    BLT panini.

We came here the day after Christmas for a cozy holiday breakfast, and it was AMAZING! I ordered the bolognese spaghetti, so incredibly yummy. I had no idea they even served pasta, and it did not disappoint! My husband got the chicken crepe, my daughter had the BLT hot panini, and we also shared one of their glazed donuts... soooo good. We sat outside with our fur baby, which made the experience even better. The vibe was warm, intimate, and perfect for the holidays. They also had a huge, beautiful Christmas tree right in front of the restaurant where we took photos--such a fun and festive touch! This is one of our go-to breakfast spots, come check it out!

Very cute and convenient location with lots of parking and some outdoor seating! The staff were SO kind and friendly-- they even brought us the little plant to take a photo with LOL! Food was delicious. Our whole group was impressed, and we've been to Yellow Vase (different location) before. Highly recommend the Salmon Cove Crepe and asking to add red onion -- phenomenal. Will definitely be going again!

Beautiful trip to yellow vase! It was a nice day, so we decided to sit outside. I got the quiche which was delicious. The crust was flaky and the egg was cooked perfectly! My friend got the pasta and loved it with plenty leftover. Service was relative quick but not too attentive.

Yellow Vase is a cute little breakfast spot - with a few locations up near the Palos Verdes Peninsula, it makes for a great spot to meet friends, family, or (in my case) wait for your XC runner to finish his 10-mile run! They have lots of options - got the salmon crepe, the french toast breakfast, and this wonderful golden latte.

The aesthetic here is just gorgeous - so warm, inviting and sunny! I loved my avocado toast and the golden milk turmeric & ginger latte was so pretty and delicious, it made me squeal with joy. Simply gorgeous! With ocean views and flower stand vibes, I could stay here all day. 10/10, no notes.

Beautiful views! Quick service and delicious food. I loved the thickness of the bacon on the croissant. My son loved the chocolately crepes (there are other flavors too) and he loved how the chocolate melted onto the fruit. You can also swap the sausage for the ham if you order the eggs. Great breakfast spot if you want something nice w views or if you are biking in the area or even after a hike.

I like the sandwiches, to be honest, the service was great too. And the place was clean and cool vibe

In terms of vibes, ambience, and location this has to be one of my favorite brunch spots in all of Los Angeles. I have had better food at other breakfast spots but the scenery here is hard to beat and we honestly had a wonderful Sunday brunch. There are three locations scattered around RPV, this being the most northern and prettiest location. It is located in the back corner of a shopping center tucked away in its own spot underneath a giant tree. They do have indoor seating, but most people choose to sit outside under the tree and in the sun, which is what we did and it was a wonderful experience. You order at the counter inside and then they give you a number and then bring the food to you, it's not a full-service restaurant. Parking is plentiful because they have a large free parking lot attached that is never full. They have a lot of great drinks, pastries, and breakfast items. The portion sizes here are not very large compared to other breakfast spots around town, especially the diners, but they have great flavors and fair pricing. The staff was very polite and all of our items arrived quickly. For this most recent visit I ordered the Eggs Benedict with ham which I thought was good, although the eggs were overdone so they weren't runny at all. Also the side salad was very small and lacked any real flavor. We also ordered a bunch of different pastries and honestly, each one was great. My favorite was probably the strawberry and cheese. Overall one of the best scenery brunch places you can go to in LA and would be a great place to bring someone visiting town. I would recommend and I plan to be back in the near future.

Always enjoy coming here for brunch. Staff is very friendly, and the food options are above and beyond. Can never go wrong with the soup of day, and their sandwiches are delicious

I mean the area and the vibes were so cute! It was quiet and cute which I loved! However the food was not as good as i anticipated. I ordered the Alfredo pasta and the pasta was just weird tasting and off putting and chewy and the cheese was just not it. I also ordered a raspberry matcha and that was so powdery that I threw it away. I am not sure what it was but my tummy started to hurt from it altogether and it was room temperature really quick so it was worse. They made our food pretty quick probably because we were the only people there. It was a nice view but too bad the food wasn't as good as I had hoped.

Subject: Concern Regarding My Recent Experience at Yellow Vase Dear Morgan Sanja I hope you're doing well. I wanted to bring a recent experience on Friday afternoon 03/21/25 at Yellow Vase Rolling Vase to your attention in hopes of finding a resolution. During my business lunch visit, with my business partner, she let the cashier know in English and Spanish about her severe sourdough allergy and ordered the spaghetti bolognese to avoid any issues. However, she was mistakenly served a meat dish in a sourdough bread bowl. When she asked for a correction--something I understand is supported by your policy for health-related concerns--she was met with unexpected disrespectful resistance. As a regular patron I truly enjoy dining at Yellow Vase Rolling Hills and appreciate the effort that goes into great customer service. I'd love to see this addressed to ensure a welcoming experience for everyone. Looking forward to your response. Best, George Alvarado CEO Sunny Life Inc.

I had a cup of house brewed coffee and the drink wasn't quite on the same level as other third-wave coffee shops in the South Bay. They sell coffee beans from Danesi Caffe. *** Breakfast panini (Scrambled egg, fontina cheese, tomato a avocado - $10.95): A healthy-tasting sandwich, but it probably needed more sauce to add flavor. Bread was good. Rustico (RUSTICO: 24-month aged prosciutto di Parma smoked scamorza cheese, arugula, & white truffle extra virgin olive oil - $11.95): A solid sandwich, but it definitely lacked the "it" factor. *** A solid local cafe for anyone looking for a healthy Italian panini.

The food was delicious, and the drinks were unique. We ordered the citrus matcha and bumble espresso, both of which were light and refreshing. The caffeinated tonics also looked yummy. For food, we opted for the mango and chia syrniki, which was lightly sweet and had the consistency of pan-fried cottage cheese, and the Shakshuka. My only feedback is that the portions were a bit small, and we all wished the Shakshuka was served with more sourdough. Our friends got the strawberry & orange lemonade, matcha latte, Shakshuka, and the cheese & dill syrniki, which they also enjoyed. Overall, would recommend for a light meal and refreshing drinks.
