It sucks not being able to add your own toppings but the staff is great at helping you get what you want. I prefer yogurtland tart to other spots but their computer system often creates for long checkout time as it freezes or crashes. That said this is a convenient location I will return to. read more

I received a coupon in the mail and had never been to this location before so I figured I would try it out. I was pleasantly surprised and now I wonder why I had never been before as it is pretty close to my house. They have a huge selection of different yogurts and every single one is delicious. The store was clean, parking was easy, & the yogurt was good, BUT, I was not impressed with their price increase for a fundraiser. We were there for a school fundraiser & upon paying, the cashier weighed our yogurts & quoted us one price. When my son showed her the fundraising flier (as we were told to do that so the school gets 20% of the total purchase), she pressed something on the register to reflect it, & the total increased. I asked her why that happened, as I have never heard of totals increasing with a fundraiser unless it's one of those where you opt to round your total up to the next dollar, which was not the case here. She couldn't give me an answer. I have never heard of that & something seems a little scam-ish about it to me. It was nasty and not the places fault but the parents. But still the workers should be able to tell the parents to watch their kids and not let them run around. This is my go to location and I always love going here. The service is always great and the yogurt tastes wonderful. Today was different unfortunately. I go to fill up my cup with yogurt and then get to the counter for the employee to do my toppings she just stares at me and says nothing. I expected her to at least say hello or ask what I wanted, but she literally just stared at me like I was the most annoying person on the planet. I was kind of shocked so I just say, "Hi! How are you?" And she literally doesn't say anything for a few seconds but bucks her eyes at me and says "What do you want". At this point I'm in disbelief at how rude this girl is. What a pleasant experience. I was taken by surprise at how much Christmas spirit the server, Wendy Garcia who took my order had. The Christmas hat she was wearing brought a nice feeling of Christmas that not many other stores have which was nice. Her attitude was great from the very start from the minute she greeted me when I walked in. She was extremely patient and considerate considering the amount of people present. All was well with my yogurt and was made exactly the way I wanted it to be. Been going down hill lately. Has been super dirty last couple times I've been there with melted yogurt on floor and all over machines. Employees are friendly but whoever picks flavors needs to for everyone. I've not gone there just because of bad flavor choices. 18 chocolate based and one sorbet/fruit flavored is not a great ratio. I came right after work on a Friday evening and was excited to try the yogurt in this location. But I wasn't treated the way I expected to be. The staff was very rude and just eager to leave. I work in a restaurant myself and try to be polite, and know the feeling of "rude customers". I for one was not one of them, they were the rude servers. This women just said "What happened " rudely at me because I was a bit lost and there were people passing by. Then I just heard the other lady say to come over to the end. The other lady then ran to the back and I could hear then laughing at her encounter with me. My family and I come here quite frequently since it's close to our home. And usually we are pretty happy with our visits. But in the last 2 months or so this location has been consistently disappointing. The biggest disappointment are the flavors. Why have 7 out of 10 of the flavors chocolate!! Not everyone likes chocolate. Also this location is always out of a lot of the toppings. The kids working there are no help with either of these matters.
