We got 2 of the NecessiTeas, Taro and Thai, which tasted really good and the brown sugar boba added an extra sweet flavor. The only downside was that the boba was a little hard and not that chewy. We tried the frozen yogurt. One of them was mislabeled which is a huge problem if there are any allergens involved. The flavors were nice, nothing special. We tried them because Joghurt closed. Their yogurt was a lot more flavorful. It would be nice if they had at least one or two dairy-free options. All of them had milk. The interior is nice but the graphic design needs work. read more

The drink I ordered was called dulce de leche and it came with boba and cream foam with a cinnamon flavor. To be honest the only problem was the boba, everything else was fine. However the boba felt it was left out to harden. Wish the boba was either cooked longer to make it more chewier or kept in a food warmer container so that the boba won't go hard. I am very much of a boba person so if the boba is not to my liking I can't enjoy the drink. read more

I've come here a handful of times mostly before noon and each time, we are greeted warmly. The place is great, clean, love the decor, overall a good place to chill. They also have a highchair for your littles. You can do some work with your laptop too. They started serving snacks so that's a plus, however I feel like since they offer a wide variety (froyo, boba, coffee, and acai bowls) the drinks are mediocre at best. The boba are cooked well, good texture, my preference. However, if you're ordering a drink, just add that extra dollar and splurge on the "SpecialTeas" because the "Necessiteas" are bland. The froyo melts quicker that usual, and we stayed inside to eat so I doubt it was the weather. Tasted okay. The acai bowls were presented beautifully, but the taste was mediocre also. I love going to this place to study because the atmosphere is really nice and there are lots of outlets and desk space for my laptop. I come sometimes to get froyo, and other times just for the boba or refreshers because they're all good ^-^ They have a new froyo flavor, Cold Brew, that I love because I'm a slut for coffee and I get it with brownie pieces :). I go to the gym a few doors down and came here hoping to try some good boba. First of all, the worker I spoke to Alexia or whatever was extremely rude when I asked about the different drinks, almost like getting annoyed with me that I was asking questions about their drinks. Second, the boba was hard and tasted like they didn't cook it all the way or something. The drinks were very bland and the boba being hard was just the cherry on top. I don't even want to go back and ask them to remake my drinks because I have a feeling they're going to taste just the same and it's going to make me upset all over again. Thank you but no thank you. Came in and was welcomed by everyone! They just had their grand opening the previous week and decided to try out something new. The ambiance inside is very cool and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. They had a wide selection of things in their menu: teas, coffee, acai bowls, yogurt. I was in the mood for tea, and they were so kind to guide me through their menu and were very patient with me! Ordered the black velvet with 50% sugar and replaced the milk with oatmilk (love the diff. milk varieties!). The cup was very unique since you can open and close the top where you drink from it. I went into this shop with my friends today and they told one of them that if she didn't like her drink they would exchange it for another! I thought great! so maybe they'll do the same for me. Me and my friend ended up ordering the same exact thing and we both didn't like it. They didn't saying anything to her and just switched her drink but once i opened my mouth asking kindly if I can exchange my drink as well the owner came up to me asking rudely why I didn't like his best seller and what was wrong with it. I wouldn't have minded the questions at all if it was just out of kindness and trying to see what else would work for me. What got me was the attitude that came with the questions. I felt as if I was getting attacked for not enjoying their drink. Meanwhile they didn't ask my friend any questions. I believe you shouldn't run a business if you can't handle the fact that some people won't enjoy every single thing that's provided. Everyones taste buds are different and clearly they don't understand that. They're clearly running this business off of their egos. Plus the boba wasn't even cooked and is extremely hard to the point I can't even really chew it. I just was very disappointed and so disrespected. I was talked to as if I was a child and HAD to just like their drink. My first time experience here was awful and I won't be coming back if that's the experience they give their customers.
