horrible staff [based on my experience 23rd nov' night] 1. why do they have guessing game if they dont want to give ? we guessed $9.00 and it came out to be $8.97 in any customer friendly store, its acceptable but not here! we did not guess "close enough". 2. i had taken survey to get free 3oz from this stores receipt end of october and this is what i got end of november "thats not valid any more, we stopped it" in freaking 1 month!!! seriously!! 3.staff is rudest available , and not just by yogurtland standard! read more

I visited this place recently and I think it is very attractive looking because its fairly new. They do have a large selection of flavors to get, but I was kind of grossed out by all the lil' kids sticking their fingers in the machines where the yogurt comes out. I tried alot of them but the only one I came to like was the peanut butter one. The yogurt tasted fine at first! But im giving it a lone star because before i could even finish my cup of yogurt my stomach starting turning upsidedown and the yogurt wasnt tasting so good anymore. Im sorry but im a health freak, and I always eat yogurt and never had a problem with it so I did some research and came to the conclusion that all it is, is artificially flavored yogurt with lots of artificial sweeteners. Sorry, but that's the truth. Don't feel bad, they don't hide this from us =) The sugar + corn syrup + high fructose corn syrup...it's all there. Come to think of it I'm not even sure if they use real yogurt or powdered yogurt. I didn't think to ask. Obviously there's a reason why it's so cheap. Hmmm... I love coming here and get the cookies and cream and also the strawberry. It's an awesome mix. Workers are really nice.

Skip the candy toppings kids stick their hands in it and their parents do not seem to say anything about it. I really like the pistachio flavor that is actually the only flavor I get. I like adding mochi when I know they just refilled it. read more

I noticed a lot of yelpers saying how clean this location is, but I really disagree... I saw an employee picking up small items (garbage) off of the floor with his bare hands and then proceed to touch all the serving spoons for the toppings immediately after. He then went into the back, for about five seconds, just long enough to get a few new topping containers to restock the ones that were running low, but when he would replace each one, his thumb went in the inside of the container! (ewww) Mind you, he didn't have time to wash his hands or anything, after picking up garbage from the floor. As if seeing that wasn't bad enough, he then began putting more spoons (the ones the customers eat with) into the spoon holder thing, but he was like fondling each spoon and even touched them by the part that enters your mouth.. WTF!? Sooo disgusting... Too bad I only saw this AFTER I finished my yogurt -__- As my sister and I were staring at him in shock, he had the audacity to give us a dirty look! If you're craving froyo, this is the place. Forget all the other places like yo pho. Anyways, this location always has fresh toppings, perfect consistency of froyo, and nice workers. New flavors always seem to pop up every time I come here. Guess the price is back (if you guess the price of your yogurt its free). Cool thing about yogurtland in milpitas is its cheap as hell. I usually spend around 3 dollars-ish and I always guess $3.21 if i just pay for myself. One day ill get the price right. Place is clean with good indoor and outdoor seating. I'm beginning to really like this place. First time I came here wasn't the best, only because I got the plain tart by mistake, which was blehh. I tried the red velvet cake one too which was good, but not really my taste. Either way, the bitter taste of the plain tart ruined my whole yogurt. But 2nd time around I tried the vanilla, and NY cheesecake. I also tried a tiny little bit of the peanut butter just to try it, (was sooo good, and peanut buttery!). I was planning on going to Yogurtland when I go to LA but thank god my friend told me they had one in Milipitas and since I was in the area, I decided to check out the Sanrio x Yogurtland collaboration. Right when me and my boyfriend walked in, I couldn't stop smiling when I saw the Sanrio cups cause they were so freakin' cute. They had really good flavors such as red velvet, peach tart, and etc. I told my boyfriend that he had to get his own cup so I can keep the cup as a souvenir along with mines, lol. They cut up their fruits really big compared to other yogurt places I've been too. They have the plain mochi which I'm not a big fan of cause I like the colored ones, haha. Anyways, my boyfriend and I got a lot of yogurt and toppings and it was less than $5 which we were surprised because it was so cheap, lol. It was so cute cause the lady gave me a Hello Kitty spoon and my boyfriend a Chococat spoon, hehe. Can't wait to collect all the spoons! read more

I've been to a ton of yogurt places because I love yogurt! I used to go to this place really really close to my house and it was called "Ruby's Froyo" I believe. Anyways, it is good, but I also feel like the toppings has been sitting out for a while, with dust on them. But at Yogurtland, they dice everything daily, and have everything looking and tasting super fresh!!! It's so good, another cool thing is that they let you guess the price of your yogurt and if you get it exactly right you get your yogurt for free! (Keep in mind, it's cheaper than you think!!!) Me and my mom have been waiting for this place to open..I felt like we've been waiting forever..we came by on a Saturday afternoon..30 cents an oz. say what?? I tried their pistachio, strawberry, and taro..and all were SUPERB! I topped it all with fresh fruits, mango. kiwi.strawberries.and of course mochi..there fruits were soo sweet..unlike this other yogurt place i tried in san jose..the cashiers were really nice..they have those lil stamp cards..so Im assuming when you fill up the card..you get a free one. I used to drive all the way to Cupertino for Yogurtland, but this is super close! There's plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. It's clean and spacious. My favorites include green tea, original tart and blueberry - all very light and refreshing. The blood orange is a little on the sweet side, but perfect for those with a sweet tooth. If you're a chocolate fan, I recommend the coconut chocolate - that will definitely do the trick. And lastly, they have a good and fresh selection of toppings. read more

The froyo is always great here, and the flavors are surprisingly extremely on point for their name. If they say it's Pumpkin Pie flavored, it tastes exactly like Pumpkin Pie. Once in a while they come out with some new original flavors for a limited edition. The price is fair--not sure how much for ounce, but you pay by weight. The cups are HUGE so when you fill your cups it makes it seem like you actually put in less than you actually have to make you put in more. Sneaky, sneaky. Once I came in on a Sunday morning so it was pretty empty. The only people there were me and my sister and a group of girls. The group of girls only came in, sampled, and left. Some Chinese employee lady who I think is the manager came up to us, smiled, and said, "Sample all you want, but you have to buy!" Despite the fake smile she was dead serious. My sister actually wanted to leave too after the group of girls but she scared us into buying. read more

Although we love Yogurtland, this one had yogurt that was slightly runny (it was dripping from the dispensers and had trays to catch them) and the yogurt flavor selections were not intriguing. We had upset stomachs for a while afterwards. Also, they could've diced/chopped the candy toppings too, they were all in whole pieces! (Every other Yogurtland chains chop up theirs.) My family loves coming to this place as the offer a variety of toppings to yogurts. My favorite would be the coconut/taro combination with mochi. Clean facility and friendly atmosphere. Internet was a bit slow will dinning but it was not my main concern. Price is comparable to everyone else in Silicon Valley and great place to be at. read more

Hands down my favorite yogurt place! I've tried all sorts of yogurt places and Yogurtland is by far my favorite. I frequented the Yogurtlands in LA, and was extremely happy they opened one in Milpitas. There are always a ton of flavors (and I've never tasted a bad one), they're all fat free (yet taste creamy), and they're never runny. Plus, I love that it's self-serve so I can always get as much or as little as I want. read more

I love how they're open relatively later than most yogurt shops out there. I can always count on Yogurtland to be open when I have my late night yogurt cravings! I especially love their original tart and their newly added thin mint flavored yogurt! One of the things I don't like is that they only allow 2 sample cups per customer when they have soo many flavors I'd like to try! :( And their strawberries are cut in half so they're awkwardly big, but at least that means they're fresh. read more
