As of January 2024, it is $13.99/lb. I've also been to the Carrollton location and it's $14.99/lb over there. The broth is absolutely flavorful and delicious! I get the medium spicy and it's the perfect level for me, it does numb your mouth a little bit. If you're looking for some extreme heat, than the large or super spicy will work better! The service is amazing and the staff is always coming up to check on me! I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a lowkey hot pot spot and like to eat alone! We don't live on this side of town but we happened to be here and hangry! Our family's eyes were bigger than our stomach! We put a LOT of things in our bowl, it didn't look like much but oh boy it was! Our tab was almost $100!! There were 3 of us. Don't get the fish ball, quail egg or the fried tofu. Something about it doesn't sit right with me, taste like the stuff you get at the store that's been cooked slightly and left there. Veggies, handmade noodles and the thin pork is the best combo with soup! I got the dry just to try and I will say that it is NOT AS GOOD AS THE SOUP. My friends have talked about this place every time I visit Dallas and I finally got a chance to go. It's kind of like a hotpot place, but you choose your ingredients and they cook it for you. There's an ingredient bar with all sorts of veggies, seafood, meats, and other goodies that you gather into a bowl. The food is weighed on a scale, you choose the spice level you want, and then they cook it for you. After I gathered all my fav things into my bowl, I gave them my bowl and took my number. When the food came out, it was a lot more than I expected haha. Everything was cooked very well and the broth they use is beef based and very rich. I ended up having leftovers that would make for a great second meal or two. All the food comes out piping hot so be careful when you eat. They will also ask you while weighing if you want anything to drink and how spicy would you like broth to be. They also have a clear broth for those who want no spicy at all. Also, classic tip is to bring home the soup and then doctor it up again at home for a second round. The soup is to die for. There's almost never any wait, although as it gets more and more popular and discovered I don't know how long that will last.
