This place has amazing toppings. My favorite toppings are the yogurt chips; I know this might sound a bit boring, but try the yogurt chips on top of plain tart yogurt. It taste so good because it adds a crunch element to the frozen yogurt. I also very much enjoy the soft serve ice cream, which is surprisingly good for a yogurt store! If I get the soft serve, I will add animal, crackers, Reeses pieces, and also chocolate chips. These different textural elements are awesome. One tip for the owners here: I would be here every day if they had real hot fudge! The chocolate sauce is good, but hot fudge would be a lot better. read more

We tried to use the discount available with my rewards at checkout. Usually my phone# works. Tonight they requested to see the coupon. I opened up the web. That wasn't ample, even though it clearly showed my discount. Then they asked for me to open the app. My password didn't work. I kept saying: I clearly have the reward, you need to honor it. The clerk said over and over "I can't do anything". Finally a cool guy named Alejandro jumped in and manually applied the discount. He could see that the rewards were legit. This was my first time at this Yogurtland location and I am really glad that I tried it out! The service here was very good - the worker was very friendly and helpful. If you haven't been to yogurtland, everything is self serve. There was also a decent amount of variety of different frozen yogurt flavors to choose from. The toppings are also self serve so you are able to put exactly how much you want. Since note, workers wear masks and it was VERY clean!! Will be coming back. read more

Once again I am late to the party... How many years late am I to trying Yogurtland? Yikes! Well, that finally ended late last Sunday. Haha... This Yogurtland located in a shopping plaza in Brea Along Imperial was in its last half hour of busines for the day. They close at midnight but the nice young lady behind the counter gave us little sample cups and was very pleasant. I went with cheesecake flavor yogurt on one side and and fresh strawberry on the other. I went lighweight crazy on the topping putting cheesecake bites, cookie dough, white chocolate chips and strawberry sauce. It was so good. I was pretty damn proud of my creation. I really like the creaminess of the both the cheesecake and fresh strawberry yogurt. It def hit the spot. The nice young Hispanic lady behind the counter was so sweet. She was very surprised to hear that it was my first time trying Yogurtland and even congratulated me as I left with my first order. Haha... She was super cool. Dining area was very clean. YOGURT: Not good. It's icy and not what the yogurt consistency used to be. This was the last visit I'll ever make to the Brea Yogurtland or any if they all serve terrible yogurt. The only flavor that was good was the honey roasted peanut butter bc it wasn't an icy consistency. STAFF: The girls who work here don't seem to listen and ask the same questions 50 times. CLEANLINESS/COVID-19 GUIDELINES: This is the MOST disappointing. The girls, especially SUE, were not careful about what they touch. They use the same gloves to handle dirty money and then touch the INSIDE of cups, lids, and top of spoon. What is the point of wearing gloves and being so inept that you don't understand that by doing this you're spreading germs? And why is their hair out of their hat hanging over the toppings? It's dirty at any time, but you're being this careless during Covid? Because of this I will never come here again. Also, there's no point of having that protective glass when all of it is dirty? My husband and I had dinner nearby and wanted to stop for some frozen yogurt on the way home. We walked into this Yogurtland and it smelled absolutely horrendous. It smelled worse than a public bathroom, my husband said it smelled like old dairy and a sewer. We immediately walked out because of how foul the smell was. We won't be returning to this location! Unprofessional and rude employee and bad service. The yogurts are not all firm and yogurt-like. They are not maintained at best quality and some of the toppings were on the counter and not cleaned up. The worst of it is that the lady working the cashier didn't look she wanted to work at all and handed the receipt as if I was bothering her. The funny thing is 90% of the time, other employees working then were all like that too. The only reason I come here is it's closer to my house. I am not visiting the store again. The location is near the house, and my kids love being able to add toppings and think that is why she loves it so much. My son doesn't like putting any toppings on his but loves picking away at his sister's toppings, luckily my daughter doesn't mind too much. The customer service here in horrendous. They were making fun of my friend and just kept joking behind their back. They have no respect for customers and I'm completely surprised that the owners would hire such rude employees to work at this establishment. Also found a bug in the yogurt and when I mentioned it to the employee, they were completely rude with their response. Came on Saturday night at 10 and the place is packed. Look at the pictures. They close at 11, which is great. But they were out of over 4 toppings. One customer asked for peanut butter and one of the two male workers told him they have it but it would take about 10 minutes for him to get it. If it's empty, why wouldn't you fill it? There were at least 10 people in the store at all times. That's great business, so why would you train your employees to stop filling toppings? Then one of the guys put 3 other toppings away. It's still an hour before closing. While eating outside we saw the two guys huddled kneeling on the floor. At first it looked like they were kneeling to pray but then we realized they were watching videos on a cellphone. Then they were bro hugging and yapping about all sorts of stuff. I am all about having a good time at work but no business owner wants to pay people to cost them money. Since the prices are based on weight and several of them are empty you are costing the business sales. Especially when you could easily get them from the back. Also it's important to think about the things you chat about while at work. Granted they are teens so maybe an owner or manager needs to review some video footage and provide training. This Yogurtland is in a dead shopping center, so it's pretty easy to miss. Although it is in a bad location, it is one of the better locations overall in my experience. It's pretty darn big inside and it's surprisingly very clean. Staff is very friendly as well. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program. Even if you don't go as often, you'll be able to stack up points and earn free ounces over time. read more

