Food is so good, price is awesome, but the service and wait time is ridic. We ordered two reg size teriyaki bowls, one large and a california roll and it took 30 mins! I've given this place a few tries. I'm not impressed! Food is decent, a bit over priced. It got kind of busy so it took quite some time to get my order. The cashier seemed uninterested, couldn't wait to get back top chatting with her friend. They spent more time playing around than working. The bathroom was messy, didn't feel very clean after using it. It seems like every time I come here, I get the same vibe, no one cares. I like for people to be friendlier, maybe actually smile. Those girls could care less it the customers were put off by their attitudes. I might try again, maybe a different day. I'm hoping it's less busy during the week. My new favorite place for lunch, full of great tasting vegetarian options!

I like the sushi rolls and I always buy the 8 piece but I just recently notice they had always served me only 6 pieces. I do not think this is fair because I pay $8.29 for an 8 piece roll ($1 a piece) so I want my 8 pieces. I complaint to the store but they said that I am getting the same amount of food is just that the chef cut the roll in less pieces. read more

The sushi is great. Everytime I go the staff is friendly and very helpful. Downside the price is a little high.

I absolutely love the food here BUT, the service my husband and I received was the worst thing we've ever experienced. 3 young kids at the cash registers, hanging around eating food and drinking while we waited on our food that we called in to go. They were not busy at all, a few people came in to pick up to go orders and got them. We were sitting at the table directly in front of the cash registers and continuously made eye contact with each employee. A family of 5 came in ordered and eventually got their food, that's when I'd had enough. I asked what was taking our 2 spicy tuna bowls and 1 California roll so long to come out ( it had been 1 hour by the way) one girl turned around and picked up our ticket, the only ticket on the empty counter, asked the cook if he'd made the food and said he never got the ticket. I went on to say that's ridiculous and I wanted a refund. I didn't get one apology from any employee, just my money back. My husband and I also drove 15 minutes just to get food from here. We were very disappointed to not even be offered a comped meal. From someone who's managed in the food industry it's the least you can do for an inconvenience. read more

Went for sushi and it was discolored and warm. If it wasn't caught before taking a bite I know I would have had food poisoning. The cashier was rude when I told her what the problem was with my food. Never coming again and I don't recommend this place to any one. read more

We love this Yogi's Grill location. We always get either of these items: Sushi, Teriyaki bowls, AZ bowl. In all the times were here, we get out always full and satisfied. Sushi may be on the affordable side but we're more than satisfied for what they offer. Love the Belly app and their old punch cards, easy to get free meal! Love the sushi and bowls, but it seems as if the customer service could use a lot of improvement. I believe the girl in the morning/ afternoon was named Tania and it seemed like she didn't know how to do her job. When I go out to eat some place I usually want a clean atmosphere. Several of the tables were not clean, when she took my order she seemed preoccupied with something else and whenever I looked over she was on her phone while their were trays and very dirty bathroom to check. I do not know what is up with management since they would allow their workers to continue such lazy work. I personally recommend if you are craving this food to drive the extra mile or just don't eat here until later on in the day. I just really hope they do something about that Tania girl. Worst experience there ever! I go there at least once a week on my lunch break and have never had to wait in line and get my food for more then 15 minutes. Today was the worse and I will never go back due to the horrible customer service. There was no line and I ordered my food, the lunch special. After 15 minutes of waiting it looked my food was ready and put on the ledge between the kitchen and the counter. 10 minutes later it was still sitting there and the cook actually had to put a lid on it to keep it warm. I told the cashier I would like my food please and she said hold on and continued to organize her receipts....after two people after me get their food I asked for my money back since I have now been waiting 25 minutes. The cashier was unapologetic even after I twice said I just really wanted my food which was still sitting right behind her. Instead she just gave me my money back. read more

I love the Yogis Grill franchise, however, this particular location is...how do I put this...in need of major improvements. The sushi rolls and teriyaki bowls are exceptional, but the customer service is ridiculous. If this place expects to attract loyal customers they might want to double check who they hire. I have been here on numerous occasions and each time I deal with new people, some of which are doing what they get paid for, others who look like they have somewhere better to be. The weekday morning cashiers cannot even smile at a customer or deliver a simple "How is your day?" Do not get me started about the dining room! When I am craving sushi, I would love to recommend this place to my friends, except I can't. I am embarrassed for the restaurant because of how bad the dining room can get around lunch time. I went there last Monday morning and the girl simply sat behind the counter doing absolutely nothing relevant to the job. She left the place looking terrible. If management has not done anything about her yet, when will they? This place could be so amazing, but it is irreparable until something is done about the customer service. read more

I love this place during lunch time. They're very friendly & my order comes out quickly. Food is always good. I've never been disappointed up until tonight. I ordered my usual, chicken teriyaki bowl with avocado. I sat down & waited for my order to be ready. After 10 mins, I noticed someone else's order was ready & the woman had just walked in to pick it up. I figured they had called in their order, which I usually do, but I was in no rush tonight. Finally after another 15 mins, they called my name. During lunch hours it's ready in about 5-10 mins. When I finally got home to eat, I noticed the chicken was a little burnt & there wasn't as much as they usually serve when I come in for lunch. I'm really disappointed tonight. Night crew needs to work on getting food out in a timely matter & cooking the food properly. It will always be my go to place for lunch, but for dinner I'll go elsewhere. read more

I have given this particular location multiple opportunities to make things right with me and my customer experience. I have reluctantly allowed myself to re-enter this store with the hopes that things would change for the better. with regards to their being truthful in given me what I ordered and paid for. Due to our lifestyle and eating habits, my family and I order the same menu items each time we go in. We order large brown rice with extra (double) chicken breast meat. We are charged $1.99+tax for each double meat order, which is pricey but we were willing to pay for the convenience. Each and every time, WE DO NOT RECEIVE OUR DOUBLE CHICKEN! We take our bowls back to find that the owner's mother was in the kitchen controlling what and how much the food preparer were to put into our bowls. I was told by one of the cashiers that the men in the back are told by the mother, "That's too much!", and tells the food preparer to take back the meat front the bowl. I have complained to the owner of this location but his response to me were very vague and has never offered to replace my meals. Each time we come back to give it "just another try", we can tell that the owner HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING with regards to his mother's nosiness in the kitchen. It it ridiculous that they take our money and we not get what we paid for! It is also ridiculous that the food quality and standard of this particular Yogi's location DOES NOT meet up to the standard of other Yogi's locations we've eaten in (16th St/Camelback in Phoenix & Mesa Fiesta in Mesa). The rice is always hard and dry. The chicken is consistently dry and flavorless. Overall, the customer service is not even rise to a level that is worth investing the drive and money in. The food quality is even below that of the likes of Taco Bell. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Go to the taco shop next door instead!!! read more
