Love froyo here! It's approx 5 cents cheaper per ounce than Menchies. Their plain tart is the best you can find. Welcome up to 3x per week. Plain tart always a favorite. If i do a tart, I mix it with granola or fruity toppings. They also frequently provide my other flavors taro & coconut often. These are amazingly paired with peanut butter sauce at the bottom and top of my cup. Yuummmmmmmm The only reason why I put 1 less star is because when my girlfriend and I go (like around 8-9pm with some hours of operation more til close) we notice some or more flavors run out with the blinking red lights. I love it here! But have to give it a one star due to the customer service. The young ladies working the counter tonight were mean and very rude to my friend and I. We were so discouraged! A late Wednesday night and it wasn't very busy. I kindly asked if the cheesecake flavor was working as I couldn't figure it out and they looked at me, gave me a dirty look, didn't respond and then rolled their eyes and said someone will look at it. When they helped me pay they gave me blank stares and seemed annoyed that I was even there. After we paid, the water was out so I actually got nervous just to ask for more because I didn't want to bother them again. We went up to the counter, asked for water and they purposely ignored us as we stood there asking and they seemed so annoyed with us. A lot of eye rolling... what in the world? The frozen yogurt here is great! One star is docked due to having to self-serve, which proved difficult for me when I was trying to juggle a phone, wallet, and two whole cups. I honestly prefer other frozen yogurt places, but considering what little we have in Santa Clarita, I'm not going to complain. We're lucky we have it at all. The staff is alright. I was welcomed when I walked in. Not exactly warmly, but at least some effort was put in. It wasn't an amazing experience walking in or out, but at least I got what I came for and did it without any negativity. They all seemed sort of nonchalant, I suppose. The frozen yogurt is the best part about it. The red velvet batter flavor is my favorite. I haven't tried any others, but maybe I'll branch out eventually. There's only two cup sizes which I find a little surprising but I don't think it's that big of a deal. I like the Nintendo theme and the Nintendo spoons, but I assume that won't be staying forever... If you're looking for frozen yogurt, I would tell you to come here. Yup yup yup this place is great. Staff is friendly, and they've always got "sample" cups so you can figure out what you want before you put it in your cup. Some of the flavors rotate so you'll never know the full menu until you come in, and I gotta say they come out with some goooooooood stuff. It would be cool if they had different size cups just so I don't have to babysit younger kids and make sure they aren't filling up the whole cup with yogurt/toppings that they aren't gonna finish, but other than that, I love this place. read more

I walked into yogurtland today at 8:47pm. I love it here, but today i had to turn around and walk out. The trash can out front was beyond over filled with yogurtland cups and plastic gloves all over. The gloves were spread out a long the side of the wine bar. Inside the trash can too was filled with trash seeping out. I made a comment to the employee that this doesn't look appealing to a customer. I place my glove on grabbed my cup and upon walking to the yogurt machine there was dried yogurt on the floor. Usually i can over look small amounts of spilled yogurt, but this was a large amount that couldn't be missed and dried from being left there a long while. I understand that it can get busy, but if you stay on cleaning, then customers would not turn around and walk out. So disappointed today. read more

I used to love this place, came here at least once a week. Recently the staff seems to be unconcerned with customer satisfaction. I notice some yogurt dispensers are not working, the hot fudge and whipped cream is often empty and the staff makes excuses instead of fixing the problem. Today there were no napkins and in its place was a roll of toilet paper!! Really!! I asked why, he said" we have been busy". Sorry that is not acceptable. I used to love it here, but lately they seem to be out or the yogurt isn't ready. For the past 3 or 4 times there have been about 6 flavors that aren't working. This is also during the summer when it has been busier. Their flavor selection is also becoming less appealing to me and my family. I personally miss the coconut which they seem to never have. Too bad the machines weren't working well, Yogurtland lost business from 6 people. We told the cashier our concerns who said he'd talk to the manager, but how how could this be a surprise to them. I am a big fan of Yogurtland but my daughter and I went into this location and we were very disgusted at how filthy the store was. Every yogurt dispenser was gross and the toppings was a disaster. Even the sneeze guard was covered in stuff. The employees where in the back the entire time until we paid. I hope management does something about this. I really like how this is the only frozen yogurt place in Santa Clarita that opens the latest. I need my fro-yo fix really late at night you know. :) I really like the whole store, it has a lot of tables and chairs. They have a really good selection of fro-yo flavors. I don't usually get frozen yogurt so I did not know what to expect. However my family and I were greeted by the most friendly store associate named Chris. I was greeted by him offering to help carry our bags to our seats and even gave my nephews stickers for cooperating with us! He helped us with recommendations and even walked us through the flavors to see which ones were dairy free and sugar free. Although there were a lot of flavors, I still suggest the plain tart with a lot of fruit. I used to love coming here but I see the workers really don't care what the place looks like. It was a complete mess. All the machines were so messy with yoghurt all over. We went in tonight (Thursday) at around 7:30 pm, and a storm of people had just left. I was surprised that the bathroom was clean and the water container was full of water with fresh strawberries in them. Plenty of stacked cups and by the yogurt line up there had plenty of sample cups! Yes, they let you sample on your own for free! This helps, as I can taste and then can't blame anyone but myself if I don't like my choice. An employee (a young man with dark hair and mustache) walks out from the back and smiles and starts wiping the area down so that was nice. I got my usual flavors after a sampling of different ones thinking I might want to try to convince my taste buds to like another flavor tonight but my taste buds like the same old (Tart and Taro). I think I will return as I had excellent customer service from the young gal who waited patiently for me as I downloaded my app for Yogurtland and was so kind and sweet. I love tipping nice young polite employees as they made our visit a pleasant enjoyable one, so that is what I did when I didn't see a tip jar. BTW, the owners don't like tip jars and I agree it looks tacky and might make customers feel like they have to tip when it isn't necessary. Another reason for me wanting to tip them as this was my choice. Also, this location stays open pretty late compared to other yogurt places. Well run establishment. read more

Best frozen yogurt around. My husband and I come here at least once a week after a walk through Central Park. The employees are so sweet, helpful and entertaining!! Came in today at around 2:45 pm and there were a group of teenagers being rowdy and obnoxious. I thought they were customers but it turns out they were friends of the guy working ON THE CLOCK. Couldn't properly get yogurt because they were sampling every single yogurt. They practically got free yogurt cuz their friend that was working just let them do whatever they want. They were yelling across the room and their bags were just on the tables so I had to go sit outside. I love it here and have been coming here for over a year now. Yes, it's normal to have an occasional dirty machine and once it slows down the employees clean it up. Employees are always so welcoming. I've never had a bad experience and the topping area is pretty clean since tons of people come in and have their hands all over it. The topping area is pretty tidy which remember this includes kids visiting the area. I'll always much rather go out of my way to come here for frozen yogurt then to visit any other place closer to me. I've tried them all and they pretty much suck! Yogurtland definitely hits the spot for me especially during the summer when it gets super hot or after a nice dinner when I'm craving something sweet. The interior is very bright and chic. There is always an employee making sure the yogurt dispenser areas are wiped clean and the topping counters are clear of any mess. All the staff are super friendly and I like how they typically greet every customer that walks inside the store. As for the yogurt, they serve a variety of quality flavors with my favorites being the taro, matcha green tea, and the original tart. They have sample cups you can use to try out all the flavors which is so convenient. Toppings are endless from fresh fruit, chocolate, candy, cookies, and syrups. The complimentary fruit infused water really tops the place off because it tastes so refreshing after having eaten something so sweet. Will be back soon! read more
