Service: 5 Friendly staff and a manager who made things right after they went wrong (twice). Food: 4 Crust was thin, crispy and delicious. Toppings were fresh and plentiful. I'd eat here again, and I'd recommend this place to friends and family (if I had any in that area). I was passing through town on my way home from Ontario, and I was craving pizza so I figured I'd give this Your Pie a shot. It was about 6:30pm on a Friday, and the place was pretty busy. After waiting about 15min in line, I built the perfect pizza and was told the pizza would be ready in 10. After 10-15 minutes, I watched as they brought pizzas out to the two groups that were behind me in line. After almost 20min, the cashier, Ana, went back to check on my pizza and determined that the pizza was "lost". At that point, I was pretty irritated as I was was very hungry, very tired, and anxious to get home to AZ. As I sat there waiting, I opened Yelp and began writing a 1 Star review. Then, the manager came out and began turning things around. She apologized for the mishap, and was genuinely concerned with making things right. She kindly offered to make me a new pizza and give me a gift card and a free gelato or drink while I waited...for me, that wasn't going to cut it (I'm not a fan of soda or gelato, and a gift card wouldn't do any good since I live in AZ). I asked for a refund and a new pizza, and I was pleasantly surprised when she gladly obliged. The manager personally prepared my 2nd pizza for me and ensured that it made it into the oven promptly. While they were cooking my other pizza, they found my original "lost" pizza. The manager gave me the original pizza to snack on while they baked the new pizza and offered the fresh pie as well since the original one had been sitting in the back for nearly 30min. I finished the original pizza and waited an additional 5-10 min for the 2nd pie...turns out, they forgot about that one too! The manager spotted me about 15min after she put the pizza in the oven and asked if I'd gotten the 2nd pizza, and I told her "not yet." So she brought me the pie herself and apologized for the delay (once again). At that point, I'd eaten and I was no longer Hangry, so I laughed it off and told her that I understand...things happen. I thanked her for making things right, and left half of my refund in the tip jar before making my way out. I would've left my whole refund in the tip jar, but I needed to buy an energy drink for the 5hr drive home :) All in all, the manager's handling of the situation turned my experience around and earned Your Pie a 5 Star review. read more

Very friendly staff!! I ordered two pizzas using the app to be picked up on a road trip from CA to AZ. I ordered their White Pizza but added some toppings to it. When I picked up they had just given me the white pizza. The way it prints out I guess they didn't see the toppings I added. They quickly made me a replacement and were very apologetic. Whoever that Brandon M. guy that gave a bad review is a person who obviously didn't work in a restaurant ever in his life. The service here is great and they're always so kind. I usually wait for my food but at least I'm patient unlike that Brandon guy who's clearly an impatient person. Majority of the people who work there may be young and new to the food industry but that doesn't mean they're not trying their best. Plus who said they need to have life skills? Like a Subway Sandwich shop but pizza. It was okay. Numerous choices but skimpy on toppings. Dough was floury so it was dry and tough. Staff was friendly. Sun bouncing off car windshields was bright on eyes inside the restaurant. No plates but boxes to go. Don't need to go back but nice to have tried it. read more

Don't come here unless you want to get sick. They are consistently undercooking food, they wipe their grubby little face with their hands and then touch your food. Place is run by teenagers because the owners don't want to train a adult to manage their business. Don't know how many times I've seen these kids not wearing proper clothes or gloves when preparing food. They have servers under 21 pouring alcohol and you must be 18 to serve and 21 to pour! read more

First time here... So great having a place like this close to home (5 minutes away, to be exact). Very similar to BASIL PIZZA near the Staples Center in L.A.. You can go by menued items as far as pizza options, or you can build your own! Dough options are white, wheat or gluten-free! Vegan options are available as well as beer on tap, salads, paninis and even gelato for desert. The location is spacious with super friendly people making your pizzas before your eyes! Soo I'd say a 3.5 rating... When comparing apples to apples Your Pie falls a little short. Pricing is higher compared to Blaze, and Pieology. They are about a dollar higher. Well it's only a dollar right? NO, dollars add up! The pizza is 8-9inches, thin crust. I got a basic pepperoni which had 9 whole slices of meat, since they offer unlimited toppings would have expected more... If you add a side salad and drink it's $3.99 bringing your total order close to $14. Salads are about 3/4-1cup romain teaspoon of parm and a table spoon of Caesar. To be fair, the taste, consistency of the pizza/salad is great. A little bit of a bigger portion or a price cut would do wonders. LOVE that they offer Ginger Ale, gelato, and a BAR (Yaaaaas). Plus the layout, decor and feel are really nice. More family, and mellow than the other places. read more

Amazing!! The pizza was so delicious and the guys making it were very friendly! I would definitely recommend trying it out! You can customize your pizza anyway you like. The crust is thin and crispy.. my favorite!! The only annoying part was watching the cashier try to pour a beer when she clearly did not know how. Kid meal offer only stands true if child is present. 5.99 for 7" pizza if its take out. If child is in restaurant, kids meal gets a 7" pizza, scoop of gelato and a drink. Ladies making pizza knew before making the pizza I wanted the full kids meal plan but withheld the 'in house' rule until it was time to pay, which was 20 minutes later. My husband and I were the only customers in the restaurant. Owner was their having lunch with his son and an elderly man. They acted oblivious to what was going on. Employees didn't notify owner, told us that the manager wasn't there. It was our responsibility to disturb the owner eating his lunch. After speaking with the owner and walking away with drinks and gelato I'll change from a 1 star to 3. On a holiday trip, this was my first time here. I could tolerate all the regulations but an hour wait for take out wasn't expected. This affects my hungry 3 children with special needs. I ordered a pizza this evening, I have ordered pizza from this location many times and my only complaint in the past is that inconsistent toppings and either the pizza is under cooked or overcooked but nothing has been as much of a problem as this evening. I ordered the artichoke and mozzarella cheese pizza and there was only seven artichoke leaves spread on the pizza and the pizza was completely burnt on the bottom as well as two burnt bubbles on the top of the pizza. Aesthetically the pizza looked terrible and tasted as bad as it looked and I was very disappointed because I have had decent pizza there in the past. Just had my pizza delivered, I had ordered sausage, artichoke hearts and black olives. There was 2 artichoke leaves on one piece of pizza, 4 tiny pcs of sausage on three pcs. and about 5 tiny slices of black olives. What a joke, never again will I be ripped off like this.
