I arrived at my expected pick up time, gave my name, and was asked to wait a little bit longer for my order. Reasonable enough on a Friday night. All good. Twenty minutes passed. I asked for an update: "how much longer is it going to be?" I was told it's going to be another 30 minutes. They apologized, offered me a beverage, which I appreciated. That's the only reason I'm giving an additional star. Bottom-line: I waited 1 hour after my promised pick up time for my order. That's simply unacceptable.
