The food was excellent. The service was fast and inviting. The happy hour was from 11am to 6pm which we got a pint of Miller Lite drafts for $3.75 each. We got a yellow fin tuna sandwich (one blackened one pan seared) and each was perfectly cooked to medium. My son got a oyster po boy and it was massive. My daughter got the fried Mahi tacos and it was great! This entire bill was so much less than at other places. We will be back!

Mrs. Lunetin was delighted when she tasted the buttery goodness of the bacon hamburger.

I think if they reduce the salt the food would be much better. The service was excellent and the bar staff super. Just reduce the salt.

Inside is a very nice coastal vibe with slight Mexican themes and bad Bunny playing on the speakers The staff were all very friendly and were quick to take our order and accommodate for our 1.5 year old son. Food came out relatively quick which we were appreciative of. Only thing I'll mention is that the cooks tend to cook the steaks a little to the rare side so if you like your steaks cooked well be aware of that. All in all a pretty good Mexican spot that I was surprised to find.

I guess they were housemade, but needed some time in a pan or on the grill. Tasted raw and flour-y. Not good. Fillings were okay but nothing special - especially given the cost. $7 for a 4" taco. The yellow rice was gluey AND crunchy -- maybe the worst rice I've ever had! The decor was nice. Ambiance was passable. We were there at a slow time so the energy was pretty low. Service was just okay. Our waiter was new, maybe? He didn't seem very comfortable talking or familiar with the menu. Could've been a language issue or low hospitality IQ. Didn't offer us chips/salsa. I guess you have to order them but I didn't see it on the menu. We asked for no pickled onions on one of the tacos and that was missed. I've been to 100 better Mexican restaurants. We're locals and I guess this is a tourist trap to avoid.

Each dish was excellent -- fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The coconut cream pie was a standout dessert, and the seafood dishes were cooked perfectly. Atmosphere We sat at the back of the outside patio, which was pleasant in terms of seating and ambiance. However, the location had some drawbacks: The dumpster was directly behind us, and the smell carried into the dining area. Flies were present on the patio, and it seemed likely they were attracted by the dumpster rather than the breeze. 14 Global, the neighboring restaurant, had a cook who frequently exited the side door next to our table to smoke. The cigarette smoke drifted into our eating area, only 5-10 feet away. Overall Impression While the food was outstanding and the patio seating had potential, the environmental factors significantly detracted from the experience. The proximity to the dumpster and cigarette smoke made the meal less enjoyable. Recommendation I would not discourage anyone from visiting Patsy's -- the food is worth it. However, I would caution diners about the back patio seating, as the location near the dumpster and neighboring restaurant's smoking area can affect the overall dining experience.

For me the selection was kind of awkward. 1) they only had eggs Benedict to go with their breakfast selections of sausage, bacon , breakfast potatoes, and French toast. *** You need an omelette station or at least scrambled eggs. The egg had no flavor and the English muffins weren't toasted**** 2) the lunch selections were a mixed bag. The Mac & Cheese was a hit. They had a seafood rice dish that we thought was Jambalaya. But actually it was a tomato sauce based over a rice pilaf (kinda like Riceroni. 3) they had fresh seafood... shrimp cocktail, mussels, clams, and oysters. The shrimp were overcooked but still okay and the oysters were good but for some reason weren't shucked. So you had to scrape them of with the fork. The cost was $60 per person and my wife had a couple pear margaritas that were a whopping $14.00 each for a tumbler. So it was a nice day, a nice place, but it's just not worth the price tag. The other Easter brunch spots were booked solid. This place was about 1/2 full most of the time we were there between 11 and 1

The host is located outside on the deck, not inside, and we noticed a lot of people making that same mistake. We decided to sit at the bar instead since we saw two open seats, and honestly, it worked out great. The two female bartenders were fantastic--very attentive, friendly, and helpful. They answered all my questions when I was trying to decide what kind of martini I wanted. We also tried the burnt pork belly special, which was really good. I just wish there were a few more pieces that were actually "burnt" or crispy because that's what I was looking forward to. Still, I would definitely order it again! The food overall was amazing. They had TVs playing and a DJ, but it wasn't overly loud, so we could still comfortably talk and enjoy our meal. The atmosphere was fun and lively without being overwhelming. Everything was great, and we will definitely be back!

The portions can be staggeringly huge but the flavor is always able to match! We always order bigggg and this place has been a Family Vacation Institution to our annual Bethany Beach trips. But in case, you do stagger in- the two story restaurant does come equipped with an elevator to not only deliver you back to the front door, but the whole way to street level. Handicapped accessible, glutton appreciated. We ordered the brisket, pulled pork, carolina pulled pork, pulled chicken, smoked kielbasa, baby back ribs, collared greens, coleslaw, baked beans, mac and cheese, and yesssss... a full platter of cornbread with whipped honey butter! The staff is super accommodating. After placing my online order, I was able to call in and modify with no hesitation. They also have an order tracker, so you can know exactly when it's ready. We love Bethany Blues... and so does all of Bethany Beach!!
