The employees are friendly and always seem to be cleaning the place which is why it is so neat. I always get their fruity flavors and I am never disappointed by them. Mmm, I love froyo! Especially when it's next door a great place to grab gyros for lunch. Skip the fries and get froyo for dessert! Also, Peet's not too far away for post-lunch iced coffee. Just went here today with my friend since we were in the area. I have only been to the one near San Jose State before, so this was my first time visiting the Calaveras' Yogurtland. I definitely should have gone sooner! This Yogurtland boasts a larger variety of flavors than the other location. The coffee flavors were awesome, as was the cake batter, and my typical strawberry/cheesecake combo! I can't wait to come back sometime for some delicious fro-yo. Also, they seem to have a special at this location where, if you guess the exact price of your yogurt, you get it for free. Very good self serve frozen yogurt. However the parking lot is very crammed.

So, this isn't ice cream, this is frozen yogurt....... and its totally fine to eat a gargantuan portion.........right? I can load four flavors into my jumbo sized bucket and pile on 7 different toppings.....and its totally healthy, because this is just yogurt.........right?!??! I suppose it's a good thing that they don't have Yogurt land where I'm from, otherwise I'd be fattening myself up on their delicious frozen treats 5 nights a week. This place rules. I'm so thankful for whoever is responsible for getting this location open. When my wife told me she saw the sign go up that it was coming soon I got so excited. And now that it's open...omg! We used to go to the Cupertino one a lot just because the 3 or 4 (or 5 or 6?) fro-yo places in Milpitas totally slack on quality and taste. YL is the best there is, it's cheap, and the quality and flavors they offer are unmatched. Yeah, there is a problem with the design here.. I wish it was bigger.. And forming a proper line seems to be a problem for some people.. But hopefully that will all correct itself in time. I love you, Yogurtland. read more

I still like Yogurtland for froyo, but I don't like the layout of this one. When you walk in from the parking lot side entrance, you have to walk all the way to the back around the tables and chairs (to avoid going through the froyo line) to get in line for froyo. It's just weird! There's a door on the Calaveras Blvd side, but who goes in from there?! Typically, I have their plain tart and mango tart, but here I also tried their green tea and Kona coffee and both were pretty good. Their mochi was hard and chewy so it must have been old. read more

Yogurtland ties PinkBerry as the best frozen yogurt spot in the Bay Area. They are always stocked on at least 15 flavors, that rotate with Holiday ones such as pumpkin pie & peppermint chocolate. I love my usual combo though: Taro Coconut Cheesecake Kona Coffee With the following toppings: mochi coconut flakes cheesecake bites mango / strawberry / kiwi caramel / honey topping Also, the price is extremely reasonable. Honestly, I was never a big fan of yogurt places cause I thought I was getting ripped for the amount of yogurt I get (why hello there Pinkberry) But this place is truely affordable with the prices only at 30 cents an ounce. They have a ton of flavors and many of the unique blends are quite delicious. (Try the cheesecake one). They have a nice and clean section for toppings, but I wish they had different varieties of Mochi. Nevertheless, I can definitely see myself here many many times. Finally, I've been able to try the famous Yogurtland cause it opened up closer to home. I got nearly every single flavor that they had today, and came to the conclusion that the flavors vary GREATLY on tartness and texture. All of them were really smooth, but some were creamy and some were icier than others. Ranked based on yummi-ness, but the first 3 are about equal. Plain Tart: Not too creamy or icy, yummy tart afterness, very slight/light milk taste. Good balance of flavors. YUM. Lychee: Tarty, icier than plain tart, nice lychee flavor as well. Pistachio: Really pleasant surprise! I thought it would be creamy, but it was sweet and icy (and very slightly nutty). Not super pistachio-ey, but it was tasty nevertheless. Tiramisu: Creamier, mainly a coffee flavor. Pretty good, but only because I like coffee. Nothing too outstanding otherwise. Vanilla: Tastes like vanilla ice cream with a icier softer texture. Not crazy for it either. Matcha Green Tea: Expected tart, but it was sweet and REALLY bitter. And it was icy sweet. A really strange combo. I would probably go back, and just get my favorite flavors. read more

