It may have taken several months, but I must say, that the way they handled it in the end was very professional and I am blown away by the effort they put in the end to make sure I was satisfied. They we're very humble and apologetic, didn't mention the negative review at all (and when I brought it up they said they totally understood if I wanted to leave it up), sent me a check for the cost of the repair, a nice letter apologizing for the situation, and a large discount on my next move if I were to use them again. Some might say they obviously did all this for me to change the review below, despite them insisting otherwise. But even if that's the case, who cares!? They did right by me in the end. I will now gladly use them again, and the story I tell of Rockline will be one of redemption and not deception.

Their team has damaged my couch and the ceiling of my apartment, failed to finish the move (they left furniture sitting in the hallway and refused to move it into the apartment or put the legs back on the couch), and to this day (over two weeks later) I have not received a single phone call to assess the damages despite my multiple attempts to contact them. Unprofessional (swore multiple times, ignored me and my concerns) and will leave you hanging. The team does not come with any tools, has no care for items you have specifically told them to wrap and use moving pads (which they didn't, leading to my couch being damaged - the ONLY reason I hired movers). Completely surprised anyone will hire them. Nice on the front end, horrible once they're hired. Keeping my review at one star.

They didn't screw in any of the parts of the bedframe and just out a mattress on top of it to make it look like it was fully assembled. I reached out to them and they said they would stop by and take a look the following week and I never heard from them again. This was disappointing because they had been amazing all move. Worked hard, communicated well, never complained etc. But Im going to have to throw out a desk and reassemble furniture because they weren't careful

The manager at the storage unit where they took my things called me and told me they were drunk and broke his main gate because they were so drunk they couldn't find the code. Called how money for each step. Called for packing take, called for boxing items, called constantly instead of reviewing my items and giving me a quote for the job it was a daily harassment for money. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you want broken and damaged items and being harassed daily for money.

My things arrived broken, torn and just a mess (I have pictures). The packers/loaders did not secure the goods so they bounced around in the truck. They did not use packing paper for my TV so it was broken, chair was torn, etc. I contacted the owner and provided pictures, but he took no responsibility. I asked that he at least refund me the tip and he didn't even do that. I trusted this company and I'm telling you use them at your own risk. It was a freaking mess I wish there was a way to leave zero starts.

Because I'm so OCD some of the boxes they stacked wasn't very stable, they had no problem rearranging the boxes for me. Some items that were supposed to have stayed at my old house, was brought to my new home. Now I have to take it back. One of the movers used my bathroom (which isn't a problem) and forgot to flush.
