I came here on a sunny day and was grateful for a cold great. Yogurtland has a bright and cheery interior with plenty of places to sit. I mixed multiple flavors together, creamy vanilla, French vanilla and limited edition flavor of Thai tea with waffle cone topping. Unfortunately they were out of the New York cheesecake. I would like to see more unique flavors like the Thai tea. The mixture was delicious and refreshing on a sunny day. Great. Plenty of flavors and all were great. They have taste sample cups up front if you want to try flavors first. Toppings were plentiful as well but the spoon to serve the toppings was lame. I really enjoy the frozen yogurt at this store and have come several times. As someone with a food allergy (peanuts) I have noticed the topping area very messy and all mixed together more times than not. When this happens I avoid any toppings all together to avoid cross contamination. Separating toppings with consideration to allergies and keeping the area clean would ensure guests with food allergies feel comfortable in the store. read more

Great froyo. Love coming here and there's always a flavor for everyone! My favorite is the cookies and cream woth cheesecake toppings. The strawberries and cream is fantastic and they always have some new seasonal flavors to try. I also like that they are continuing some clean procedures like using gloves. read more

This is is always clean , and the workers very friendly, my kids love yogurtland on waterside.

No baby changing table in the bathroom. The bathroom which they keep locked. Workers were too busy cleaning in the back to provide any resemblance of good service to us or the 3 other people present. read more

Tables outside to sit out were covered with litter. We spent $25 for 4 yogurts which one of them our child did not like. He went inside to ask if he could get another one, but was told he had to pay since he was getting a new one. Also, by the way the restroom is out of order. Yummy frozen yogurt and the girl behind the counter was very nice. The place is pretty spacious. The only negative was that the floors were a little sticky the day we came, but that won't keep me from coming back. Great place! read more

You need more creamy, like ice cream vegan friendly flavors. ALot of ice cream lovers can't or don't do dairy.

This was my first experience at Yogurtland. I was very impressed. From the modern decor to the complimentary, fruit infused water, and of course the wide range of flavors with toppings galore! I really enjoyed the Espresso flavor, but next time I will try the pistachio. My son loved the Strawberries and Cream flavor. Can't wait to go back! read more

Really clean Yogurtland but tonight I walked in a good 30 minutes before 9. A female employee in a black shirt started putting chairs up and shutting things down. At 8:50 with 10 minutes until 9, all the chairs are up and the yogurt machines are being cleaned. I don't know if this is protocol, she said it was, but it just isn't good customer service. It makes me and the people who are with me feel unwelcome. 8 people have come in and they have no place to sit and are being rushed to pay. Customer service definitely needs to be worked on. Update: It's now 8:58 and a family came in and she said "If you can get in and get out in two minutes then come in". They left. I worked at a fro yo place so I understand that there are pre closing duties but you gotta realize that you're gonna lose customers if you aren't friendly. read more

I saw that they had pistachio almond flavor so I called up my family and we came to the new location since I seen it today on my way home. The pistachio almond flavor was really good! The toppings are fully stocked, but the customer service is non existent. We weren't greeted when we had walked in or told where the sample cups were, but I've been to the Montgomery location a few times before so I knew where they were. I didn't like how you had to tip before you pay with the girl staring. I didn't want to tip at all she didn't even do anything that was out of this world customer service. And there was little water and not flavored with the fruit like they have at Montgomery. This was my first and last time here it's the same distance from where I live to the other one. read more

So disappointed. We came here excited we have something close. Service is soooo bad. There are no napkins. No service water. not coming back. Bathroom is locked. Floors are dirty. They saw us going back to our car to get some napkins, they didn't even say anything. read more

you're in a way obligated to leave a tip , even after you yourself arrange your own yogurt . When you pay with card at the end they use a different type of payment method where the first questions is to tip and buttons for percentages . It's very awkward . You cannot go past that screen without selecting a percentage or selecting no tip in-front of the register and cashier . Super awkward . read more