THERE'S a YOGURTLAND SOOOOO CLOSE! It used to be that Yogurtland was wayyyyy far in Irvine...then it was in Cupertino..and now, practically in my (bf's) backyard! THRILL! When craving a fatty flavor, I love the chocolate coconut flavor because it's like a Mounds bar but in an ICE cream form (and low-fat...AND full of healthy probiotics for some added guilt-killing points). They are definitely pioneers in the fro-yo industry. They take flavors and make it bold and delicious. They are consistently providing a wide range of toppings and fruit. It is a bright and friendly atmosphere. The staff is constantly refilling the toppings. By far my favorite flavor has to be the taro. Then sprinkled with some graham crackers and some fruit and there you have it! Originally I would create all sorts of concoctions but when I would consistently end up with melted leftovers, I slowed my role. The buffet of toppings look so seductive, but try to keep in mind what would taste best with your yogurt. Heres a tip: Froyo is an excellent substitute for ice cream and gelato, that is of course if you watch what you put in your yogurt. You are saving yourself a bunch of calories by choosing just fruit and skipping the candies (plus saving some money on the weight of your cup). Enjoy and watch out for a brain freeze! read more

The yogurt is really good and the yogurt is really cheap. ($.30/oz or 30 cents an ounce). Plus, they have a ton of toppings and a ton of fro-yo flavors. I don't think there is really much to say about this yogurt place other than I think it's amazing. Since there are a lot of frozen yogurt places that suddenly opened in the bay area, there has been a huge drop in quality for frozen yogurt. This is a great Yogurtland location. Why is Yogurtland great? Great yogurt consistency, good wide variety of toppings, great price, and many great flavors. My favorite is always the original tart, and Yogurtland definitely has the best original tart of all the yogurt chains I've tried so far. Why is this Yogurtland location great? I love the service, the people behind the counter take good care of the machines (cleaning them while we were there so they would be clean for our use) and helping us pay for our yogurts with a smile. I also like the location of this Yogurtland, very conveniently located, but the Yogurtland is on the side of the building that is empty and not leased yet. So I'm not sure if I would come here by myself at night. The layout of this Yogurtland is also cute, they make very good use of the limited space they have inside. TIP: Cool spoons! read more

I've been going to the Yogurtland next to SJSU for the longest time, since my friends go to school there, but as soon as I found out there was a closer location, I rushed my butt over there as soon I got off work! I've always loved Yogurtland: their selection of froyo flavors is much more plentiful than any other froyo joint I've been too, and THEY'RE ALL DELICIOUS! Their coffee flavor isn't the typical creamy ice cream flavor; I can taste a hint of the bitterness (which I totally dig!) Also, their fruity flavors have the right amount of tartness, especially the strawberry one (it bugs me when I get strawberry froyo that's too sweet). Personally, my favorite is their limited-time flavor, the Blue Lychee Bliss, a mix of lychee and blueberry flavor, while my boyfriend loves their New York Cheesecake flavor, which isn't bad either. I've never had a time when the yogurt was too soft and runny; its consistency was always just right. As for toppings, I love their selection!! I seriously think I spend more money on toppings than I do on yogurt itself; they have lychee and strawberry pop boba, lychee jelly, brownie bits, cheesecake bits, all types of candy that other froyo joints have, cookies, fresh fruit (emphasis on the fresh! basically the fruit doesn't look like something that's been sitting there since the morning), and all types of sauces, like caramel, chocolate, strawberry, even CONDENSED MILK!! To top it all off, its price is a mere 33 cent per ounce, so you can pile on the yogurt and toppings without worrying about reaching over $5. The only complaint is its design of this particular location; it's such a hassle parking near the shop, since the space is so small, so the best option would have to be parking in the lot farther away. Also, the store was designed so that the front of the shop faces the intersection, so most people who drive there would enter through the other door. It's not a problem, but I usually like to see my flavors of yogurt before seeing the toppings when I come in haha. read more

