orders to go one for lunch the next day and one order for my neighbor who has never been! Buffaloes wings are good sauce has a nice kick. Staff friendly plenty of TVs for all the games! This was our first time at a Yard House and I enjoyed it. Their beer selection is a bit overwhelming for someone like me who drinks maybe a couple Miller lites a year and know nothing about beer but I was excited to try some. When we got there my boyfriend was starving since I made him go shopping for hours so he ordered chicken fingers and calamari before I was done choosing my beers, the 4 we tried the picture is below. I loved #2 the cherry one was so good, I ended up getting a pint of it as well. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps appetizer and really enjoyed it. My boyfriend was underwhelmed and felt things were salty( I like salty) and a little over fried. He also got fish and chips and I can agree they looked overdone but my food was so good. I ordered Baja shrimp tacos , one was supposed to be fish but they were all shrimp but that's ok because they were really yummy. I only ate one and have tons of leftovers but I also ordered the Creme brûlée cheesecake to go because I had to try and so glad I did. So disappointed with this Yard House . First off, the service was bad. The serve kept coming to the table because he was forgetting our order and then when he would write it down it would take forever to get to the table. Then the food took a solid hour to get to the table and it gor there wrong, so they had to redo it. I've been told this particular Yard House isn't that bad so I am inclined to give it a second chance but am skeptical it will go smoother. First time trying this establishment. I'm very disappointed. We ordered firecracker shrimp, fried calamari and queso dip as appetizers. The queso was salty and scorched. I ate the queso because we waited so long to get it and it took the waitress a while to come back despite pressing the call server button. The shrimp were ok. I don't eat calamari but my daughter liked it. Our waitress' name was Jordan, she kept getting lost for a while. Numerous requests for water refills until we received one. I ordered the spicy jambalaya. It was not good at all. A waste of seafood. I can tell the shrimp were frozen and the sausage wasn't good. I ordered wings and fries because I'm extremely hungry. "Never Again" I came with three other people on a Friday night. We used "call ahead seating" (aka keep a fool occupied). We called at 6:30pm and were told to arrive at 7pm and we would be seated in a few minutes. At 7pm handed a pager and told "15 minutes". At 7:30 still not seated with an empty table nearby. The noise level is ridiculous. No normal person is going to be able to hold a conversation without A. Screaming to be heard B. Requiring a hearing exam and hearing aids after leaving. I left. My daughter and I went to the Yard House in Willow Grove Mall. The service was great, our waitress was training a coworker and they both were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The food was "Meh"! We had shrimp and fish tacos, avocado toast with fries and salad and drinks! This isn't a place I'd go back to! My ketchup for the fries tasted funny, but my fries were good.
