I love this Yogurtland location, I go here every time I'm craving froyo. AND NOW THEY SERVE SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM! I love that Yogurtland is finally serving ice cream, I find that frozen yogurt isn't as creamy as ice cream. The service here is always good, and I always use my rewards card to get points. Sometimes I get free ounces, which is nice. I hope they don't discontinue the soft serve ice cream and introduce more flavors soon. read more

Worst Yogurtland ever. EVER. I can't tell you how many times we would come here and they're either out of plain yogurt, or their plain yogurt machine supposedly has a "malfunction". One of my friend's family owns a YL in Orange County and they told me their excuses were bull****. After many trips of the same excuses, we honestly believe the workers were just lazy as hell. We've had it with this place and we don't think they deserve any stars at all. Thank God, there's a Pink Berry and other rival yogurt places nearby. We'd rather take our business elsewhere. One of the lame ridiculous excuses by one of the female workers (my husband said she was possibly the manager or person in charge that night) was "It's out of order because the machine was too cold." Mind you, we even called before arriving to make sure they had what we wanted which is what makes it even worse. They assured us they did and the machine barely made enough. We left with a lot less than what we wanted. I ended up with nothing since I'd rather have my son have the little bit that we got. SO STUPID AND ANNOYING. We're avid YL goers and we've never heard this one before and my friends can attest to that. I can understand if sh*t happens once in awhile, but not almost every single time we've come here. We wasted time, gas, and mileage just to drive there and leave irritated. NOT OKAY. Everyone urged us to just open up our own YL in the area. I love going here the customer service is amazing and never have problems but the AC wasn't working and it was extremely hot inside and outside and a lot of the toppings where melted. My husband and I couldn't get specific toppings we like. But not only that, working durning a pandemic is already stressful for employees at least the owner can keep the AC working for them. Love coming to this Yogurtland location! Great service and very friendly. Place is always clean. Employees are very fast in cleaning up any mess a customer might make. You are always greeted and asked if you want a sample cup. Always have a great selection of frozen yogurt and toppings! There is always fresh water. Sitting is great! They don't have many seats in the inside but have plenty outside. The outside has plenty of tables and chairs. Great music to listen to while enjoying your foyo. This was my first time to Yogurtland. My parent's neighbor raves about this place and he is a regular, so we said why not. Yogurtland is located a in shopping center, so parking was not an issue. The atmosphere was nice and clean. The frozen yogurt flavors were limited compared to other establishments, but it wasn't a big deal. They had a wide variety of toppings and the staff was professional. We also received 10% off, not sure why but I wasn't going to say anything. Took my fiancé here for his first time having frozen yogurt (crazy am I right?). The frozen yogurt was good, not many fun flavors to choose from however. People here were pushing and shoving their way around us and our 3 month old so it was incredibly uncomfortable which I wasn't really caring about until I got to the cashier who had a very lack luster personality, wasn't offering to be helpful while he saw our hands full by popping the to go lids on and at least giving us a bag to lug the ice cream out in. I love YOGURTLAND concept! It is our go to place for desert and we come here about once a week!! We used to go to the chino hills one before this location opened. The rating is for this particular location. What we - variety of flavors and toppings - you can get as little or much as you want - inexpensive compares to other ice cream/yogurt places - friendly customer service even though they don't seem as genuine as Chino Hills location - recently added rewards for yogurt fanatics What we don't so much - since the owner is not around it seems like the employees are free to do whatever they please... We saw employees packing their own yogurt to go while we were trying to fill up our cups...it didn't look good from a customer perspective... Just saying!! - every visit we see at least a broken machine, dirty areas near the machine (yogurt drippings), or dirty and mixed up toppings... While comparing to chino hills locations is almost always spotless. I kind of close one eye and move down the line every time we are here. read more