Yogurtland is the best frozen yoghurt that you can think of. When I go to Yogurtland I get a mago tray yogurt but the change it all the time the flavors are good but they keep on switching the mago tart with some other flavors. All in all the yogurt is great good toppings and great service. read more

YOGURTLAND WIth the recent outburst of froyo shops amid the health craze, I've had ample opportunity to try a bunch of them. By far, my favorite one is Yogurtland! Why is this? First off, they have the most flavors I've seen in any yogurt store, and best of all, they only charge $0.30 per oz!!! That's almost $0.08 cheaper than most other yogurt shops. Flavors ranged from the typical mango, strawberry, pistachio, and peach, to coconut chocolate truffle, pralines & pecans, toasted coconut, and passion fruit tart, etc. Top it off with cheesecake bits, mochi, and other fruit toppings, and you have an awesome combo!!! I went there today also for a Grand Opening special and won a free T-Shirt also!!! Looks like I'm a true fan! read more

This spot, at this very location has been cursed with VERY unsuccessful restaurants over the past 20 years (A Chinese Dim Sum and Indian Bollywood restaurant) It is nice to see someone who had a vision, the funds, and the balls to bring Yogurtland to the South Bay Milpitas. I no longer have to go to Saratoga for Yogurtland.... Tons of flavors, and mostly all pretty good tasting. Self served, so don't let your EYES get bigger than your stomach. Yogurtland is my faaaaaavorite.. so i was extremely excited when they opened one up near the boyfriends house. I first encountered yogurtland in LA and have been hooked since. I wish there were more locations around the bay, preferably closer to SF.. But like I said, the boyfriend lives in the southbay AND i go to school in LA so it's usually well within reach =) I usually just get the original flavor with the cheesecake bites.. mmmm. The parking lot is a bit small though but a nice place to chill and hang out with a friend or as a group since they have seating outside as well. The flavors of this branch in Milpitas isn't that terrible but I find the place to be a bit messy at times. I notice there is usually yogurt all over the machine and tables that is dried and been there for a while. Not that appetizing. Best yogurt place in Milpitas! Why? Because the staff is always warm and friendly. PLENTY of delicious flavors to choose from. I like the plain tart, taro, coconut, peach, and mango. Fresh fruit toppings, like lychee, pineapple, mango, kiwi, strawberry. Endless choices of other toppings, including mochi balls. There's indoor and outside seating which is nice during warm weather. Holy moly. Those were literally the first words that popped into my head when I first entered Yogurtland. I've recently become interested in froyo and before Yogurtland, I've tried places like Tutti Frutti, Yogurt Train, Yogurtouille, and Pinkberry. Yogurtland is by far the best out of all of them. There were so many unique flavors, such as cheesecake and smores. Pina Colada is also one of my favorites. When you want to try flavors, just ask the cashiers and they will gladly give you two of mini paper cups. After getting all my froyo and going to the cash register, I expected my purchase to be over $5 at the very least. However, it was half that. Plus, the employees were all very nice. With cool cups and spoons, delicious and varied yogurt along with a nice staff, I'm definitely going to be going to Yogurtland a lot more. read more

It's a classic flavor but I didn't see it. No plain yogurt flavor. For that you will have to go elsewhere and make sure you are able to. I enjoy taking my two daughters with me and know they enjoy it. How can't they. Well some things are better left just 'did'. I like Yogurtland though. It's festive and 'in corp/cooperation" with the community in many ways. (FYI their sign on the wall was not worded appetizingly - No picture taken ;/) Unfortunately they don't always have the flavors YOU want. Random craving for froyo and decided to stop by on a hot day at Yogurtland. Back then when froyo was all the hype, there were many places to get it, but now it seems like there are less options. Can't go wrong with Yogurtland. They have many flavors to choose from and you can ask them for a tiny sample cup to sample flavors before you make your final decision. Umm I love this place and was so freaking excited when it opened close to home. I would often go to other places just because the Cupertino location was so far. Not I don't have to compromise anymore!! Chocolate is still my favorite but the lychee tart and pistachio are awesome as well. My only gripe about this location is the setup. Unlike the Cupertino location where the line queues up correctly, here you'll get people jumping in and out and every location.