It really felt they were bothered to do their job as they had us the gloves and explained the covid protocols to us. This Yogurtland is in the same plaza as David's Bridal and a 99 cent store, behind a Chevron. You might not see it if you're heading east from Imperial Hwy. It's even harder to spot at night because their sign is not lit up. Plenty of parking is available in their private lot. There is a public restroom and outdoor seating. If you sign up for their yogurt rewards, you can get free 6 ounces of yogurt on your first visit (It used to be 3 ounces, so take advantage of this offer now!). You have to download the app to get cardless registration, but it's really easy. I love their yogurt and love how you pay by the ounce. (38 cents per ounce) They have always been my go-to frozen yogurt store. The frozen-ness just depends on the store and time that you go. I've been to some locations where the yogurt is drippy and others are just fine. I love that they also rotate toppings. They have gummy life savers now!! Love Yogurtland - and this location is no exception! The staff is nice and very generous with sample cups! The variety of flavors is really solid and changes based on the season or Yogurtland's current "themes". One gripe about this location is the fact that it's a biiiit ghetto, since it has ugly surroundings, like David's Bridal. Also, why do they use weird RAINBOW colored mochi?! Most Yogurtland's I've been to serve white mochi!!! Just seems kinda artificial and unauthentic to me. Otherwise, this place is great! Love how it's open late!!! Yogurtland Brea Tip: if you want rewards on your rewards app, don't even think about paying when asked. Hand Joeseph your rewards card first, otherwise he refuses to scan. Not only did he not ask or hesitate, but I told him I have a rewards card before he even handed back my credit card but he said too late. I asked to cancel the transaction and he also refused. He said go on the web site to get credit but said he did not know how. I went to the rewards app but did not figure it out. I guess I will try using Yelp. read more

Finally got my Hello Kitty spoon & Hollywood themed cup! I was so excited I forgot to check out the cute Sanrio merchandise for sale! This place is one of my favorite summertime treats. Pistachio is my all time favorite, but discovered a new flavor called almond midnight mocha. It's dark chocolate with almond & coffee. It's so yummy! I also had cookies & cream along with pecans & pralines. Those were okay. For toppings I got fruit, nuts, mochi, & strawberry boba. The boba was weird. I'm so addicted to Yogurtland. I'm loving the two new flavors, Devil's Food Cake Batter and the Guava Tart. I didn't like the new Honeycomb though. All my favorite toppings including gummi butterflies (instead of bears) and chocolate covered sunflower seeds. Sounds weird but they're so good. I deducted one star because they didn't have pistachio or taro, which are my husband's two favorites. He won't take me here unless they have his flavors too. I always ask for a sample cup to try out the new flavor and if like this time when I tried the banana fosters it has a weird after taste I revert back to and old stand by like coffee or Carmel and pralines. Honda things to top on your yogurt. I like Guile the best. Then you pay and you find yourself looking around the bus like Forrest Gump. Seats takin'. But alas! There is an outside patio and you can enjoy the refreshing yogurt in nature. And by nature I mean on the side of busy Imperial Highway. And by nature, I mean glaring summer heat stroking down your back to give you that weird neck tan no one likes except your mom. But she's not too fond of it either. I love this place almost as much as I love America's Cup in Costa Mesa. Their yogurt is great, the store is clean, the staff is nice. My only gripe is they don't have snowcaps. They have sprinkles and chocolate chips which if you combine them kinda gives you the snowcap taste and feel,,,but it's just not the same, Also the hot fudge is not good. I can't believe I haven't reviewed Yogurtland! This is my favorite location by far. It's clean and the flavors are always stocked. There is usually a line here but the staff is friendly and they keep it moving! The variety of flavors is overwhelming and there isn't a topping they don't have. This place is perfect because it's self serve, you get to decide how much you want and how much you're willing to pay. The patio area is spacious which is why I'm guessing so many people choose to eat here instead of to go. Make sure you sign up for the rewards card because they offer great deals and keep you updated with flavor news through email. In a sentence... this is the best Yogurtland in the area! They have great selection of different sweet and sour flavors, including green tea and mango .