Because of his sincere apology and the fact that this was my first bad experience at Yogurtland, I'm happily changing my two stars to four. Thank you Gaurav! I used to really like this place (see original review). I decided to go there today for a first time in a while because I received a coupon for 16 oz of yogurt for my birthday. I come in today and get my usual. As I go to weigh, the girl tells me "Oh, just to let you know for next time you can fill up the 16 oz as much as you want." Me- "Oh, I didn't know that!" Girl- "Do you want to fill it up more?" *I fill it up a lot more. When I come back to the register again, she says "That'll be $3.09". I told her that I was confused because she told me it's unlimited for my birthday. She went to ask her manager and said "Sorry, it's only 16 ounces." I get annoyed and tell her that I never would've gotten more if it wasn't free. I contemplated asking for a manager, but paid and left. Once I got home, I decided to call the store and talk to a manager. This managers name is Emily. I explained the situation to her and she said with an attitude "Well, I'm not sure what I can do about that." *silence* "I mean, I can MAYBE give you, like a 3 oz off coupon." Me- "An apology would've been nice. It seems like you're indifferent." *silence* Me- "But it's fine" *hangs up* Are you kidding me?? This was horrible customer service!! I work in customer service (not even as a manager) and I've never treated a customer like I don't care. Even if she has said "I'm sorry about the miscommunication, I'll talk to my team about it", I would've been FINE. That's acceptable. How Emily handled the situation was unacceptable and unprofessional. It's supposed to be fun and carefree to get free things for your birthday. The management of this establishment really needs to get their act together. 1. The map on the coupon they sent out is WRONG. I live within 5 minutes of this yogurtland, but assumed it must have been a different one because the map showed it being east of the 15 freeway instead of being west of the 15 freeway. I ended up driving an extra 30 minutes over to Van Buren blvd not finding another yogurtland. 2. When I informed the employee of this issue, she told me that she hadn't even been informed that coupons were sent out. The poor employees must have been completely bombarded without any previous notice and/or preparations made. 3. After informing the employee of the issue, they should have been empowered enough to provide me with some kind of compensation for the difficulty that their map had caused (i.e. - give us our yogurt for free or something). However, the employee did not have the training to provide this kind of compensation to customers when an issue arises. I have no problems with the decoration/ambiance and the employees themselves; they were all cheerful and hardworking. However, I think management needs to do a better job of informing their staff of upcoming events and coupons, and also of training their staff on how to take care of customer dissatisfaction. Also, for promotions -- the point of a promotion is to bring in customers to your establishment. One of the most important factors in doing so is making sure that you provide clear, specific directions of how to get to your business. I'm not sure why I keep going back to Yogurtland. From CA to NC... I'm always disappointed. While the yogurt is fine, it's just that there are so many better places. The actual yogurt flavors taste so artificial. The toppings while okay, could be better. I've been checking yelp for reviews on how businesses are handling covid so I'm hoping this review will be helpful to everyone. This yogurtland has always had some really weird rules like no bills over 20. This is one of the most inconsistent yogurtland i've been to because they're always switching things up and you never know what to expect. I've gone 3 times since post-covid and the inside of the store was hot and dirty all 3 times. the first time we were asked to stay 6 ft apart and were given 1 glove and 1 cup each, toppings were served by a worker and there were 2 of them. Second time was the same except we got 2 gloves, but service seems a lot slower even though there were only 2 parties ahead of us, it took about 15 minutes from beginning to end, store was hot and the yogurt was pretty melted by the time we were done paying. Third time was the worst because they've gone mad and now decided to limit the store to one party at a time and everyone had to wait OUTSIDE of the store. I'm a little shocked because the air quality is unhealthy due to the fires and the store is completely empty so why force customers to wait outside? If you know this yogurtland, the outside has seatings and not a lot of space so there were no designated spaces for customers to wait. People were just standing in line next to each other without social distancing and they were extremely close to the people sitting at the tables because there's just no way to avoid each other. On top of this there was only 1 worker... she served the toppings, worked at the cash register, and touched the door handle repeatedly to let the next customer know when they can enter... I decided to just forget it after seeing the whole process because it doesnt seem very well thought out or sanitary, there seems to be a lot of contamination going on. I love yogurtland for the flavors that they offer at this location, but the lack of cleanliness and consistency makes an unpleasant experience everytime. read more
