We came in after shopping and it was a lovely treat! We tried the new espresso float flavor. It was fun. The fruit selection is amazing: strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, mango, and lychee. Yelp challenge 2016 Its a build it yourself yogert bar sold by the ounce. Which adds up quickly. A small yogert was over $6.50. Kind of pricey in my book for such a small amount. I thought I was going light. So I'm not impressed in the design of the topping bar. Items are hard to find, not grouped together and labeled in a funky way. I'm all about grouping, seriating, classifying stuff like that. I'm not OCD or anything, I just like order. Things need to make sense. To me, it would make sense for all the candy to be together. Especially the chocolates. But they are not. There is candy here, candy there, not in any particular order. I was looking for Heath bar, couldn't find any so I added Reese's. Saw the Heath bar at the end. Such a weird spot for it too. Ended up mixing the two. Spent a minute looking for peanuts. Couldn't find them anywhere. Peanuts are in little shakers at the end. Be cool to be able to scoop my own nuts. I get it, maybe its the whole peanut allergy scare and they want to ease those with allergy's and eliminate cross contamination. I don't know. Even the flavors of ice cream are all mixed about. Vanilla here, then Madagascar vanilla down there. Okay I am OCD. This place did not help. So, before started look at everything!!! Every flavor, topping, ect and visualize your yougert map in your head. This place is jammed packed so once you start moving the person next to you starts moving, then your stuck if you forgot something. Its back in line for you. Service was friendly. Cashier really pushed that card to get free ounces. Wish they had a simple punch card. They offer strawberry infused free water. When I arrived the tank was full of air and fuzzy strawberries. This has become our favorite place to go! And I swear Everytime we are there there's a line. Tonight in particular there were 18 people ahead of us. The 2 girls working were QUICK, & EFFICIENT. I feel bad.. I don't know the one girls name Everytime we've gone she's been the one to help us. But she has black curly hair. She is the most kindest, sweetest worker I've seen. When it's crazy busy she still is super upbeat and cheerful. My daughter who is 6 likes to place her own order she can be very quite and shy ( she is patient with her ) overall I hope she gets some recognition on how great she is. I just visited this location today 8/9/2021 @ 6:14 pm and was helped by the rudest employee I have ever come across. This is the second time I visit and have been helped by the same employee. (She's a short, natural red head but recently dyed it dark) The first time I visited I was Getting ready to pay and asked her if I had any rewards she responded but I couldn't hear her very well because we both had masks on and because of the plastic divider. When I asked her again, she said I didn't in a rude way. The second time I visited when I was getting ready to pay again I had asked her if I had any rewards and again I couldn't hear her so when I asked her again she said "I already told you that you didnt". She said this a very rude and condescending way. I called her out on responding in such a rude way. Her response, "you asked me a question, and I answered" I let her know that the way she answered is not how you talk to paying customers when I asked to speak to her manager, she responded with " I don't care if you complain. you can call corporate. I don't care" . When I asked for her name, she said it was "erica" but on my receipt it said "dominque" So maybe she gave me a fake name? Who talks like this to see paying customers? The owner of this location needs to talk to his staff because it is bad for business. read more

I have never been to yogurtland, but my granddaughter wanted to go. I get that it is self serve, but neither of us knew how to work the dispensers, so we tried some based on the picture above them. Then put a few toppings on, and a cherry on top. All the while, I'm looking for a price. No sign. Nothing. No "menu" for sizes, nothing. As we get close to the cashier, I see a scale. Yesterday 5/11/21 around 3:30pm, my fiancé and I went to get yogurt and had the most uncomfortable experience. Right when we walked in the boy taking our order for yogurt options was extremely rude. To the point my fiancé told him "You must really like your job". He then went on to tell us , "..how it's hard for him to be nice to people when he isn't getting paid on time and has bills to pay." This was shocking to us because we were just paying customers not needing to be talked to about this. Then as we approach the toppings the girl helping us continued to speak over the both of us as we were trying to make a decision on toppings saying "ANYTHING ELS?!!" Repeatedly. I was very appalled with these employees, I understand with covid it's hard to hire quality employees but a message to corporate these employees do not deserve a job at your establishment. I will be writing in to corporate about this experience also. I would not recommend going here unless you want to feel like your going to get beat up at the door and yelled at on your way out. One day my wife came instead of me and she asked them what I liked and they nailed it perfectly even the toppings. Need to hire people who understand math. Since it's not self serve right now you tell an employee what you want. I ordered the pineapple, fill the cup 1/3. What I got was 3/4 full, guess I could have had him remove some or start over but I am aware that profit margins are probably thin right now. It's a warm evening, over half melted. Due to the Covid 19 it isn't self service any longer. It has been modified in which the Yogurtland staff prepares the yogurt for you. They ask what size cup, how full you want it and the extras that you want. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and they change their gloves for every new customer. This place can get crowded and parking can be kind of a nightmare, but all in all, this location has the same variety in flavors and toppings as the other Yogurtland locations. This one just happens to be located in a huge shopping center with other restaurants and stores, so parking can get bad, especially around the holiday time, lunch time, and the weekend. With that, it can get kind of busy in the store. Despite the craziness of the holidays, I really appreciated how clean everything was. The toppings were nice and neat. There was nothing spilling out, no random topping spoons thrown about, and no messes, unlike some of the other nearby yogurtland locations. They also had a big variety of chocolate, fruit, and other flavors, including some no sugar added flavors as well. I usually like to stick to Taro and/or fruit flavored frozen yogurt; however, they have a salted caramel flavor and a peanut butter flavor that I also really enjoy. Their cookies and cream frozen yogurt is also really good. Just make sure to get some oreos from the topping bar to mix into it. Those popping boba balls are also pretty cool for giving your yogurt some texture. This yogurtland also has ghiradelli chocolate syrups for you to drizzle on top of your yogurt along with some fruit flavored syrups as well, which I hadn't seen before. read more

So glad that Yogurtland in Cypress *finally* opened. A few random things I like about this location is: 1) that the door handle is the shape and color of the classic Yogurtland spoon, and 2) how close and convenient this new location is to get yogurt on a whim. Yesterday I got the plain yogurt with a few fresh fruits, and while it was good I tasted a hint of coconut which was weird. I'm looking forward to trying my go-to flavor, the matcha green tea, here. This location just opened a week ago. It's across the street from the Target on Katella. If you're on Katella going West or on Knott going South...you'll probably miss it. The location is pretty crappy. They are open until 10, but everything around it closes at 8, if not earlier. The parking lot is pretty dark. When we first walked in, there was one employee. She was busy ringing ppl up and running around cleaning and such. Had to ask for a sample cup when it's usually offered as you walk in. She was nice and friendly enough. The store needs to add another trash can by the door, the only one they have is by the yogurt dispensers and it gets pretty crowded when ppl are trying to throw their trash away-on their way out, while others are getting their yogurt-on their way in and with tables on the other side...think-"The Orange Crush Interchange. Where the 5, 57, & 22 fwys meet". To whoever thought one trash can would work...it doesn't. read more
