Located in Woodbridge Village Center in Irvine, California, this is your typical frozen yogurt stop. We came in after eating pizza at the pizza shop directly behind the yogurt shop, for some dessert on our walk back home. My sister was unable to enter the shop because of the strong, cleaning/chemical solution smell that hit us at the front door. I'm not as sensitive as my sister, but it also affects me. I figured I'd go in and out quickly and hope that I didn't get a migraine. I thought the Golden Girls flavors were cute (huge Golden Girls fan here). I decided not to try them. They seemed more like fall flavors. I served myself a mixture of the several flavors they had on tap, added some yogurt chips, and placed the yogurt cup on the scale for payment by weight. Ordered catering from this location for a team meeting. I ordered the 25-cup package which ended up being a little over $100. We ordered strawberry, vanilla, mango tart, and chocolate yogurt with cheesecake bites, brownie bites, popping boba, mochi, and cap'n crunch cereal. At first, I was a bit skeptical about the yogurt portions I was going to receive as the pricing seemed too good to be true, however when the delivery arrived, I was surprised and impressed by the portion size. I was also a bit worried that the yogurt was going to arrive melted and liquid-y but that was not the case, all cups were frozen and still in their original swirl shape! I appreciated the careful packaging, clear labeling, and insulated bag the order came in. The team also made sure to give us extra spoons for our topping bar. Highly recommend! Always a good time at Yogurtland. This location is big and usually fairly clean. If you come at a busy time it can be overrun with kids but this time it was pretty empty. Location is great and staff are great, but if you're trying to get in and out quickly, you won't . Due to being in the area with a playground most of the time it's over run with kids and parents running in between you and holding up the line to pay. No awareness of anyone else around them. This is decent frozen yogurt, but the lack of additional stars has to do with the pricing and increases. While I understand that we have been in an inflationary environment, the owner here seems to be trying to take advantage and gouge with multiple increases in the price per ounce. This yogurt is now essentially double the price it was just a couple years ago. A relatively small portion cost over $7. A large portion with toppings can sometimes run close to $20. It seems like the owner is raising prices every few months. I am never going back now because of the pricing and that is too bad because I enjoyed walking over there from my house and getting yogurt. Instead, I'll drive to Golden spoon where I can get a good froyo for about half the price. And at the golden spoon, they actually have an employee who is serving the yogurt to you. read more

We just ordered the 50 cup catering from this location and the entire process was so easy and delicious! We've done catering once before from a different location and this was a much better experience. First off, their pricing was amazing especially with free delivery. There was one flavor they didn't have so they called the day before and were able to swap for another one. The delivery arrived at the time I requested and everything was still very cold and not melted. And they give a generous amount of toppings compared to another location and lots of spoons and napkins. The driver was also super nice. Brought my 2 year old with her two cousins and besides the fact that Joseph is on his phone and cant be bothered. He lied to my fiancé when we asked if they had stickers for the girls. For example, I discovered the citrus sorbet, which I hadn't tried before, was excellent. It tasted like actual tangerines and oranges instead of the powdered orange mix or orange soda. There were also the traditional flavors, such as the plain tart and pistachio. The consistency was a bit varied among the different flavors, and this is where they lose a star. Some were just right while others were quite watery and drip-plopped into my cup. The service was good. I have not to date had any issues with the quality of the ice cream, issues with the ice cream temperature or consistency, or cleanliness of the toppings section. I always just ask the staff to get me hot fudge as they have to do it on their side. There is a little seating indoors but the location is nice because there's plenty of outdoor seating in the plaza for nice days. There is a jungle gym and some cute frogs to jump and play on. Usually they provide these small sample cups to try the new flavors. I asked and they said "we dont do that here" I then hear them telling a customer if you buy more you will make it. We got some of the flavors we knew since we couldn't sample any new flavors to us. I get to the register and find out you have to spend $12 to get a spoon i am disgusted with this policy but the yogurt was good so i had to at least give 2 stars. Huge disappointment for my diabetic mom. So we picked up our sweet treats for her at Rocky Mountain Choc Fac and Cheesecake from cheesecake factory because both of those places have a consistent offering of sugar free. 1 star- if my mom doesn't get sf treats, I won't buy any for myself, bc its rude to eat them in front of her. I've been to this Yogurtland twice and the location makes this a great spot to get a sweet treat. There's no longer sample cups due to covid protocols but all the flavors available were pretty tasty such as mango, coconut, chocolate and pina colada. What I enjoy about yogurtland is the ability to try all the flavors at whatever portion you want. The employees serve your toppings for you. The mango was not ripe though and it was crunchy and bitter LOL. But everything else was delish to eat while chillin on the patio chairs overlooking the lake on a nice day :) read more

It's self served, though there was time during the height of COVID where they serve your toppings but no longer. The location has a wonderful outdoor atmosphere to take your treat out to.
