My chocolate croissant was warmed but not warm....and I think I'm going to continue making my coffee at home with my instant stuff. The coffee always tastes 3 days old when I get one from here. And .80$ for 1 pump of vanilla? Yeah...fuck this company with the low quality coffee and outrageously expensive food that come frozen and tossed in an oven to heat. $5 for a tiny croissant with a line of chocolate frosting in it. Katella bakery has them freshly made for $2....never frozen. I ordered this morning because I was out of coffee and felt fancy. Next time I'll go to 7/11 for coffee when I'm in a pinch.they don't charge a dollar for a pump of vanilla flavored sugar. read more

This is the only Starbucks location near by that makes their drinks consistently every time - and they're always made correct and taste great! They are also super quick to get orders out. I bought my daughter a strawberry acai refresher & the last 2 cake pops they had stocked. My daughter liked her drink & the cake pops. This Starbucks isn't in a good location & the small parking lot doesn't help it either. I don't think they can compete with Target's Starbucks across the street. I was looking for a place to call my favorite Starbucks in this area. It turned out to be this one. when they re-opened in July? august?, I was able to order from there via uber eats and they would always place little inspirational notes, which I have yet to see any other Starbucks do. They even went through great lengths to ensure the bags weren't tampered with. I began to visit them a month ago and they have arrows directing the public to prevent any crowding, along with 6ft social distance markers. The baristas are friendly and always make sure the order is all set. When I got a 400 star reward, they didn't have the cup that I had initially ordered but they directed me to their cup selection which was big and I walked away with another cup that I wanted. They even had post it notes, markers and hand sanitizer so customers can safely write three things to love about fall. This is the only Starbucks I have seen so far that tries to go above to make the customers happy in uncertain times and hence this is my favorite Starbucks. read more

Yelp Challenge 2015 323/365 One of the busiest Starbucks in the area. There is a good chance there will always be a loooong line here. Luckily it goes quickly. It is the only SBux in the immediate area which is why it is so busy. Parking in the lot sucks bug time. Park far away and walk. Located in the corner in a small plaza next to Target. This is one of the smaller Sbux offering a few indoor and outdoor access with complimentary WIFI. I actually took advantage of the WIFI while sitting in my car. My favorites are the Hot Choccy with whip for the hubsters with about 4 packs of sugar. For me its a tall dark roast or 4 shots over ice. Tons if merchandise here. Lots of sale items after holidays marked down by 40%. If using a gold card, free refills on hot or iced coffee. That alone is a win win. read more

This is my usual location for Starbucks. I stopped in 2 weeks ago just to buy a gift card at the counter inside for a friend's birthday. When my friend tried to use the gift card the balance was already at 0$. I have the paper receipt of purchase and the charges still show on my card. Not sure how or why this would happen at the counter inside but do better. As for others, I recommend not to attempt in buying gift cards here. read more

I ordered a customized drink via mobile order and when I came to pick up, my cup was only filled about 3/4 of the way up with my coffee and there was so much ice. I hardly got any coffee. I also got a cup of water and how funny it was that it didn't have nearly as much ice as my coffee. As it is, the drinks are expensive and it makes absolutely no sense for the baristas to be acting stingy with as much money as Starbucks makes. They act like like it's coming from their own pocket. We just got home from this location, I ordered a blond flat white and for some reason they gave me a white chocolate mocha which they then remade for me. When I picked up my order I confirmed with the barista 3 times that it was a BLOND flat white since the regular one is alot more acidic and I don't feel like having heart burn all day, well guess what it's a regular flat white. Here's an update review for this Starbucks location. Since my last review, I have returned to this location several times and their services have greatly improved. The location is well-managed, clean and very well-lit. Parking can be a challenge if you visit during lunch hours because it is being shared with other restaurants in the same plaza. This Starbucks is rather open inside. 1 long table a few small tables and 2 comfy chairs. The staff is the normal Starbucks friendly and I got my drink fairly quick. They also have a comfy outside seating for those lovely sunny Irvine days. This is the standard SB, but it has more room than most and the staff is friendlier than others. read more

I've been to soooo many several places, and staff are usually pretty friendly....even if they're not in the best of moods, staff still try to help. I ordered honey green tea. I know honey is a usual problem so I said its okay to just make it hot then put ice on it. They couldn't do it. Then I said what about just hot water with honey then add it to the green tea. Said no. Then I said, fine what about just hot green tea with honey. They said fine. but forgot my honey. So I asked for the packets myself. I know some places don't put the honey in for you, which is fine. But man was that such a difficult process to just GET A DRINK! Couldn't they have suggested a solution then just kept putting me down with my ideas to help them? #YelpVenting P.S.
